Last week, I stopped by at the Cosmetic Company store in Niagra Falls, NY, when I was in the area. What incredible service by Ms. Anna, the Store Manager, and Ms. Jadin, the sales associate. Anna spent a long time (patiently) helping me with the perfume selection. She was genuinely interested in my needs and gave honest opinions as I tried multiple products. Jadin was also generous with her recommendations. The store offers a vast range of products that I have not found in the three CCO stores in my area, or they have run out of merchandise. I understand that this store is new, but it's been open long enough now. Normally, these types of stores start going down hill. This isn't the case with this location.
