Once I saw the nurse, she was very thorough and explained everything to me. The doctor was the best part of the visit, though! I would recommend that NOBODY visit this place to receive their physical therapy. I was a patient…read morethere in January 2025 and visited approximately six times. On the very first day, I received an evaluation which the front desk charged me $80 for. I continued going a few weeks after and had no problems until I started paying for an hour of physical therapy and was getting sent home 10/15 minutes early every time. Because of this, I stopped going (my last visit was around 1/29/25). Two months later (on 3/27/25), I receive a bill for $35. I called the billing department and spoke to the rudest person I have ever encountered on a phone call. I politely asked why I was being charged $35 when I was paying up front before each session every time and she said it was because I received therapy the day I got the evaluation. Firstly, I did not receive any therapy. They had me stand on one foot and balance for like 30 seconds and then had me do some stretches that lasted no more than 5 minutes. I was then sent home and assumed that was a part of the "evaluation." I visited about five more times after this and was never informed that I owed money for therapy from the first day. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very argumentative and just kept saying that I owe $35 because I received therapy on the evaluation day which I did not. I actually insisted that THEY owe me money for sending me home early every time I went. I would also like to note that although $35 is not a lot, it is the principle of the matter that they are requesting this two months later and did not say a single word to me when I continued visiting after the initial visit. Again, there was no therapy performed on this day and if anything, it lasted no more than 5 minutes. I would advise anyone requiring orthopedic therapy to take their business elsewhere and do NOT go to Cora Physical Therapy.
