My medication nurse shared her nephropathy experience with me resulting in a new medication for my case, At night our RN supervisor Destiny covered us like a warm blanket. Stephanie was a headphone hero! Marta often does double shifts. Christina made sure I worked hard in my rehab sessions. The social workers are really good. Shen brought my iPhone back to life after a hard fall. My caseworker and I shared the same surgeon creating a bond that will last for the rest of my life. CC was my first CNA and made a wonderful opening impression of the facility. When it came time to leave Lindsay Rodriguez packed me up. Everyone at North Hills loves their job. I would be shown the exercise and then left to do it on my own while they were off helping other clients in between. I had no idea if I was doing the exercises properly. So when a friend suggested that I give North Valley PT a try - I decided to do just that. I am so happy that I took a chance because everyone at the clinic are very experienced, knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful! They only have Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants working with the clients. They are hands on and it's very personalized care. I love that the office is small - yet they have all the equipment needed to provide quality care and teach the exercises needed for everyone. Jenny who works at the front desk was so helpful and friendly when I first came in. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure that my insurance was accepted there. Aiden also works the front desk and he is equally as nice! Carla & Julia are amazing! Carla is the owner and makes you feel welcome right from the start. I did the exercises and I got a little bit better but not much. After I got an MRI, the PT told me that I would likely not fully recover. 6 months later with a different PT, I'm fully recovered. My experience at this place felt impersonal. I was always one of at least 2 patients being tended to simultaneously and I don't feel like they really treated ME as much as treating a textbook case of what my injury was. I struggled with whether or not to write this review because they were nice enough and have probably treated other people successfully; but the therapy was ineffective for me and I think that was largely due to inattention to individual patient needs. There are many other local options.

Everybody is kind, hard working and really caring. My main therapist is Evan. Evan has pushed me and challenged me, in the best possible way.
