They never fail. They never get it wrong. I order here OFTEN and at all times of the day and they ALWAYS do their best! My biggest complaint is that they arent open 24 hours! They are consistent. They have always been very professional and clean! They make amazing food that feels refreshing and filling. Good for the body and soul. If you order now you will be eating in probably 20 minutes. Dont forget to be specific if you like spicy! Everything is good. I recommend fresh (shrimp,tofu or just veg) spring rolls with the peanut sauce.. For me no sweet n sour. CCW! Cream cheese wontons! Rancho doesn't have any other Thai food so this place is where we go for close cravings. Thankfully everything is good and the service is great. First time trying this restaurant through Postmates today. I ordered chicken egg rolls (4 pcs), chicken pad Thai, yellow chicken curry and tropical fish. I enjoyed the tropical fish and the yellow curry dishes but unfortunately the egg roll and pad Thai missed the mark. The chicken egg rolls were all noodles inside. Didn't see any sign of chicken in it. The pad Thai was dry. I would've given it 4 but how can you mess up egg rolls and pad Thai. My parents ate in the restaurant before and they said it was good. Not sure if this happened because it was delivery. In any case.. prob will order the two other dishes again if I ever try this place again. read more

Called to place an order for pick up. They read off my order and gave me a total of $19.32. My wife sends me with a 20 dollar bill to pick up the food. When I get there they tell me it is $26.94. I play back the call for them where they read off my order and gave me the total. They refused to listen to the call recording and walked away from me. I asked to talk to the manager who brought my printed order showing the total of $19.32. She told me it did not include 2 items from my order. I again mentioned the call recording and said the error was on their end as they read the order back and gave me the 19 dollar total. They pulled out 2 things from my order to make it under 20 so I could pay with the $20 cash I had in hand. Horrible customer service. For $19.32 they earned my partial food order and this 1 star review. read more

Outstanding food - it is the same as food prepared in fine dining restaurants in Thailand and we've been there! The menu has good variety for those who enjoy seafood, meats, or vegetarian fare. You can choose the level of heat for spicy dishes and the wait staff will guide your choices once they get to know you. Appetizers are a real treat. The Evil Fish is my favorite fish dish on the menu and Ho Mok is the more exotic, particularly if because I like a variety of seafood and a light coconut milk broth. We go at least twice a month and are treated like neighbors. If you like service with a smile, white linens, reliable and well prepared meals, this is the Thai restaurant you'll enjoy. If you LOVE heat, they will bring out a variety of "extra" hot pepper - but be careful! Thai hot is not like any other kind! read more

I LOVE this restaurant. It's in a strip mall, but the inside is gorgeous. Quiet, serene, plenty of seating but not too big. The food is excellent...and they are very mindful of the spice level if you are sensitive to spices like I am. I always get the Cashew Nut chicken, and their satay with peanut sauce is fantastic. This is probably my favorite Thai restaurant. Their food is consistently tasty and the portions are generous. I like that they use a lot of vegetables. The spice levels are appropriate; for an example, a level 3 is what I would consider to be a level 3. They have nice lunch portions that are perfect. My favorites are the vegetable Spicy Noodle and Basil Beef. The restaurant itself is very nice. When you walk in, it feels pretty fancy. The servers are dressed nicely and you can tell the owner takes pride in her business. I like that they give you a bottle of ice cold water at your table rather than walking around a filling it up. You are able to order through Yelp. For the most part, I have never had a problem with it. However, some coworkers had issues with being charged and the restaurant not receiving the order. Okay so here's the issue with this place. I don't think they have wifi so they use the phone to download orders from Yelp/Grubhub. So you get there 25 minutes later and tell them you ordered online, they sit you down while they COOK your orders. Both times I have ordered from here O have had to wait due to this issue and one of the girls working there told me they forget to check online orders. DON'T order online. Call them and order there. The good. Their wait staff is impeccable. Never felt so attended to in a restaurant!! The bad. I ordered all vegan items and the veggies were nearly raw and uncooked. Which isn't nutritionally bad, but I wasn't on that time!! The good/bad. Depending on your health. (Note: I never in my life had to water down a restaurant's tea, lemonade, etc.) Being a 1.5 to 2 cups of sugar 70's Kool-Aid'ologist slash connoisseur of sweet I had to ask for a cup of water to "cut" their lemonade. Again, depending on your health this could be a plus or minus. But to say it was diabetes in a cup would not be far from the truth!! LOL!! I love Thai food but rarely ever eat it but I was craving it the other night so I grabbed a Togo order from this local Thai restaurant. Right when I walked in I noticed how clean and tidy this place was....it's not gross or smelled like usual hole in the wall places. The lady I picked up my order from was nice and gave me a large amount of chili sauce when I asked for some. I ordered shrimp pad Thai, yellow curry with chicken which comes with a side of jasmine white rice, and shrimp and veggie spring rolls. At first I was annoyed I didn't order more because my friend and I were starving and I didn't know if this was going to fill us up or not but after my meal I realized it was a perfect and extremely filling amount! (My total for all of this was $34) -fair price! The pad Thai was delicious and the shrimp tasted very fresh! The flavors were on point, next time I'm going to try their spicy pad Thai. The curry was my favorite part of our meal, it was probably one of the best things I've tasted. It was so flavorful and came in a very large generous portion! I'm a big fan of spring rolls, I basically order them at any restaurant they offer them at and they all usually taste the same, you can't really mess them up but these ones were extra delish because of the yummy house peanut sauce and chili sauce on the side. We have ordered from here 3 times. The first 2 times were great - everything was made according to our request and was really delicious. The order we got last night was awful though. The dishes that I requested be prepared "as mild as possible" were too spicy for the delicate folks in the house - so spicy in fact that the regular spicy food lovers among us were commenting on the spice. I ordered one of 3 noodle dishes be prepared w/out egg but all 3 came that way. And the final nail in the takeout box coffin was the mango sticky rice. The rice was both undercooked and burned which I guess is somewhat impressive - I mean how can it be both? But, seriously, it shouldn't have been served. I thought we had finally found our go-to Thai place and I'm seriously bummed to find out that it's not at all consistent. read more

Stopped by here to pick up lunch for Mike. This place is kind of a gem considering where it is located. You don't expect to find such a nice restaurant in a strip mall next to a grocery store. Looking around you can tell that the owners take a lot of pride in having a nice clean restaurant. I called ahead to pick up lunch and the girl was very friendly.
