Knee injury? here are the set of exercises other PT groups will prescribe not targeting the exercises to how you are doing and your specific weaknesses. At Elite they treat each person like an individual and tailor your treatment to how you are responding and they always ask what is aggravating you on that particular day. Often you may come on with a specific pain like your back and they will recognize that it's actually your hip that is causing your back pain and you leave feeling better. They all work as a team so if you are with Anna one day and the next time Jeff you aren't starting over because their care overlaps and the communication between them has occurred before you even get there. I can't say enough, how impressed I have been with their knowledge base and caring for each patients recovery and success. I noticed the review from Dawn and she can't be more off base and I'm sorry she gave them a low star review because they literally have helped me get my life back after numerous surgeries. It is always a positive, pleasant place to go where everyone knows who you are and acknowledges you immediately. One of the reasons I chose them was they are privately owned so you don't become a number in the corporate machine mentality where they don't really care about your recovery or get to know who you are. Not only is she an expert at healing physical hand injuries, but she provides such encompassing care. Her personality and the way she cares for each patient provides mental and emotional support that accompanies physical injuries to help patients have positive outcomes. She builds such positive rapport with all of her patients. You almost don't want to stop therapy because it's such a pleasure to come here to work with her. Sidney provides wonderful support, as well. They work very well together to provide the best possible care for patients. The other employees are also very welcoming to all patients, even if they don't work with them. They ask patients if they can get them anything to make them more comfortable and they have even gotten to know us because of how this office works together. This review is based on Najwa's care only. Unfortunately, she was suddenly let go from this company for a business decision and they made no changes to the schedule to accommodate double booking. I have cancelled all future appointments. It was devastating to hear they let her go and every patient coming in today is really upset about it. They have a steady stream of patients with hand injuries so it's shocking that they are not going to have a CHT.

Karen, my primary therapist really helped me out by thoroughly explaining the stretches and exercises, and how they are correcting my condition. I found that quite helpful instead of just explaining how to perform a stretch or exercise without knowing why I'm doing it. I can't tell you how much of a difference it made to go to Alliance Physical Therapy. Upon my last session, Karen gave me a copy of my HEP - Home Exercise Program of the stretches and exercises I was doing at the therapy clinic. These will be invaluable because I can continue with this regimen on my own time. I took notes and combined with the handout, I am set if I forget how to do a stretch or an exercise. I did not think to ask for a copy of the HEP, and that is how the staff is - they are always thinking about the patient and do their best to look out for us. That's rare in today's highly complex and busy world. I'd give them 10 stars if I could, and I want to say that the clinic is extremely clean, and fully equipped to handle your aches and pains. Everyone from the doctor, receptionist and all of the therapists were outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. And yes I do highly recommend their services!
