After I slipped and fell on my back, I developed severe back pain, hip pain, pain going down the back of my leg toward my knee, and numbness in my toe. The pain became so intense that there were many nights when I simply couldn't sleep or get comfortable. I eventually had an epidural injection with Dr. Vahedifar, and after a few visits and his continued care, my pain became much more manageable. I'm incredibly grateful for the difference this has made in my everyday life. Dr. Vahedifar is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, but he is also compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to listen, understand what you're going through, and make you feel that you're in good hands. When you're dealing with severe pain, having a doctor who truly cares and knows what he's doing makes a huge difference. If you do call and you choose to leave a message it says that you'll be called back the next day. What is that? What kind of system is this! It's really not hard to pick up a phone and answer. This is a big deal for me and my family. When calling a doctors office I expect someone to answer the phone so you can actually talk to someone and not have to leave a message. Sometimes it's a really quick brief question that can be answered in less than a minute. It's really unfortunate. The doctor is nice, but trying to reach anyone in this office is not.

It was fate that brought me to Dr Gravori and within a week of meeting him in his office, he was able to push through all of my insurance paperwork to get authorization on the disc replacement procedure that was not authorized through other surgeon offices. I was in for surgery just a week after meeting with Dr Gravori and had a better than expected surgery. I heard first hand horror stories about spinal surgery and my father is evidence of that. Thank god he is doing better now but he was in a hard neck collar for 6 months after his surgery. I was nervous as hell, which is expected undergoing this kind of procedure but Dr Gravori and his very friendly staff eased my mind and when I finally went under I was very confident that Dr Gravori was going to take good care of me. Well, now, 9 months later, I can say that I am virtually pain free from my neck and I have full strength back throughout my neck, arms, hands, etc. Before surgery I had terrible pain going into my left elbow and my arm and hand were constantly tingling and I was losing feeling and strength. Now I am back to working out regularly at the gym and was able to get back on the softball field! I would recommend everyone I know to Dr Gravori, if they are in need of any kind of spinal surgery or just for a second opinion. We refuse to do the ex-ray before seeing the doctor, so they send us back to wait, doctor assistant came us after another half an hr and he was very rude, he says if we don't take the ex-ray it will just take us more time in line .we decided to leave without seeing the doctor, wasting our time realizing its a 'money making machine' not a doctor office.
