We were in the area visiting family and decided to give this place a try on a whim. I'm really glad we did! The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My family ordered the egg rolls, crispy chicken rice, Hanoi chicken pho, bún bò Huế, and special pho. I really liked how the dishes were served in traditional Vietnamese-style bowls and plates. For me, that was a nice touch and made the experience feel more authentic. The pho was lightly and nicely seasoned--not too heavy, but still flavorful. The egg rolls came out hot and crispy. The rice was soft and flavorful, the chicken was fragrant and tasty, and the pickled vegetables were especially delicious. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed the food. read more

We went on a Sunday around 1pm, and this place was popping. I'm not sure if it's always this busy, but they had a bogo special on the drinks that weekend. There were groups dining in, and those coming in to order drinks only. I never realized they had a drive thru from passing by. No one hardly used the drive thru though; the majority of the people walk right in to order. The inside was very bright and clean. We were quickly seated. Since it was so busy, we had to ask for almost everything, e.g. extra bowls for the kiddos and small sauce dishes for the sriracha/hoisin sauce. Pho broth was clear; a tad bit on the salty side. As a millennial, I'm going to say it was mid just like a Gen Z. The Vietnamese coffee was awesome though - strong, bold, and tasty. I'll most likely be back to enjoy some pho, knowing that there's a yummy drink with my meal. read more

Northern style pho! It's great, rich and flavorful without the heavy strong aroma. My only complaint is the eye of the round meat, this style is dry because it's machine cut instead of hand cut. I was expecting the tai to be the softer northern version. Overall nice cute pho spot, reasonably price. The BBH is okay, i wouldn't get it again, it's on the stronger mam ruoc side. Dry pho not bad, it just taste like bo xao, meat is soft, Drinks are excellent! All of them were good so far, the tea is high quality and strong. I matcha good, all their specialty tea drinks are good. Way better than the local boba places. read more

I was excited for something different and was looking forward to trying out their dry pho dishes. The place gives bright, modern, industrial vibes. I ordered the spicy cucumbers which were really good and refreshing. It paired well with my crispy chicken dry pho. The sauce that it was dressed in was tasty and the portion was just right. I also ordered a strawberry basil drink and drank about a third of when I noticed the bug inside. Stuff happens and I brought it to the staff's attention. She offered me a different drink but the reaction was just so nonchalant that I declined. They did take it off the bill, but the whole interaction just didn't sit well with me. For a new business, customer service was subpar. Not so eager to come back any time soon. read more

Had a really good experience here! Mia was super friendly and recommended the crispy chicken dry noodles. I usually order pho, so I wasn't planning on getting them, but I'm really glad I listened because they were so good. It also comes with a small bowl of soup, which was a nice bonus, and the pickled garlic was good too. Mia was easy to talk to and made the whole experience even better. The inside is a nice medium sized space with cool decorations, and there's plenty of parking, which is always a plus. Definitely will be back! read more

The specialty coffees are great! The food came out very fast, and the place is very modern and nice. Unfortunately, the pho was just meh. They do have a homemade Sriracha sauce, but I prefer the Huy Fong Sriracha with the green cap and rooster logo; without it, my pho tasted like it was missing something. I'll probably have to bring my own next time--or get it to go. read more

I was excited to see a new pho spot open up in the area! The restaurant has a clean, modern look with a nice atmosphere. It's on the smaller side, but still feels welcoming. My only critique of the layout is that the first few tables are awkwardly close to the entrance. A divider between the dining area and the waiting/entry space would make it feel a little more comfortable. I do wish I had known ahead of time that they specialize in Northern-style Vietnamese cuisine, as I probably would've ordered differently. Northern-style Vietnamese food tends to be simpler and more subtle in flavor, with fewer herbs, sauces, and condiments than the Southern-style dishes I'm more familiar with. That also explains why there weren't many condiments on the table, though we did have to ask for a few extras. We tried the egg rolls, meatball pho, bún bò huế, and Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was delicious! It had me running to the restroom almost immediately, which, to me, is the sign of a good Vietnamese coffee. The pho was decent. The portion was a bit small, but I really enjoyed the fresh, traditional noodles. The bún bò huế was okay, though it was missing the bold lemongrass flavor and spice I usually expect. It actually reminded me more of bún riêu than bún bò huế. The egg rolls were tasty, no complaints there. The service was friendly. It seemed like there was one person taking orders while two others handled food and drinks. Since they're newly opened, I'm sure they're still adjusting to the pace. Overall, I'd definitely come back, especially to try more of their drinks. I'm also looking forward to the drive-thru opening, it'll be a great option for grabbing coffee on the go! read more

Disappointed by the inconsistency Our family has been here six times, and unfortunately, the experience has been very inconsistent. The first time was great. We ordered the Special Pho, which came with brisket, raw beef, beef tendon, and other meats. The broth was hot, flavorful, and everything tasted very good. The second time, however, the broth was not hot enough. It was more warm than hot and cooled down very quickly. The third time, we ordered five bowls of Special Pho again, but none of the bowls had beef tendon. We were very confused because tendon is one of the things we expect in a Special Pho. The fourth time, a couple of bowls came with very little broth and mostly rice noodles. We were also surprised to see an additional charge for the beef-fatting onion. At this point, we are confused by the inconsistency. It seems like the preparation depends heavily on which cook is working that day. For us, a Special Pho should consistently include the advertised meats, such as brisket, raw beef, tendon, etc., and most importantly, the broth should be hot, not just warm. We really want to support this restaurant because we have already visited six times, but the quality and portions need to be more consistent. Hopefully, the management can take this feedback seriously and improve the consistency. read more

Visited yesterday and ordered the ube coffee, Vietnamese coffee, banana cloud matcha, regular matcha, spicy cucumbers, and fried dumplings. The coffee was really good and strong, and the spicy cucumbers were fire. Overall, the food and drinks were great. However, something I saw in the drive-thru completely changed my opinion. I watched one of the guy employees grabbing what looked like bean sprouts for someone's order with his bare hands--no gloves. That was really gross and unsanitary. Seeing someone directly touch food without gloves made me wonder if I should be eating there! Even though I enjoyed the food and coffee, that experience was enough for me not to return. It was a huge turnoff. I hope they take food safety more seriously. read more

I'll give them a 1... because the food is good. However, I did not like how I was treated as a repeated paying customer. I was about to order online, but was close and decided to order in person. I order the crispy chicken dry noodle (pho). I then asked for egg noodles because the menu clearly states "your CHOICE of egg noodle or rice noodle". The barista said it was a $1.00 upcharge. I told her that was no where on the menu and therefore was misleading to the consumer. I then spoke to the owner. Explained the same thing. They even pulled out the menu and I showed them what I was talking about. She said she understood and see that it is misleading and said its still a $1.00 upcharge. What? I was under the impression that the customer is right... and it was clearly stated. She then says "so do you want it or no?". I told her yes and just paid for it as is. I was pretty upset, but still supported their business no matter how wrong I thought they were. I later called back about my order having peanuts when I asked for no peanuts, extra fried onion. I told my order to the first barista. Upset about the noodle fiasco, I asked the manager to repeat my order, not noticing that she didnt mention the note that I told the first Barista. Needless to say, I had peanuts on my food. When i finally got home to eat my food, I called and spoke with the manager about the peanuts and she said it was my fault because I should've confirmed when I asked her to repeat my order. It was a heated discussion and she began to raise her voice and I politely told told her it was okay and that I'd just leave a review and told her bye. Because at this point we're going back and forth, again, and not solving a thing. She then called me back and told me I was no longer welcomed to their establishment because I was rude to them. And that they have the right to refuse servicing me. I digress... its perfectly fine. There are so many other places to eat around here. However, just know, they will argue you on the side of error even if the menu says otherwise. Menu posted. Great day! read more

Ordered yesterday and the food was delicious. The broth was probably the best I've had locally. My only gripe was I felt the meat was a bit too tough. I ordered combination pho and I loved the To go bowl they provide and how everything was packed in nicely. The broth was top notch. Their flat noodles were also some of my favorite locally. And I also got the jasmine iced tea which was very refreshing as well. Overall this is one of my new favorite spots for pho so I'll give this place 4/5 read more
