This has not been my experience with other pool services. After about 15 years, everything started to break on my pool at the same time. The pump went out, the cleaner volute plug and O-ring was cracked and spraying water, and the heat sensor shorted out. David and his crew worked really hard to get my pool repaired and sparkling once again. They drained it, acid washed it, and reset the chemicals and it didn't even take a full day. I was shocked that they were able to make it white again. David also threw in some extras just because he's a great guy that really takes pride in what he does. That is a rarity these days.
