I HIGHLY recommend Perfect Image Printing. As a recent newcomer to VA, I was in the market for a…read moreprint shop to regularly use to create my fine art prints. After reading the shop reviews on Yelp, I decided to stop in and ask a few questions. The owners and staff are clear experts, having been in business for many years. My prints turned out BEAUTIFULLY; the color, precision, and quality are each spot on. And to boot, my customers have raved about the quality of my fine art prints -- a subsequent testament to the work of Perfect Image Printing. Perfect Image Printing is a family owned and operated business, which I also love to support family-based endeavors. Robert, Lien, Ling, and other employees I've interacted with have each been a pleasure. I've been back with several more print projects, and each visit has been as confirming as the first. If you are looking for a print shop, this is your place! As a side note, I noticed that Google Maps has trouble pinpointing the store location. To clarify, the shop is located on Columbia Pike, the next building to the west of Mr. Tire, one of several small storefronts located within the same building. The storefront faces Columbia Pike. I hope that helps!

They have an amazing selection of equipment, perfect for the film shoot we were on. Their rental process is smooth as butter, fast, and convenient. Sign a couple little forms, pick your gear up, and just drop it off when you're finished. Prices were some of the best I've seen from rental companies as well. All of that is fantastic, but here's the best part: I'd accidentally left one of my own microphones with them when I dropped off their gear. The next day I flew home to California. My gear is across the nation, and I'm helpless. But these guys saved me. They wrote me, initially notifying me that I'd left a piece of my gear with them, and then proceeded to send it back to my home, free of charge, no questions asked. I was blown away. That is service at the highest level. So I have one piece of advice for you: do anything you can to work with this company. They are amazing.
