Hot hot day so after eat we decided to get something cold and we choose physical long garden grove branch. Decor interior so pretty place are clean. Service was fast, drink was delicious. Gave 3 stars because the restroom was unbearable. The sitting down toilet it's peep everywhere in the seat. The man toilet next to it is not flushed. This not staff fault but the costumer before me might the one created that nasty. I hope the employee did check the restroom for cleanliness.
I have been here so many times and I love that it's a place for a family together being a child of immigrant parents. This literally reminds them of Vietnam because of how the decoration and the seatings are every time I've gone here. It's either with my relatives, my parents, my sister and the drinks are consistent every time it does get crowded because it's in downtown Garden Grove but it's awesome and you definitely need to check it out they have Salty foods sweet foods and of course their coffees and their teas are also amazing as well. I definitely recommend you give this unique spot a try and immerse yourself in Vietnamese culture it's beautiful.
This place is so big, with lots of tables and chairs. Cute photo ops as well. Blended coconut coffee & Matcha coconut Drinks were okay, I think we appreciated the atmosphere more than the drinks. We did have a bit of trouble ordering due to a slight language barrier, but that's okay. We enjoyed our time.
Before coming to the U.S., I used to drink Phúc Long many times, and I really liked their tea. During my visit to California, I found out there was a location in Garden Grove, so I went right away. This time, I didn't order a drink -- I bought a tiramisu cake instead. The cake wasn't too sweet, but I personally prefer it a bit richer and with a stronger coffee flavor. Well, I guess it depends on each person's taste. The shop has a cute, airy design, and the seating is comfortable -- perfect for going with family or friends.
Phúc Long Coffee & Tea Really great experience here! The self-order kiosk makes everything super quick and easy--no waiting in long lines and you can take your time customizing your drink. The shop is clean, modern, and well-organized. I tried the ginger pudding and a hot mocha--both were really good. The pudding had a nice ginger flavor without being too strong, and the mocha was rich and comforting. Drinks and desserts came out fast, and the staff was friendly when handing out orders. Overall, smooth process, good quality drinks, and a nice vibe. Definitely coming back!
This place is HUGE for a coffee shop and also has the cutest decor! We went inside simply because of the sakura tree decorations at the front and decided to check out the entire place. The wait is fairly long even at night time. I would say about 20 minutes waiting in line on a Friday night. With plenty of seating, the wait was worth the time! They also make fresh desserts that are delicious to pair with your coffee selection! I recommend this place for a little pick-me-up coffee experience with cute decor and a good place to have time to sit and hangout with friends!
wanted to try a new tea place and really hoped I'd like it. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I went on a weekday around 7 PM, and there were only two or three people there, yet it still took about 20 minutes to get my drink. Ordering was self-checkout, so I couldn't ask for any recommendations. When I finally got my drink, it tasted like watered-down jasmine tea. Overall, it was very disappointing.
The shop is decorated in an old-style Vietnamese theme with the low stools you see in Vietnam and even a small boat. I ordered an iced Americano (non-sweet), and also got a non-sweet matcha latte and a less-sweet Vietnamese coffee for later in the afternoon. The wait time was longer than some busy cafés or coffee shops, maybe because they also make sandwiches. It took a little longer than I expected. This place might be better known for their tea, but I didn't try it since I came to check out their Vietnamese coffee. To be honest, it was just okay. I might come back to try their tea -- maybe that's the good one. Their matcha is a no for me.
Not a huge fan of Phuc Long's drinks but their ambiance is amazing. I always come here to study and order a blended drink or coffee. The 3 star is because I would not recommend their drinks UNLESS you're coming to here study. The blended smoothie is never properly blended so i always get huge chunks of ice. The coffee is meh, I've had better down the street. I will give it to them for their study space. There's lots of seating, outlet, wifi & the vibes are amazing. Occasionally there will be a big group of people chatting as it is a good place to catch up with friends. I recommend bringing headphones if you want to focus.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT Drove 45 mins this afternoon to be here because they have a promotion BOGO hot tofu. The promotion is applied after 2pm Mon- Fri, I was here at 6pm. They told me the promotion is over because all the tofu was gone. When I asked if they would give us a discount for something else because we still wanted to purchase the promotional drink, they flatted out say "No". Then I asked how would we know if something like this is sold out while it's still being advertised, they said to call them before coming in. Wow! What a great marketing strategy and customer service!! I've been coming here with friends and families for the last few years and this experience was definitely deceiving. So we ordered 2 drinks anyways, when our drinks were ready, they didn't even call out my name to pick them up. Management, please ensure your business professionally stands with the promotions so it's not misleading to the customers.
This location have cute decor and front seating mimicking the viet experience on the sideway popup type. Parking is absolutely abhorrent tho, you have to go all the way around after parking to get to the front store entrance. Drinks is good as i remembered back in nam, same on par quality, however if u ordered no ice u get only like half cup of drinks ( pictured below), like u can even get it to at least 3/4? Tea r not that expensive :/. Glad i bought it on bogo promotion or i would have been pissed. I prefer the other location in Fv more only for the parking alone is sm better. Service is alright, a bit cold but i was order taking out so not big deal, they make drinks pretty slow compared to other shops. 7/10
I walked in and pleasantly surprised how big and cozy it was; lots of natural elements ( plants ) and tasteful culture art on the walls and throughout. I wasn't familiar with some of their "new" items on the menu but front host was very patient to explain. She showed me how to mix the rice paper salad with the fresh mango & crunchy onion! And the spicy breadsticks (bahn mi) was served warm w/ deli meat and exceptional paste spread. I enjoyed all my "first " with the hibiscus iced tea. What a relaxing place with great staff service.
The store is clean and well decorated. The staff are nice and fast with orders. They picked up the trash and clean all the tables often during my visit. I like the brown sugar boba milk which was not too sweet like other places. They play mostly Vietnamese songs and the vibes are like the coffee shops in Vietnam. They also have patio seatings which is very cute and spacious. If you play Pokémon like me, this is heaven with free wifi and lots of PokeStops. The Wifi password is on your receipt. It's a good place to chill and to observe car show on Fridays, Farmer Markets on Sundays, moon festivals and Lunar NY flower festivals :)
Me and my husband were in the area and we were just driving around browsing for NEW places to try. The SIGN PHUC LONG caught my attention right away. It made me laugh for a while though. We better make sure to PRONOUNCE the store name correctly... I decided to try their MOST POPULAR DRINK ON YELP... LOTUS LONGAN TEA: 8/10 It was pretty refreshing especially on a HOT DAY. I think it was a pretty good drink. In my opinion, it did not need the LIME. The drink came out lightning fast... SERVICE: B+ I was the only one in line and no one really greeted me or took my order. There was 2 customers sitting at the table. The entire store was 98 PERCENT empty. But, the workers appear to be OCCUPIED so I decided to just start TAKING pictures for my YELP REVIEW. Moments later a nice lady cashier took my order... PHUC LONG lived up to its name. It takes a PHUC LONG time to take your order. read more

Unfortunately received horrible service! Two coffee drinks (viet and cloudy) took almost half an hour. Other customers were also frustrated at how slow they were. The first cloudy coffee was already made by someone else and placed on the rack- melting in front of me while staff chit chatted with one another and customers in Vietnamese... and still they didn't call any orders. I'm still here waiting with the buzzer. When I finally received it and asked why I had to wait if the drinks were ready- guy yelled back and said I should've told him. How rude. I just responded to have a happy new year. Absolute not returning. Flat drinks and bland. Coffee place a few walks down was faster, nicer staff, and had better service. read more
Phuoc Long never misses! I stopped in today and grabbed a blended matcha, and it was so smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet. You can really taste the quality in every sip. The service was fast and super friendly -- they greeted me right away and had my drink ready in minutes. The shop feels clean, bright, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I'm craving something refreshing! read more
Quick service and all you quintessential flavors! When we went on Sunday, there were quite a bit of people, so please be aware that this location gets pretty poppin' Ambiance was the same/similar to their other locations, and they even have a lady making Che on the inside! We ordered different drinks for the little ones in our family to drink. They all seemed to love what we ordered. Drinks were a good portion and reasonably priced. I will say...my husband and I did see one of the baristas picking his nose very very very hard. He saw us seeing him and quickly stopped and went to the cash register shortly after. I would just keep an eye on your drinks and how or who they are being made by. Aside from that little hiccup the location is so cute for sitting...chatting...picture taking...relaxing. Ample space for the entire family. read more
Needed a drink for our drive to Laguna Beach. Decided on this place. I love lychee anything so we ordered this lychee drink. It was good! They put the actual lychee fruit in it. The tea itself was not too sweet which was good! The only thing I did not like was that there is too much ice in it. I will ask for less ice next time. The place is decorated really cute and they had pastries / baked goods. We didn't try any but they did look good! I will have to try some the next time I go! read more

Waste of time. Never supporting them again. Their promotion said "Buy 2 get 1 free" for the full drink menu. My husband went there, and the staff confirmed the promotion was still available. But when he tried to buy 3 peach teas, they suddenly said peach tea was excluded. The ad never mentioned any exclusions and clearly said full drinks/menu. Very misleading and not transparent with promotions. Disappointed. read more

We were first introduced to Phuc Long during our trip to Vietnam and we were surprised to hear that they had a location in Orange County. This location is located on the Historical Main Street in Garden Grove with a parking lot in the rear. The outside reminded me of what we saw at their Vietnam locations with the small stools and tables facing outward. It brought back so many memories! We ordered the Vietnamese milk coffee and the peach milk tea. The coffee was strong but balanced and not too bitter. The peach milk tea was very peachy which I liked since in my experience fruit teas are usually milder in flavor. The inside was louder than I expected a coffee/tea shop would be, but as long as you have headphones you might be able to drown out larger groups or people talking on their phones. I also think they allow smoking indoors too so beware. They have free wifi and outlets throughout which make working here a good experience. read more

I went here to study and this place was busy for a Tuesday afternoon. The line was maybe about 7+ people. I ordered the large cloudy coffee and it was about $6. It had a strong coffee taste with alittle sweetness from the cream foam on top. It tasted really good. The place was decorated and it made me feel like I was in Vietnam. It had plants, artwork on the walls and lights on the ceilings. It wasn't as loud while I was doing homework. I also ordered the Banh Mi Que which was about $9. It was three mini baguettes . It tasted pretty good but the portion was really tiny and I felt like it shouldn't be $9 for it to be that small Overall, this place is a nice spot to go study with good coffee. If you're looking for a place that makes you feel like you're in Vietnam, this is the place to go! read more
Everything here resembles Phuc Long -the infamous coffee chain in Vietnam. Their pastries ( such as Croissants ) are all high quality as well. I heard that their tea is imported from Vietnam, which is why its pricier. _Cons: drink sizes are relatively Small! (Average price is $7-$8). If you order no ice to save for the next day, expect the volume to be half of the picture. _Pros: Phuc Long's tea and coffee quality will not disappoint you. It is STRONG. If you like strong caffeinated flavor without too much artificial syrup Try the Tea here ! _Recommend: Vietnamese coffee, Phuc Long Milk Tea, Lychee Tea, Lucky Tea ( peach tea and longan - recommend 50% sweet), Blended coconut coffee. Service: professional, fast, pretty friendly. -Overall: 3.6/ 5. Great for hanging out with friends, Fun live music ; but not the best for working since it can get loud. read more

I went to Phin Smith first and I regretted it LOL I saw Phuc Long across the street and the tiny chairs caught my eye. It was so cute but so vietnam! I did not regret getting another cafe sua da, especially cus Phuc Long's was SO GOOD. 1. Viet Milk Coffee Just perfect. What else can I say about it? 2. Flan Not too sweet. Can't describe what was great about it but I couldn't stop eating it lol 3. Yogurt Very tart/sour but yummy! Reminds me of Beijing Yogurt. Service: Staff is always very nice here. There's usually a wait when I order or wait for my drink. But there's always a crowd and the drinks are worth the wait! read more
Cute cafe reminiscent of Vietnam. The teeny tiny chairs and table super low top the ground are just so fun to sit in! The drinks could be better. We ordered lychee lotus tea, lucky tea, and hot jasmine tea. All three we wouldn't order again...so that tells you a lot. Cashier wasn't exactly welcoming either but it was a busy Sunday lunch time. I felt rushed and somewhat ignored. I considered picking up the tea bags until I read the box "Exclusively for sale in Vietnam. Exports are not authorized." Makes you question if it passes FDA standards for safe consumption.. Hard pass. read more
Phuc Long always keeps it real -- from the authentic Vietnamese chairs to the white christmas trees, this quaint coffee shop nestled in the middle of bustling Main Street in Old Town, Garden Grove. Phuc Long always seems to be open, starting at 8am daily. Stop by on weekend afternoons, to snag the Crunchy Breadsticks (Banh Mi Que) in either regular or spicy. Expect a 15-minute wait for this cafe item. Amazing vibes in this shop always and enter from the main or rear entrance depending on where you're able to find parking! read more

Hi Ajay H,…
Cane by with my wife during Lunar New Year/CNY/Tet, and this place was packed! The service was still fast, despite all the new years festivities, the lychee jasmine tea is on point and definitely just reminds you of home. Everything was very fresh and the place was popping with folks in Ao Dai's and other traditional clothing. Would highly recommend swinging by if anyone is in the area and would like an authentic beverage. Even the small tiny chairs makes you feel like you've been transported back to Vietnam, super cool! read more

My favorite is blended coconut coffee. Not many places offer this drink and when they do, it's not blended so I knew I had to try it here. Upon walking in, this space is deep! Every space is utilized. Starting with the cute patio with miniature chairs and tables to resemble Vietnam street cafes. More tables and sofas throughout the shop. They also sell snacks, pastries, their own brand of tea and coffee. I find their coconut coffee interesting because it had this coconut whipped topping like the cloud series that you see at other cafes. I wasn't a fan of that and scooped it out. Their drinks remind me of Starbucks from all the whipped topping like a Frappuccino. Phuc Long is also a popular chain in Vietnamese like Starbucks. When you order, they give you a pager and it'll beep when it's ready. Parking in this area can be tough with street parking and during events but there's a small lot if you're lucky to find one in there. read more
Delicious tea, green tea flavor meshes well with the lychee, and we really enjoyed the fresh lychee fruit inside our drink. Small location and gets really busy/packed inside, but well worth it for the drinks and quick service. read more
