Typically the offer cash for your trade in, but in the day I arrived they were short on cash so they immediately printed me a check, which I actually preferred. Also, when I needed to check my car for items left behind they ushered me to where my car was stored and helped me search for my items.

I didn't know what to expect. If I had known that you could rent a golf cart to go in the yard instead of pushing a wheelbarrow around a 6 football field sized yard filled with 100's of cars I would have done so. Noted. But all the vehicle's were elevated so getting under them was easy. There were engine lifts out there i didn't have to use one so I don't know what or how someone would go about borrowing one. But they have them. The parts are very reasonable and if you are in the tires or batteries, pretty much anything else that you could want or need for a vehicle they have it.

I took my own tools, but it looked like they had some tools for use out there. Also, if you are looking to get a big part, or a bunch of parts, they have wheelbarrows you can use, or golf carts you can rent for $5/hr ($20 deposit). The $2 yard entry fee was interesting...not sure why they'd charge me to look, but it's only $2. Also if you sign up for their free vip program you get two free entries and $1 entries after that.

No reason should the associate have been a jackass saying "oh do well do you rent pizzas out" because my boyfriend was wearing an old jacket from a job he had YEARS ago. not cute or professional. Train your staff on the proper way to politely say "no" because I'm definitely not going to spend money where I'm treated poorly. If I could chose no stars I would, it's okay because this place already has a super low rating which is probably not just from my visit.
