The pizza is ordered at the counter and brought to your table when ready. Both my wife and I thought the counter person was a bit snippy when asked a few questions about the pizza. Nothing terrible, but not particularly welcoming. There are lots of hotels surrounding this restaurant and I'm sure they get a lot of business (take-out and delivery) from the hotels and it's certainly better than most of the chains.
