We have had our pool for one year and are extremely happy with it…read more When the hubby and I decided we wanted to build a pool, we spoke to many of our neighbors who had extremely poor reviews on their pool builders. The common complaint was the extended delay in building their pool. We heard horror stories of some pools taking almost one year to build and other stories of bad quality. We were advised to interview pool builders carefully and to go with one that we could trust. David is extremely professional and works within your budget. We spoke with several other pool makers and some offered to make a faux rock water feature. It sounded exciting when we first heard about it, but after speaking to David about a real rock water fountain, we were sold. We worked closely with David from inception to the planning through building and completion of our pool and are extremely happy we chose Paragon Pools. Everything - from the customer service to the quality of the materials - is top notch. Each pool that they make is custom-designed with the owner's needs and wants. Paragon doesn't mass produce pools, they only have a few projects at a time, so that they can give each pool and customer personalized and detailed attention. David initially gave us a timeline on the estimated completion of our pool. They were only one week off - due to rain. I'd say that's a great estimate. David was there for us every step of the way and always on sight on major project days. I highly recommend David and his team.

I put my name on several pool websites that give your information to a bunch of pool contractors…read more When we started the bidding process we were not like what we saw until Cali Pools of Texas came to us. They came in professional smart and knowledgeable they quickly won our bid and eventually signed with them. The reason they won out bid is because of all the positive things they were saying. They were promising us to be there everyday that there was workers and that their contractors were a phone call away waiting to work. Promises we quickly learned were empty. Michael and mike started off great on the physical work. The workers came in and dug the pool formation and quickly set the steel within 2 days but that was as bright as this project got to be. From that point forward they spiraled downhill and quickly. Days became weeks before workers would show up and every time there would be an excuse as to why someone didn't show up. On multiple occasions I'd stay put at home waiting for workers to show up and they never would. I would let it slide but after multiple experiences I quickly noticed I had gotten myself into something bad. My pool was being built from June17 and wasn't finished till mid August. With about a month of wasted time. With all the wasted days that had past Michael made the decision to go ahead and plaster my pool before the deck was even complete because of Harvey coming and a decision I was never notified of. Unfortunately his workmanship shows in the plaster and other professionals have told me the plaster was rushed and done very bad. When the storm passed they came back to finish my deck and drainage. Which does not even do its job. Please view photos. Another thing I'd like to review is Cali Pools of Texas will rush to receive their money even if the job is not complete. Please be completely aware of this company they are not professional and it is much safer and less of a headache to go with the bigger companies. Overall Cali Pools of Texas is not a trustworthy company to work with at all with very low business ethics and workmanship. I would not recommend to go with them. Go professional and not amateur. I do not have the ability today to go back and make the right choice by sending Cali Pools of Texas away but if I did I'd surely do it. I strongly recommend running from this company as they are full of empty promises and lies. From my experience ***written on behalf of Mahmoud Alyassir Pool contract signer***

His guys moved items of our personal property and didn't put them back upon completion and they got destroyed... We were blamed. Pool wasn't being fully cleaned, entire sections untouched, and when I tried asking for more thoroughness, we were blamed for failing to maintain equipment and called names and had our service cancelled. We cleaned the filters when recommended, we replaced parts as recommended, but try to get clarity on why you'd need to spend hundreds or thousand on parts that just passed their inspection recently and suddenly you're a problem. Aaron was so disproportionately aggressive and is not open to conversation. He wants absolute obedience to anything he wants you to buy, no questions asked, or he attacks your character. There are reviews elsewhere where he doxxed a client for having complaints, viciously verbally attacks customers who complained, and always says he has 30,000 clients with no complaints to everyone who complains...
