I will never go there however since it took this long to get a refund. I had to message rather aggressively to get my money back. This is absolutely appalling business practices!

We were told we would be notified when our houses were done, it was estimated it would be about 2 weeks. Weeks passed and then months. I contacted my friend who also attended with her daughter- they also had not received any word about the finished houses. My friend called and was told by the owner a bunch of excuses about the kiln being broken and various unforeseen circumstances but was assured the fairy houses would be available soon. Fast forward to a few weeks later and the shop is closed down and empty. No contact from anyone from this business. Where is my childs fairy house that he worked so hard making? If there is no finished house, where is my refund? This place was quick to take my $50 payment for the class and never made any attempt to reach out and explain anything that may have happened. There were many many kids at this class and I can only imagine they made a lot of money that day. So upsetting to see a business scam children.

This will be review number, Maestro or Maestra a few notes on the piano if you please (I hear the notes playing) number one, yut, uno, of your art store! We came in October 27, 2025! There were two of us! We came in thinking it may be some kind of museum (had the word docent), found it was an art supply store! There are post cards of Nevada City, blank books so maybe sketch books, variety of chalk, variety of different art supplies! Both of us purchased items! One person purchased one of the blank books and a red crayola pen, the other person purchased a green crayola pen! These pens looks as if the person can either write with them or these pens looks as if the person can paint with them! Think her name was Elizabeth that helped us! She comments, "Each person purchased the pen that matches the color of their undershirt!" We each had two layers on, hence the undershirt, one had green, one had red! Thank you for such a great store! This will indeed be such a great place if the person is an author (green undershirt person) or if the person is an artist (red undershirt person)! It was one of a kind and Hollie the owner is so kind. Hollie has her taxidermy art work in the store for sale and it's just absolutely incredible, she really is passionate about what she does and you can see that in her store.
