Yelp and google and the website says they are open at 10am on saturdays but that is clearly not the case. We waited at the locked office listening to the phone ring for an hour. Do not use this company!!! Complete waste of our time and ruined a whole day of apartment hunting as we carved out time to see his properties. Disrespectful and unprofessional!

They send out mailings every 2-3 weeks to the same people and make unsolicited phone calls even if you are on the do not call list. They try to break you down so that they can buy well under market pricing. Also the repairs they make are substandard and usually cost the new owners headaches they were not ready to incur. I personally find them despicable! It is past time to legislate these people out of business.

It may seem like a contradiction since I am leaving a review. Please don't overlook anything regarding safety, but don't sweat fools. You have a right to live in these towns, just be aware that some people are nuts.
