We've been waiting for this place to open up because we pass it every time we eat at Daan sushi, so we've been eyeing it - and it did not disappoint. You walk in cafeteria style, and can walk by the menu board for Build Your Own Pho, as well as the broken rice, fried rice, vermicelli, and other asian menu boards as well as a Banh Mi board of about 6 types of Banh Mi. I'm in heaven. They have a board devoted to spring rolls - including grilled salmon spring rolls which we had and they were phenomenal. Hubby had the grilled pork vermicelli plate with a fried egg, and I had the combination Banh Mi. We also had the above mentioned salmon spring rolls and water, it was $20. My family and I go here frequently, especially now that Pho King Way has departed Texas - what a loss. Hey Texans - we do live in a cultural wasteland - so do what you can to support some culinary diversity by trying this place! Portions are ample. Lot's of meat. Everything super fresh and the place seems very clean. I never leave a drop in my bowl - broth is first rate. Tofu prepared just right - like I wish I could make it! Staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking. I tried this place for lunch a few days ago, and I'm so glad I did! Service was extremely fast and very polite, tables cleared and cleaned quickly, and I love that they have menus along the wall as you walk up the line to order. We came here for dinner on Tuesday. This was our first time at this location. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our order. Since I love chicken so much I always ordered the chicken pho. We also ordered their fried egg rolls and filet mignon spicy pho. The place very nice and cleaned. The fried egg rolls were very good. They were huge and cooked to perfection. The fill in was very tasty. The chicken pho was very delicious. I must of been super hungry because I finished it all. Usually the bowls are so big I don't finish them. The filet mignon spicy pho was too spicy we asked the manager if we could exchange it for a regular one. We offer to pay for the new bowl of pho but they declined and made the exchange free of charge. That spoke very highly of the staff. We will be definitely coming back to this place because of their food and customer service. read more

I've been a Semi-regular customer since I moved here in April 2019. This place is amazing and each time the quality is the exact same. Highly recommend their spring rolls (all the protein options are great). They come with the best peanut sauce I've found yet. They also have spectacular pad Thai/curry pad Thai, and sesame/orange chicken. Those are my favorite dishes by far. Beef and broccoli is not my fav but I'm certainly more than ok sticking with the other plates mentioned. =) Also the meat prep is higher quality than the Lewisville location, I've found. We were just there today (8/25/20) and my daughter took too many chopsticks according to the business. The lady asked my daughter to give them back. I then chimed in and said what are you going to do with them she have already touched them just let her keep them. She said, NO YOU HAVE ENOUGH! And she put them right back for the public to grab on their own after my daughter touched them. After spending 5 days at Gaylord Texan last thing I wanted was to end our trip on a bad note! Food is fairly good, not outstanding though. The place always smells funny. It is run like a rude business, with almost no courtesy; just expediate orders with no smile. But i could live with that. My concern is when I ordered a dish and I realized that they include a topping that I can't have, I respectfully told them and asked for another plate. The guy started to mumble aggressively and show annoyance. What made me give up, even if I paid, and leave the place is when he came back with the same dish, removing the superficial layer of the topping and serving me the same dish! I would be mad but I could understand that he refuses to change my dish but to pretend he did and bring me the same with the exact same topping is properly unacceptable! I won't go there anymore! We went there for lunch last weekend. We ordered vegetarian pho, korean chicken, bbq chicken, tofu spring rolls and fried egg rolls. All the food tasted great and was very fresh. Though, the sauces they serve with it, must be watered down, since I am used to very spicy and these were not. Even the scirachi wasn't spicy, which was very disappointing. I also suspect they put extra sugar in everything, since I felt it was overly sweet. I think this is a decent fast food pho place. Located next to Grapevine Mall. Simplified menus for those who are not familiar with Viet dishes. PhoXPress is trying to Americanize Viet dishes-----ehhhhhhh, it just doesn't work. Americanized Chinese cuisine has led to Panda Express, Pei Wei, PF Changs, and typical Chinese buffets. It worked I guess (even though I don't prefer it personally)...but for the Vietnamese dishes...it just doesn't taste right to me. The bo luc lac wasn't horrible, just tastes....different. Pho is typical, but the star anise flavor in it is pretty strong. Americanized menu, Americanized flavor, but cashiers have a hard time understanding English. Messed up our order. Sigh. Prices are steep for Viet food. I do hope, for the sake of my own people, that this restaurant strives to improve. For now, I don't plan to be back. read more

It was surprisingly tasty! This is the first time I've been to a pho restaurant where you order at the register! They gave you a number and then you get your own drinks and find your own table. Pros: most pho place have terrible customer service and they take forever refilling your drinks or get you anything else. So we liked the idea that you can get your drinks, but at the same time... I got the p2 which was the pho with the filet. Surprisingly, it was real filet and not eye round! The meat melts in your mouth when you eat it while eye round is bit more chewy. The broth was a bit on the salty side imo but it was still good and wasn't unbearable. The only con I thought was the size of the bowls and the price. It's more on the expensive side for pho. Final verdict? I'd definitely come back:) I think I've settled on this pho place for the time being until I find something new. Customer service was great btw! She delivered the food and brought out my extra broth for the meat in a timely manner. Staff here are not friendly. In addition, they up charge on the size of the Pho bowls even if you tell them you want a small size, it will automatically be rung up as "Large". The mushrooms and corn are from a can. The carrots are frozen, and I believe the broccoli is as well. The chicken is tough and hard to chew. I seek out Pho when I travel and I've had many different varieties. Some are better than others, but it's never bad. This is bad. Pho is all about a rich, flavorful broth and fresh ingredients.
