This place is alright. The Pho broth is good but the beef taste a little weird to me personally. At this establishment you walk up and order, they give you a number and then they bring you your meal. This is very different than traditional Vietnamese places. FYI, if you order chicken pho you get breast meat in the dish. You serve your own drinks here too, so if you like to be waited on hand and foot this place is not for you. Plenty of parking outside and quick service by the staff. No real complaints here. Pho is one of my favorite meal to eat on a rainy day. Stopped by here because it was next to Grapevine Mill outlet mall. The service was quick and easy. You basically order at the register first than find your seat. We didn't wait for more than 10 minutes and our food was out. The broth was very good and flavorful. The trick to eat any sliced beef with pho is to ask for it on the side and add it to the broth one (or two) at a time shortly before you are ready to eat it so it doesn't over cook. I personally didn't care for their filet mignon because the meat taste a bit old to me. But overall, I would come back to this place. Food was just okay. Most shaken beef I have had in the past have been bolder in flavor but that is not the main reason I am giving this place a 1 star. I'm giving it solely based on the terrible service I received. I have never been treated so poor at a restaurant. We came in 30 min before closing which I realize is tight. But i know pho restaurants are typically fast in food preparation. Upon checking out the man at the counter told us if we are dining in we better eat fast because they close in 30 minutes. There is a nicer way this could have been said. But what made me the most upset was when I asked for a to go plate. Had a really great meal delivered from here! The vegetable pho with tofu was a very generous portion with the typical add ins on the side and chilled. The spicy edamame chili sauce was perfect to drizzle in the pho. Personally, I'm a bit of a heat wimp. The spicy edamame with the chili seeds scraped off was amazing. When I accidentally ate a piece loaded with seeds I thought I might die for a hot second. It'd labeled as spicy so hard to fault them! The curry chicken pho is delicious, and really good if you are sick. They've always been pretty fast. I'm not a huge fan of the atmosphere, so I usually get good to go from there. But, everything I've tried has been good. The smoothies are pretty good, but they don't really blend them so well, so there's an ice chunk or two, but I like the avocado flavor, so I still get it. read more

This place has actually pleasantly surprised me! I have come here twice and gotten a small Pho bowl with meatball and I've never been disappointed here. They have a huuuuge assortment of Viet food to choose from (and even some Thai options!), and the quality has always been pretty good and consistent. As appetizers we usually get both spring rolls and egg rolls. They're both averagely good and worth ordering! They get your food out to you pretty fast even when busy. I have never had bad food here. I love this place! I love the chicken pho, wantons and the egg rolls are literally the best!!!!!

I ordered the tofu spring rolls and the beef flank pho with the veggies. It was delicious. The noodles were just right(not too soggy). The broth was delicious!!! The Pho was nice and hot!!! The bowl was huge. Two average people can eat out of one bowl. It came out with a side dish of the veggies (2 slices of Jalapeno, a few Basil leaves, and sprouts). The two Tofu Spring Rolls are huge. I didn't even get to finish it. The dipping sauce which is peanut was good. It was sweet and had little pieces of chopped peanuts in it. The place is spacious and clean. Lots of tables or booths to sit in. Their menus and pictures of dishes are displayed on TV screens. It was easy to modify an order because I don't eat spicy foods. The broth was nice, but the noodles were harder than usual and I asked for extra meatballs, not the beef. This amazing new place just opened up by my work and today the hubby met me there for lunch. It was... FABULOUS! We've been waiting for this place to open up because we pass it every time we eat at Daan sushi, so we've been eyeing it - and it did not disappoint. You walk in cafeteria style, and can walk by the menu board for Build Your Own Pho, as well as the broken rice, fried rice, vermicelli, and other asian menu boards as well as a Banh Mi board of about 6 types of Banh Mi. I'm in heaven. They have a board devoted to spring rolls - including grilled salmon spring rolls which we had and they were phenomenal. Hubby had the grilled pork vermicelli plate with a fried egg, and I had the combination Banh Mi. We also had the above mentioned salmon spring rolls and water, it was $20. Maybe I don't know pho. I'm not Vietnamese. But I know what I like. I had pho in Westminster California - in the heart of Little Saigon - and it was horrible. But this place rocks! My family and I go here frequently, especially now that Pho King Way has departed Texas - what a loss. Hey Texans - we do live in a cultural wasteland - so do what you can to support some culinary diversity by trying this place! Portions are ample. Lot's of meat. Everything super fresh and the place seems very clean. I never leave a drop in my bowl - broth is first rate. Tofu prepared just right - like I wish I could make it! Staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking. The flow of this restaurant is "unique" you're not seated by a host when you walk in you get in a line. If you show up after lunchtime there may be a lot of uncleanness and limited seating mainly due to plates being left out. The positive: Food was great and prepared fast with by friendly staff. My family and I have ordered from this restaurant 2-3 times a week for the past two years. I called in an order tonight at 8:30pm and before calling in my to go order I called and asked what time they close, I was told 9pm. I got a phone call at 8:45 from the woman working there tonight BITCHING me out that I was not there to pick up my To go order. I reminded her I called before hand and asked what time they closed to make sure we could pick it up in time. She continued to bitch me out and eventually hung up on me. We came here for dinner on Tuesday. This was our first time at this location. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our order. Since I love chicken so much I always ordered the chicken pho. We also ordered their fried egg rolls and filet mignon spicy pho. The place very nice and cleaned. The fried egg rolls were very good. They were huge and cooked to perfection. The fill in was very tasty. The chicken pho was very delicious. I must of been super hungry because I finished it all. Usually the bowls are so big I don't finish them. The filet mignon spicy pho was too spicy we asked the manager if we could exchange it for a regular one. We offer to pay for the new bowl of pho but they declined and made the exchange free of charge. That spoke very highly of the staff. Service was extremely fast and very polite, tables cleared and cleaned quickly, and I love that they have menus along the wall as you walk up the line to order. I got the build your own beef pho with filet and brisket and loved it! I've been a Semi-regular customer since I moved here in April 2019. This place is amazing and each time the quality is the exact same. Highly recommend their spring rolls (all the protein options are great). They come with the best peanut sauce I've found yet. They also have spectacular pad Thai/curry pad Thai, and sesame/orange chicken. Those are my favorite dishes by far. Beef and broccoli is not my fav but I'm certainly more than ok sticking with the other plates mentioned. =) Also the meat prep is higher quality than the Lewisville location, I've found. We went there for lunch last weekend. We ordered vegetarian pho, korean chicken, bbq chicken, tofu spring rolls and fried egg rolls. All the food tasted great and was very fresh. Though, the sauces they serve with it, must be watered down, since I am used to very spicy and these were not. Even the scirachi wasn't spicy, which was very disappointing. I also suspect they put extra sugar in everything, since I felt it was overly sweet. I think this is a decent fast food pho place. I think they cater to the average person, whose flavors are more muted. The pricing was decent, our meal was around $35. We will be trying it again. read more

Located next to Grapevine Mall. Simplified menus for those who are not familiar with Viet dishes. PhoXPress is trying to Americanize Viet dishes-----ehhhhhhh, it just doesn't work. Americanized Chinese cuisine has led to Panda Express, Pei Wei, PF Changs, and typical Chinese buffets. It worked I guess (even though I don't prefer it personally)...but for the Vietnamese dishes...it just doesn't taste right to me. The bo luc lac wasn't horrible, just tastes....different. Pho is typical, but the star anise flavor in it is pretty strong. Americanized menu, Americanized flavor, but cashiers have a hard time understanding English. Messed up our order. Sigh. Prices are steep for Viet food. I do hope, for the sake of my own people, that this restaurant strives to improve. For now, I don't plan to be back. read more
