Also Greg and Steve didn't just tune my piano multiple times before I took delivery; they treated it with the care and hired top notch piano movers who were really respectful towards not damaging anything on my property and most of all my brand new "Kawai 60th Anniversay GX-2". Their installation of the Genio non-invasive silent system was flawless--done with minimal screws and absolute respect for the instrument's integrity. You can tell they deeply understand the mechanics and soul of a piano! What really sets Piano Masters apart, though, is their red carpet customer service. They're very professional, and genuinely focused on delivering the best outcome for me as a customer. Gregory was incredible start to finish!! My piano sustained smoke damage and slight physical damage to the lid. It also had soot, char and ash enter from sheet music openings even though lid was closed during Eaton fires. I received excellent communication, the team logged the SN, and removed and returned the piano with extreme care. Most importantly my piano is beautifully restored externally, to a gorgeous concert black, and sounds incredible. They are Masters with instruments. read more

I own a Yamaha Grand piano. I don't know much about pianos but a good musician friend of mine recommended Greg. Called Greg and he returned my message immediately. Very knowledgable and informative. My piano needed minor repairs and tuning. He was very fairly priced compared to some other quotes i had recieved for the same work. Him and his brother did a great job. Our nearly 100 year old Wurlitzer piano has certainly seen better days, but after a number of years slipping away without a tuneup, and two of my 3 kids now in piano lessons, it's time to give our piano abit of TLC. Although there were no other reviews to base my decision on, Piano Masters was the first to respond to my query I had sent out to a number of businesses on Yelp (literally within a few minutes). I set up an estimation to be done as I knew there was probably quite a bit going on under the hood and I was right. Gregory arrived and did an estimation with my wife and explained a number of the issues plaguing the piano. We aren't really interested in buying a new one since at some point, I'll have 3 kids banging away on it. The key tops need to be replaced, and all the strings are rusty (apparently the ocean air the piano was exposed to when our friends who lived in El Segundo who owned it before giving us the piano didn't fare well for the piano) and it was way off on pitch, etc. My wife was very impressed with all the knowledge Gregory had. I chose to move forward with just the tuneup and to do a lost-motion regulation for the moment. Although Gregory thought it would take up to four hours, he was complete in just under two! Now the piano is tuned to play with other instruments and all the keys work much better than they did before without a lot of vibrating sounds. I can't believe how different our piano sounds! Gregory had sent pictures of what work he'd done on keytops (everyone of our keys is chipped and my wife says that after playing awhile, it hurts) so we are going to have Gregory come back and do that work in the coming months. I'll try my best to remember to post before and after pics. Knowledgeable, personable, and hard working. Gregory has my vote! read more
