A close friend of mine (who happened to be riding with me) recommended Dr Scott. I called his office and he squeezed me in the same day we were driving back from the mountains. He scheduled the MRI for me 10 minutes after my visit with him (conveniently located in his building), had the test read by a radiologist as well as reviewed it with a colleague hand expert the following afternoon. That evening he called me with the good (thankfully) news. I could not be more happy with his professionalism, kindness, and sense of urgency. I could not recommend this doctor more highly.....and, I can't think of any doctor who would go to these lengths in such a short amount of time!

I attended physical therapy at California Rehab from July through December 2025, and overall I had…read morea positive experience. Claudia at the front desk she truly keeps everything running. She's efficient, kind, and always on top of scheduling, insurance, and any questions I had. Her professionalism made a big difference during a long course of treatment. I'm especially grateful to Corey and Ashley for helping me get back to a better place physically. My herniated disc and sciatica have improved a lot, and I learned exercises and habits I'll continue using. That said, I do recommend requesting one of the female therapists if you can. I found them to be warmer and more engaged, while some of the male therapists weren't as friendly or welcoming when I came in multiple times a week. It was really off-putting when I would come in and make eye contact with some of the male therapists and they would not even say hello, they acted very arrogant and would it hurt to say a simple hello or a nod. A couple of downsides: the facility feels a bit outdated, and cleanliness could be better some chairs, therapy beds, and floor area were dusty. I would be on the carpet and I could see all the dust it was really gross. They need to do better! I also wish the therapists spent more than about 15 minutes with patients before handing off to aides, who didn't always seem fully confident with the exercises. Even with those concerns, I'm thankful for the progress I made here and for the staff who genuinely cared about my recovery.

I would like to believe that under normal circumstances they would pay more attention to their patients, answer their questions better, not ignore them, not discuss who doesn't like subway for lunch and laugh when someone is asking a question, throw away a half drank bottle of soda that a kid could just as easily wonder in and drink and get sick from, and on a normal day, probably would not make black and Korean people feel ignored. After obtaining my MRI, they demanded another in person appointment just to share MRI results. I finally talked them into a phone visit so they could tell me that I need physical therapy and the physician assistant was over an hour late to that appointment as well. While the doctor that I met with, seemed nice enough, this office has serious problems with overall operations. It has taken over 2 months to get them to share that I need physical therapy. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR INJURY, or YOUR TIME. If you are injured and in need of help, I suggest that you find another facility.
