Discovered this spot from a TikTok suggesting this as a stop along a WeHo happy hour crawl. They have a daily 3-6 pm happy hour that has a lot of great deals on drinks, appetizers, and even their raw bar. The service was really great, and we happened to come on a day that they were promoting Estrella beer, so we got some free samples. Oysters were really good, the spring rolls were eh, and we got basic drinks but he vibe of the bar was nice.

$20, +2 lbs, WAGYU BEEF PHO. Apr 2026
Alex D.

My go to order is the traditional beef pho for those cold days or when I'm sick. It's pretty good and the portions are huge, you get over 2 lbs of soup. It lacks authentic touch tough, as compared to those mom and pop vietnamese restaurants. Never dined in, always pick up. You can park in the Trader Joe's garage with the Poinsettia and Fuller entrances but I believe you get only 1 hr free or you can try Romaine for free street parking.

Oxtail Pho

Just a big and plentiful bowl of deliciousness! Located in a very convenient area for shopping and people watching, I sat on the patio. The hostess and waiter were very attentive. The waiter was personable and thoughtful, not just to me but to all of his guests. I ordered the oxtail pho which came as a decent size serving. The meat just fell off the bone and was tender and meshed perfectly with the other flavors in the dish. Very good.

Stopped by Phorage for a quick bite - They offer happy hour M-F for some drink and food specials. The vibes of this restaurant is perfect. Natural light, lots of seating, fun decor, and neon lights. They have a large bar that serves liquor, natural wine, and beer. I got the shrimp and pork spring roll minus the pork. The rice paper was super soft which I appreciate and the shrimp was large. What I didn't love was the lack of herbs included in the spring roll. It was mainly lettuce and not enough mint. I actually couldn't taste the mint at all. The peanut sauce also didn't taste authentic. One of the reviews said it had mayo in it? I think Phorage is worth checking out during happy hour so you can try a couple things on the menu and decide what you like. Super cute and vibey restaurant!

Beef wagyu pho with tendon added

Outrageous price but the amount of meat and the quality of the noodle is sufficient to make me give this place a 3 star. Probably would not come back to this place for pho but it is convenient having a parking lot next to Trader Joe's. She was unable to sub out brisket for tendon, despite me not eating brisket, but was able to add more steak instead of the brisket. The interior seems roomy and would be a nice place to eat a meal with friends or family. Plenty of street parking around the corner if you don't wanna go into the underground lot.

Wagyu Pho Burger and 5 Spice Hot Chicken Sando

Phorage is always amazing! The food and drinks are consistently delicious, and the whole experience is made even better by the incredibly sweet staff and owners. I recently brought my dad and stepmom here while they were visiting from Florida, and I'm so glad I chose Phorage. Everything was wonderful, and they made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. It's such a great spot in West Hollywood, and I can't recommend it enough! We'll definitely be back! I've never been disappointed, not even once. I always bring my friends and family when they are in town. Definitely a spot worth checking out. The drinks feel high-end and thoughtfully crafted, but the prices are surprisingly reasonable. You get that upscale cocktail experience without the upscale price tag--which is such a rare find!

Great lil spot with delicious food and great vibes PROS------- ATMOSPHERE: I was surprised how cool the interior is. Dark, vibey, intimate, modern, great music. Love it SERVICE: Our waitress was great! Very attentive and quick with a kind personality who helped us with anything we needed FOOD: We ordered a lot and everything was great! My favorite is the oxtail pho and the pork skewers. Definitely try those!

Pho-rage completely brought us back to life. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by happy hour and smiling faces. Carlos and the crew made sure we were more than taken care of. Best recommendations got the lemon grass, fire and papaya salad, highly recommend the Thai tea. The vibe inside is great stereo system is awesome. They even had movies playing for 100% be back with friends.

NATURAL PORK VERMICELLI
Luckman Y.

Over $20 for a portion of pork (untouched yet in picture) smaller than a $2 street taco, generic Sysco lettuce , and old bean sprouts. It's cold too. And the food and ingredients are super mediocre, just not good food, period. I genuinely feel robbed.

The space was very cute, with great light from the windows and fun personal photos and memorabilia. We were pleasantly surprised by their $20 lunch specials and decided to take advantage. You get three items, one from each category: starters, half size pho, and beverage. I got the spring rolls, veg pho and iced coffee; the hubby got the half veg banh mi, veg pho, and a coke. The food was good and the portions were more than enough. We actually ended up taking some of the starters home. A very good value and friendly service. I used to regularly pick up the Iced Thai Coffee during my breaks at work and the street style fried rice when I left work late but today I wanted to go slow with some Beef Meatball Pho. I haven't sat down here in a while so the menu's seen some changes. A few of the drinks I used to get don't appear anymore but the popular Iced Thai Coffee and Thai Tea were still there. Though coming in, the guy behind the counter asked me not to sit on my regular spot, almost got my order wrong and asked how the food was before I started eating. It really harshed my vibe of the place. The bowls of pho now use red onions instead of white. They taste a bit more biting than before with a lingering aftertaste. Staff say the changes were made a few months ago and it definitely gave the soup more impact. Though the Strawberry Limeade wasn't a very good pairing. The meatballs are cut and portioned differently as well. Though not too different as to how they were before, the ingredient looks ready to be had in other dishes like a Bahn Mi. Overall different to how I used to have it. I'd had considered a dessert but the same wait staff presented me with my bill before I could consider. Overall an odd dining experience where I felt rushed and a little unwelcome. Though it's always good to see familiar faces among the staff.

Best quality ingredients in every dish, low sodium and no MSG so you never feel bloated. This place is phenomenal and instantly became my favorite place for lunch and dinner, year round. Sue, Lynn, Tracy, Annaleah... everyone always strives to give the best service possible. The inside is always cool and has the aroma of the amazing dishes being prepared, while their patio is perfectly shaded/covered during hot summer months or during the rainy season to enjoy eating at. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to after so many years, I am shocked I haven't left one sooner! A longtime local who was disappointed by the service…read more Having lived in North Hollywood for about eight years, I've watched so many local businesses come and go. I was definitely one of the earlier customers to give this spot a try and support it, and I've always appreciated the neighborhood vibe, generally affordable prices, and casual atmosphere. I've had the pho before, and while it wasn't the best I've ever had, it was decent overall. I personally think the broth could use a little more depth and flavor, but I've always liked having a spot like this in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and not because of the food. My partner and I stopped by around 8:30 p.m. on a rainy evening, knowing the restaurant closed at 9. We had been running around all day and really just wanted something warm to eat. We were hoping to sit down, order a bowl of soup, and enjoy a quick meal. The restaurant wasn't at capacity, and several people were still seated and enjoying their food. The first employee asked whether we wanted to dine in or order to go, and we were in the process of ordering when another employee came over and told us they were no longer seating anyone and were only offering takeout because the kitchen needed to close down. I understand the service industry. I work in it myself, so I absolutely respect that employees want to clean up, wrap things up, and get home at a reasonable hour. I wasn't expecting to order a full spread or keep anyone there all night. We were two people who wanted a simple, hot meal with 30 minutes remaining before closing. We even tried to find a compromise. We explained that we were happy to have our food packaged to go if that made things easier, but we still wanted to sit down and eat it there. We weren't asking for anything elaborate. Unfortunately, the answer remained no. What made the interaction particularly frustrating was that we were already being helped by another employee, and it felt as though the interaction was abruptly interrupted to turn us away. The way it was handled made us feel unwelcome, especially when other customers were still comfortably dining inside. We no longer live in the immediate area, but I'm very familiar with the neighborhood and made the drive over. We had to circle around looking for parking, finally park, and walk over, only to be told that sitting down for a quick bowl of soup wasn't an option at 8:30 p.m. I understand that restaurants have closing procedures, but there's a difference between setting reasonable boundaries and making customers feel like an inconvenience for showing up during posted business hours. If the restaurant has a last dine-in seating time earlier than its official closing time, I think that should be communicated clearly. Otherwise, customers reasonably expect that arriving 30 minutes before closing means they can still order a quick meal, provided the kitchen is accepting orders. I genuinely wanted to support a familiar neighborhood spot that I've visited before. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a warm meal and a welcoming experience on a cold, rainy evening. I still think this place has a good neighborhood feel and potential, but this interaction was disappointing. Hospitality matters, too, and how you make people feel can be just as memorable as the food. I hope management takes this feedback constructively.
