I spoke with the owner, she makes thai desserts and papaya salad daily for sale and also offers bubble tea drinks. I ordered a lychee drink, it's lite in sweetness. They get all their ingredients fresh due to the Coborns connection and make it fresh daily on site. They can make your special request and custom orders on site due to their expertise and experience. Order: I got the chef special that included 4 salmon nigiri and a spicy salmon roll. Fish was fresh and the flavors were delicious. I was so excited that I ate it and forgot to take a picture. Given it's in an office building, this is not a place I would stop or even would know exists. If the place is not attempting to be fine dining, I don't review against fine dining standards. Be forewarned though, I have very specific and tight standards for qualifying a dive bar. One both occasions I was actually really impressed with the flavor of strength of the coffee (light roast). I abhor weak coffee and this was actually pleased.
