If you need physical therapy- The Jackson Clinic's is the best of the best HANDS DOWN!!!…read moreLong story short, I've been to physical therapy for my lower back, right forearm and right shoulder. All three were separate injuries, and for each one I went to the Jackson Clinic's. After my first injury, the doctor recommended I go to the Jackson Clinic. Each injury after that, I told them where I wanted to go! They take their time to get to know you and treat you like a person, not just a number! All of them are great! Dr. Kathryn Hayes is one of my top recommendations! She knows her stuff and she had me back to 100% after just a few weeks. She took her time to find out the source of the problem, not just address the pain. She has great people skills. Even when you're in pain from the workouts, she will have you laughing for sure.

I unfortunately have had several surgeries and I was so fortunate to have found Elite Sports…read moreMedicine. I have been with several PT groups before them and I felt the care was cookie cutter. Knee injury? here are the set of exercises other PT groups will prescribe not targeting the exercises to how you are doing and your specific weaknesses. At Elite they treat each person like an individual and tailor your treatment to how you are responding and they always ask what is aggravating you on that particular day. Often you may come on with a specific pain like your back and they will recognize that it's actually your hip that is causing your back pain and you leave feeling better. They all work as a team so if you are with Anna one day and the next time Jeff you aren't starting over because their care overlaps and the communication between them has occurred before you even get there. I can't say enough, how impressed I have been with their knowledge base and caring for each patients recovery and success. I noticed the review from Dawn and she can't be more off base and I'm sorry she gave them a low star review because they literally have helped me get my life back after numerous surgeries. It is always a positive, pleasant place to go where everyone knows who you are and acknowledges you immediately. One of the reasons I chose them was they are privately owned so you don't become a number in the corporate machine mentality where they don't really care about your recovery or get to know who you are. You can't go wrong with Elite Sports Medicine and physical therapy. I would like to stop needing them but as long as I do I'm glad I have them as part of my care team.

Not only is she an expert at healing physical hand injuries, but she provides such encompassing care. Her personality and the way she cares for each patient provides mental and emotional support that accompanies physical injuries to help patients have positive outcomes. She builds such positive rapport with all of her patients. You almost don't want to stop therapy because it's such a pleasure to come here to work with her. Sidney provides wonderful support, as well. They work very well together to provide the best possible care for patients. The other employees are also very welcoming to all patients, even if they don't work with them. They ask patients if they can get them anything to make them more comfortable and they have even gotten to know us because of how this office works together. This review is based on Najwa's care only. Unfortunately, she was suddenly let go from this company for a business decision and they made no changes to the schedule to accommodate double booking. I have cancelled all future appointments. It was devastating to hear they let her go and every patient coming in today is really upset about it. They have a steady stream of patients with hand injuries so it's shocking that they are not going to have a CHT.
