Rayshell and her team were always available. Or returned any correspondence in a reasonable time frame. If an issue arose with the property. One of the members of the team would be at the unit to investigate and/or get the appropriate service that was needed for the issue. ie. Pluming, electric, ext. as soon as they were available. Ledgers were always up to date and accurate. Their app is also very user friendly. Finally, I cant harp enough about their professionalism! Each time I met with either Rayshell or a team member. I felt informed and educated about Landlord/Tenant rights and obligations. I wasn't always happy. However, I respect that proper protocols were enforced and explained. I cant wait until I'm ready to buy a home of my own. I believe they will utilize the same degree of care within their reality company.

As a real estate attorney I represent people who are buying and selling homes where Mike is one of the brokers. This is where I know I'm spoiled. Deals do not fall through, he attends the home inspections, he negotiates again (if necessary), he ensures that all documents that are required are timely received (such as smoke detectors certificates, leases, etc). Mike is on the ball when it comes to deadlines and communicate well when extensions are needed. He makes my job a lot easier when he is involved.

After launching my kids over the years from a three-bedroom condo, I had more space than I needed and with great trepidation I decided to put my home on the market. I was very overwhelmed by how to time selling with seeking and buying a new home, but I found a fabulous, highly knowledgeable and seasoned realtor who made a very stressful and rigorous process nearly painless! Kathy Craig of ERA Key Realtors in Whitinsville, MA answered my phone inquiry within a few hours of my call and met with me the next day. Kathy understood my concerns and was very calm and reassuring throughout the process. Knowing I would not be comfortable selling without knowing where I would land, she showed me condos that aligned with my wish list, and we quickly found "the one". In parallel she assessed my home, had it staged and professionally photographed, listed it and advertised it on the internet. She and her awesome assistant, Kristen, put together beautiful sales collateral and five showings were scheduled as soon as the listing went live! My condo sold that first day on the market to the first person who visited it! Kathy also provided great recommendations for a real estate attorney and moving company, and advised me whenever I had questions in the short weeks before my closing. I highly recommend Kathy Craig as both a seller's and buyer's agent!
