$20, +2 lbs, WAGYU BEEF PHO. Apr 2026
    Alex D.

My go to order is the traditional beef pho for those cold days or when I'm sick. It's pretty good and the portions are huge, you get over 2 lbs of soup. It lacks authentic touch tough, as compared to those mom and pop vietnamese restaurants. Never dined in, always pick up. You can park in the Trader Joe's garage with the Poinsettia and Fuller entrances but I believe you get only 1 hr free or you can try Romaine for free street parking.

found this little gem on my way to trader joe's.. its right next door. so i jumped in and they recommended this sandwich... its probably the best BANH MI i've ever had.... full of flavor and very filling... yum!!

I order from here frequently. Unfortunately tonight they sent my order with almost no broth. How are you supposed to have a soup with no broth. What a waste. The noodles don't even taste right without being in broth. I don't think I'll order from here again.

Discovered this spot from a TikTok suggesting this as a stop along a WeHo happy hour crawl. They have a daily 3-6 pm happy hour that has a lot of great deals on drinks, appetizers, and even their raw bar. The service was really great, and we happened to come on a day that they were promoting Estrella beer, so we got some free samples. Oysters were really good, the spring rolls were eh, and we got basic drinks but he vibe of the bar was nice.

Just a big and plentiful bowl of deliciousness! Located in a very convenient area for shopping and people watching, I sat on the patio. The hostess and waiter were very attentive. The waiter was personable and thoughtful, not just to me but to all of his guests. I ordered the oxtail pho which came as a decent size serving. The meat just fell off the bone and was tender and meshed perfectly with the other flavors in the dish. Very good.

    NATURAL PORK VERMICELLI

Over $20 for a portion of pork (untouched yet in picture) smaller than a $2 street taco, generic Sysco lettuce , and old bean sprouts. It's cold too. And the food and ingredients are super mediocre, just not good food, period. I genuinely feel robbed.

Stopped by Phorage for a quick bite - They offer happy hour M-F for some drink and food specials. The vibes of this restaurant is perfect. Natural light, lots of seating, fun decor, and neon lights. They have a large bar that serves liquor, natural wine, and beer. I got the shrimp and pork spring roll minus the pork. The rice paper was super soft which I appreciate and the shrimp was large. What I didn't love was the lack of herbs included in the spring roll. It was mainly lettuce and not enough mint. I actually couldn't taste the mint at all. The peanut sauce also didn't taste authentic. One of the reviews said it had mayo in it? I think Phorage is worth checking out during happy hour so you can try a couple things on the menu and decide what you like. Super cute and vibey restaurant!

Beef wagyu pho with tendon added

Outrageous price but the amount of meat and the quality of the noodle is sufficient to make me give this place a 3 star. Probably would not come back to this place for pho but it is convenient having a parking lot next to Trader Joe's. She was unable to sub out brisket for tendon, despite me not eating brisket, but was able to add more steak instead of the brisket. The interior seems roomy and would be a nice place to eat a meal with friends or family. Plenty of street parking around the corner if you don't wanna go into the underground lot.

Great lil spot with delicious food and great vibes PROS------- ATMOSPHERE: I was surprised how cool the interior is. Dark, vibey, intimate, modern, great music. Love it SERVICE: Our waitress was great! Very attentive and quick with a kind personality who helped us with anything we needed FOOD: We ordered a lot and everything was great! My favorite is the oxtail pho and the pork skewers. Definitely try those!

Their pricing is really great, the broth is nice and rich, and they give you a good amount of meat and veggies. Some may find that the broth has a teeny bit of oil but I personally like it. I would say though, after having done both take out and dine in, nothing beats fresh Pho at the restaurant. SERVICE 10/10: Today was my first time really dining in and our server, Louis, was the absolute sweetest. He was really attentive and helpful! AMBIANCE 10/10: The restaurant is really cute, lots of seating options, good lighting, and it gives off a comfort-cozy vibe which I love! NOTES: - There is street parking... HOWEVER turns out there is a parking garage on the second floor. If you enter through the alley way you will find an entrance and the ticket guy is there until 4. Nong Lá does offer validation even if he is there.

Our mistake was trusting Google on where to get bún bò Huế in LA…read more We ordered bún bò Huế, but the noodles were soggy and the broth had none of the rich, signature flavor it's known for. The rib and tendon "special" phở had an overwhelming anise taste, giving the broth a strange flavor. The tendon was overly soft, almost melting, which isn't how it's supposed to be. I left it untouched. My kids didn't even eat it. The bún thịt nướng was also off. It was made with the thick noodles used for bún bò Huế instead of the proper vermicelli. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're Vietnamese or familiar with authentic flavors, it likely won't meet your standards. Save your money. Service was nice in the beginning, but they didn't even check back with how the food was after delivering them. So Disappointing!

There were allegedly no tables available so we were told to put our names down. We waited about 7-10 mins and were sat. We each ordered the House Pho since it seemed to be the most popular dish, as well as an order of Spring Rolls. The waiter who was attending to us repeated our order which was (2) bowls of House Pho, Spring Rolls, and (2) beverages. When the food came out we only received one of the Pho dishes and one beverage. We asked to follow up on our additional soup and beverage only to the waited to tell us that we had only ordered one soup dish and one drink. We were very confused since he had repeated the order to us before sending it to the kitchen. The soup itself was lukewarm and flavor of the broth wasn't necessarily extraordinary. Similar to what others have written, it lacked flavor and tasted watered down. Pho should be packed with flavor and hot. The quality of meat was okay, but don't think I'll be going back. I wish I had nicer things to say about this place, but everything was disappointing. TLDR; overhyped, lacks flavor, and overpriced.

My boyfriend and I got Thai teas, the fried chicken and shrimp wontons, a number 1 pho, and a pork vermicelli. The Thai teas were great, can't really mess those up too much! The fried wontons with ground chicken and shrimp are crispy on the outside however the chicken and shrimp stuffing was quite flavorless. It didn't taste like it was seasoned at all. We were left dunking them in the chili sauce for some kind of flavor. The pho broth was quite bland, and the brisket in it was soooo dry and hard. So sad as this is a pho place but the number 1 dish is quite regrettable. The pork vermicelli was incredibly lackluster, as the pork was not charboiled or grilled and barely had any nice color or flavor on it. The noodles and veggies tasted mushy and not refreshing or fresh and there were bits of something bitter in it. I'm not sure what, maybe one of the veggies or the fried onion.
