I thought I'd leave a review today because of how impressed I was with his work after this months piano tuning visit. His trouble-shooting was spot on. We had a few drops of wax from candles we burned atop the piano over the holidays. He was able to hear the faint change in sound where the key felt had been damaged by the wax. It was nearly imperceptible to the eye until he dug deeper and found the drops of wax. He repaired all damages and completed the tuning. I was so relieved, but when I got the bill I felt like I was underpaying him for the work. I recommend him to anyone who asks. He truly is a piano whisperer.
