Ledgers were always up to date and accurate. Their app is also very user friendly. Finally, I cant harp enough about their professionalism! Each time I met with either Rayshell or a team member. I felt informed and educated about Landlord/Tenant rights and obligations. I wasn't always happy. However, I respect that proper protocols were enforced and explained. I cant wait until I'm ready to buy a home of my own. I believe they will utilize the same degree of care within their reality company.
