My real estate agent's firm highly recommended Phoenix Rising Home Staging for luxury condo units. So, I requested this company and another to come out and sell me their ideas/terms/prices. Both companies work with ultra-high end real estate, and have designers on hand to attractively style the home with furnishings. I was particularly partial to Phoenix because of Hannah. While the prices of both companies were comparable, the contractual terms were less favorable with Phoenix; however, I really liked Hannah. She has an art background, and does design for a living. She was impressed by the art in my unit, and knew a good deal about quite a number of them (impressive!). I had to commit to 5months of rent for Phoenix's furniture, at about $2200/month, even knowing my unit would sell in a month or so. 2 of the 3 bedrooms were staged, along with the public rooms. The alternative high-end staging company had a one month commitment of $5K, with each subsequent month being prorated by day (@ $2K/month). This alternative company didn't have Hannah, though, and her design eye. I took the bite and committed to Phoenix knowing my gorgeous unit would sell in a month (it did!), and I am glad I did. Thank you Phoenix Rising, and Hannah! read more

One of your employees / partners who says his cousin works at your warehouse, Wilbert Rodriquez, lied and scammed me of $2,700 of rental income, leaving my luxury condo unit damaged and a mess and not paying his February rent on purpose while I actually was on an international trip! He is a liar and thief who uses your company to scam and convince people to let him live there rent free and bring your furniture to their properties! To gain their trust! He had occupied my condo with your furniture, then left my condo damaged! I actually allowed him to buy a "house for his family" without credit as a favor and he used my kindness to financially abuse me and my own new business income! Instead of kindly telling me he couldn't pay before I traveled so I could have my rental ad up for my OWN marketing! We are now at a risk of losing $5500 because he cannot MAKE honest decisions! Based on this type of lying and behavior for your employees, I give you a ONE STAR for quality of talent and how they use their "employment" to secure rental properties then deplete the owner's finances! I will ONLY remove this post once he has paid me the FULL amount of missing income he stole from me! If this is the kind of business you operate, a family of thieves shame on you! read more

These guys are amazing. We looked at 3 staging companies and I'm glad we chose Phoenix. I've had staging before but it didn't look anywhere as elegant as this. See the pictures. They also do an inspection to tel you if anything needs to be fixed. They we're incredible to work with and I'm so glad my agent brought them in. read more

Great service and fantastic staging by Phoenix Rising! It's true, staging your home pays off. We listed our home in Feb and received an offer in 1 WEEK for our ASKING price!!!! I met with Sari who provided a consultation in my home on how she could add pieces to my existing furniture to stage it. I received a quote within a day and scheduled Sari and her team to stage my home the following week. Our home looked like a designer showcase home. Their process was transparent and straightforward. Highly recommend them, it's well worth it! read more

I have used a lot of different staging companies for residential real estate and have been consistently impressed with Chicago Staging/Phoenix Rising in Chicago. The whole team was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Lauren has a great eye and is an incredibly talented stager (and the crew that helped was very professional). They entire process took less than a week from our initial phone call to my listing being staged. read more

Where do I begin. I went to this company to hire a designer as I just remodeled my condo. It was a simple black and white theme where I just needed a little color added with pictures and rugs - simple you would think for a designer and a little more challenging for a single guy like myself. I was given designer #1 at the beginning and she was very good at taking the deposit of $2800 and then proceeded on doing little to nothing in a month's time to only find out she gave her 2 weeks notice a short time back. So onto designer #2 who was very aggressive and if you didn't like her suggestions she kept pushing them on you until the point of irritation. She had zero concept of the Modern style I was looking for even after I showed her over 100 pictures of rugs, paintings, and designs that were exactly my type. She couldn't even measure correctly as she ordered me a rug for my kitchen and and it was a foot too long and crawled up my wall (how can someone not order a simple 4x4 rug correct)?? On top of it, they then charged me an additional $2800 and didn't think I would notice it (but I did). Owner "claimed" it was an error as we agreed upon only $2800 and not $5600. At this point I had a long call with Paul, the owner, who is a very nice guy. He wanted to make it right so he put his Director, Ashley, on my job as well as coming over himself to look at the condo. We seem to be going in the right direction as Ashley got back to me with some ideas (mostly suggestions I picked out and she confirmed which is fine) but then she fell off the face of the earth too. I kept emailing her and got nothing but excuses and apologies for the next couple of months with no work accomplished, no items ordered. I reached out once again to Paul to let him know my disappointment and then was assigned a brand new designer (once again) to where I had to start from scratch and go over all the ideas again. This new designer, Khalik, has yet to respond to any of my emails, nor has Ashley the Director. My suggestion is to one, never use this company, and two, if you do happen to use them, DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE as you will never see your work completed, will never get a return call, and will be totally disappointed. If my work ever does get completed I will update my review but as of now it's been 7 mos to complete a 2 week job - Very sad. Update 7-18 - Spoke with Ashley who now claims after 7 months that she has no recollection of agreeing to do the design work. Well, I guess I'm confused as that is what she was hired for. She says that she was only paid to send "links" to me and not advise.....very weird company here. When the owner Paul was over at my condo he mentioned that he was losing millions with his business and I can see why when he has employees like he does. Next step is the attorney to resolve. Update - Owner says he would like to make it right and posted a BS reply on 7/19 on Yelp however has yet to call me 7-20-22. His comments on here are BS as he is making it sound like he reached out when he has not. Again, do not use this store. I will update this review once the owner truly calls me. Update 8-11-22 - Owner has emailed multiple times that he will pay me back however he says the company is not doing well and has lot millions. He offered me a payback plan which is ridiculous. Why would anyone want to do business here? Run!! read more

We worked with Chicago Home Staging in Los Angeles CA moved their items from point A to Point B and they gave us really hard time. We worked with Jenny M and looks like she hired Payam T to give us unfair feedback. Run away from this people, They don't care about what they signed on the contract they will try to push it with their way! read more

If you want your home to sell quickly, easily, and look like a designer showcase, then Phoenix Rising is your solution. I've been a real estate agent for nearly 30 years, and I have seen the incredibly favorable impact that staging has had on a home sale. Only wish we had this amazing tool years ago! It also really helps a buyer see potentials as well - and the buyer can purchase of the pieces or enlist the help of the designer. An incredible service, talented designers, and highly professional! read more

This place is an ABSOLUTE joke! I purchased so many things for my new home throughout the years and since Kasey is gone the people who work there are horrendous and rude! I stopped in a couple months ago and the woman almost didn't let me in rudely saying I needed to make an appointment which I NEVER HAD TO DO BEFORE! She did let me come in and was snooty and rude about it. When I did look around the place was a complete disaster dirty and unorganized nothing like it was before and the inventory was old and broken and outdated. This week I called asking to come look at lamps the woman was shockingly rude and said they weren't open to the public. She then said she would have to ask to get me an appointment and was totally ignorant about it so I just did her solid and said no thanks and I will never come back. Last straw! Get it together over there your employees are laughable and disgustingly rude! You want to beg to get me and appointment when your hours have always been 8-5? YEA no....I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

Kasey Conquest (Furniture Sales Manager) has been an amazing, hard working, thorough, kind and helpful person to work with! Kasey looked and found the rug that my Mom is now purchasing (thanks to Kasey!) that was featured in my Mom's luxury condo model at Wyndemere. Kasey graciously/willingly/cheerfully made arrangements to drop the rug off at my Mom's current home residence which was a last minute location change. Kasey is flexible, has a positive "can do" attitude which is rare, quite refreshing and greatly appreciated. Kasey has been a pleasure to work with and I hope that she will be compensated accordingly because she deserves it! read more

We bought some used (for staging) furniture for a grandchild. They have a huge warehouse and Kasey went out of her way to make him happy and coordinate everything. The furnitue was delivered today by the most efficient crew (headed by Andrew) who put the furniture in place, hung the mirror, made great suggestions. Our whole experience with Phoenix Rising was phenomenal and we will definitely shop there again and recommend them to many. read more

They staged my home so well, I couldn't let it go! For the past 5 months or so, I've been working on a home that I had intended on flipping. Before listing the house, we decided to reach out to Phoenix Rising Staging Company to see if it would be worth staging the home to give potential buyers an idea of how to design/decorate the home. After reaching out for a quote, i figured the prices seemed very fair so I decided to follow through with it. Throughout this flip project, I had a real tough time picturing how the living room would be configured and felt that we may have taken too much space from the living room to create the chef's kitchen that we had wanted. After seeing what the home looked like after being staged, I called my wife and told her to come take a look. The next day, I called Phoenix Rising to tell them I need the furniture out of the house as soon as possible because I'm moving in. From the office personnel to the designers to the delivery/pickup crew to the management, this company is the real deal. Looking forward to using them on future projects! Thanks Phoenix Rising! read more
