Daniel showed up on time as scheduled and had my piano all loaded up in under 20 minutes. I was impressed with all the customized gear Daniel used to make the piano move so easy. Daniel was great. I'm in the process of downsizing and in the storage unit I inherited has been this over 100 year old upright piano that was just a family possession with a backstory I'm unaware of. Can't say enough about Danny and Gimme Piano after Luna's Piano was a no show and, as of this writing, still has not responded to 3 phone calls. At around 6pm and after waiting all afternoon for Luna's, I tried calling Danny because his Yelp ad states he's available 24 hrs. To my surprise, he immediately answered my call. We talked and I sent him some photos of the piano and the steps to the entry way of our house. He said he could pick up the piano in about an hour depending on traffic. An hour later, he's backing his trailer up to our front door. I was kind of surprised that he was alone but it was small upright piano and he's got the process down. After checking the piano out, he carefully loaded it up and that was it. No muss, no fuss. What a great experience! And he played a decent Moonlight Sonata too even though the piano was a bit out of tune. He says he learned to play on YouTube but I think he's a ringer. Thanks Danny!!! What great service! Daniel came to take an upright piano we were no longer using. He and his associate were polite, courteous and FAST! We live on a difficult street with no parking.
