Extremely upset!! Phx Internet calls me a couple weeks ago to tell me they were coming to move my antenna for some new update on the tower. My internet was working perfectly fine! They show up today, ( I didnt need to be there) , go up on my roof and do whatever they needed. Now I HAVE NO INTERNET AT ALL!!! I called and spoke to a guy named Dyson who tells me because I don't use their router theres nothing they can do for me! Funny it sure didn't matter when they hooked my system up originally!! Horrible excuse and service!! Tells me I've got to download an app for my router as if its new from the factory. Next time they call I'm telling them to stay the hell OFF my property!! At least make the appt so they can come in and make sure what they did worked! Now I'm on my own with no help from their stupidity!! read more

Phoenix Internet has been the only provider allowed into our MHP. Qwest is the only other option. Phoenix Internet is slow, I keep losing the signal and it is usually while I am in the middle of doing something. They cannot or will not improve their service. If it weren't for my roommate's business, I would cancel the internet completely. Somewhere in this universe, someone is going to have to come up with a better, faster way of connecting to the internet. This is not it. read more

This is the worst company you could possibly hire for your internet. We live in Waddell, less than 1 mile from their supposed best tower in the valley. Over the past 7 months I'm not sure if we've had a month without the service being interrupted. Usually we have no service 1 week of every month. With one of us working from home and 2 children that need internet access for school, this place is a total disappointment. We've been on the phone with them for 2 days now and they are going to leave us without service for 8 days before they are coming to resolve the issue! The issue being their equipment is garbage. They cannot provide the service they sell. 25mb yeah right! Even when it is working speed tests show 2mb this place is a joke. I will be reporting them to the BBB. read more

ive had them for a while now never had a problem but i called them to see if they could do a ything cause im on furlough due to the corona virus he said nope they are not doing anything to help customers who are affected by the corona virus and refused to take my bill off automatic pay. i will b looking for another provider read more

I hope this gets to all customers before they do business with this company! first I want start off by saying I would give them 0 stars if I could but 1 star gets the point across .. When I first started service with this company I noticed that some issues were going on but not that often though because I have not moved into my business fully yet then I moved into my business full time to work and then I noticed I was running at dial up speeds for a whole day so I called and talk to Darion (rep) and did some trouble shooting and said its it was because some one else was broadcasting in my area and changed the channel of my service .. then my internet went out completely ...we then trouble shot for another hour with no resolution Darion told me that I needed to have a laptop with ethernet port to bypass the router .. 2 days later I borrowed a laptop with a ethernet cable and called back I believe I got Darion (rep) again I plugged it in and you would never guess ... same issue now at this time you thing a tech would of been sent out right? BUT no Darion (rep) told me that he will have the upper techs take a look ... called back on a weekend (few days later) got after hour spoke with Dyson (rep) he stated that all was working I said no its not and we went around about it (this company hates being wrong) again another hour at this point is when I asked to send some one out to have a look (note that I asked for them to send some one out) called back the day before to confirm some one was coming out and got Dyson (rep) and he said yes (there was no confirmation via phone or email to confirm the appointment and you can see how I don't trust this company now). The day of the tech coming out I came to the office and he was late almost a hour out side of the time i was given to meet him (was a 3 hour window he was late beyond that) at my business that I didn't need to be at on that day. 5 hours later and we are here. The manager TJ was more concerned about telling me the story I told him and nothing about customer service or compensation or to help the situation other than just wait. I asked TJ (manager) where can I write in about this issue and he said nowhere, I asked who else can I talk to other than him and he said no one else. After I brought up credit for the lost time then Tj (Manager) offered that but I assume that I have to call back. DO NOT GET THEIR INTERNET! The speeds are never what they claim. I called because we had all of a sudden had barely a connection. When the technician came out he said that they would have to relocate the dish & come back the next day. They didn't come back & said there was nothing they could do & cancelled our service after being with them for over 7 years. We put up with the crappy customer service & slow speed because they were inexpensive. But definitely not worth the hassle or being treated so poorly. The last person we talked to said, "it's ok, someone else will pick up service" In other words, they don't care about providing good service to existing customers & are the absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with. read more

UPDATE Part III: It's Sunday, and the internet is still acting slow to borderline NO connection. This has been so frustrating. While I understand the nature of reason behind why the service is acting so slow, I find more appalling the level of and lack of customer service provided by Phoenix Internet. I have called Century Link and Cox and will be switching to one of them this week. I will be sure to inform ALL of my friends to not consider Phoenix Internet as a provider of internet service. UPDATE: Part II: Just got off the telephone with Matt, the Sales Manager for Phoenix Internet. He was kind enough to alert someone in Technical Services to call me back. I forgot the name of the person who called back; he is a Supervisor for his department. Basically, he said, that there is an interruption to the frequency that our service is on and they are going to be transferring to a different tower next Wednesday. So, this means that our internet service will be inoperable for almost a week. I asked to speak with his manager; he stated that his manger is the owner of the company and I quote: "You will not be speaking to him regarding this matter." For a company to not allow a customer to speak with a supervisor or higher up manager is unacceptable. I am currently seeking out other options for internet service with other providers as we speak and will strongly consider canceling my Phoenix Internet and go with one of the other local providers. Original Post: For the last 10 days, internet service keeps going in and out. It keeps dropping connections. Have made several calls and they say the signal is strong. They repositioned the dish and it was better for a day. Now they say the towers are being moved to a new tower and should fix itself in 2 weeks. I don't have 2 weeks. I need internet NOW! I contacted this company to inquire about service availability...was told I was in their area, and that they would install a dish and run CAT 5 to the router, which I would need to provide. I told them (Will Fisher) that I would acquire the equipment I needed and call to schedule installation. After purchasing the equipment I called to schedule, and at that time was told they don't have line-of-sight at my location. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor's first question was "Where did you buy your equipment?" To which I replied, "What's that got to do with the issue here?" and he replies something about return policies. I then responded that the issue at hand was the way they do business. The fact that line-of-sight wasn't established BEFORE instructing me to purchase equipment. This supervisor then shifted his responses to talking about how my 'abrasive personality' was the problem and then dismissed me. Literally hung up on me. I feel I dodged a bullet though. Not the kind of company I want to spend my money with. Still a bit frustrated over buying equipment for nothing though. read more

Signed up for this internet due to Cox or another provider not being available. The internet is slow, its expensive, and the service is horrific. They are great until you sign the contract. We have used phoenix internet for our business about the past 8 months. Have requested to get out of the contract due to the service not working for our needs. We have had issues the entire time with the internet, and phones cutting in and out. What do you do when this happens, a person typically tries to reset the router, but apparently according to PHX internet service techs this procedure erases all data they can use to "try and diagnose the problem!" So we wait a couple weeks call back when the internet is slow, the phones are cutting in and out, hearing every third word a customer is saying. Of course the service tech says its nothing on their end, blames it on things such as google drive, and other applications running. Who doesn't have a Google drive these days?!?! Who doesn't have a VOIP phone, its 2015! Apparently they are saying if you use a rotary phone, and chalk board you will be okay with this internet! Bottom line, go somewhere else! read more

Only use this company as a last resort. Their service is subpar at best. Internet was slow and the combination of using the phone and internet at the same time resulted in choppy phone calls. They blamed this on us of course. Make sure you carefully review their contract and cross out the "Evergreen Clause". Basically they automatically renew the contract every two years for an additional two years. I had their service for five years and had to pay $1700 to cancel. I think they figure (Correctly) that once you leave their service you are never coming back and they might as well squeeze every last drop of money out of you that they can. read more

Horrible company. We had their service for 2 years and it was unstable on the best days. And like everyone else says be leary of their contract it renews automatically if you don't give a written cancelation thirty days prior to the contract ending or renewing. I would never recommend them to anyone and am glad theyre are more options in my area now read more

The worst company you can get internet with, I had internet with this company over a year ago and when I sold my trailer I canceled and they found whatever reason to charge me a fee for a cord that I was never to figure out what it was so when I moved back to the park and bought a different trailer I had no choice but to get interfaith this company well less then a month later I had called them 6 times because the internet was not working and I even had to quit my remote job because the internet was so bad and I could not do my job right. We finally demanded that they come and fix this or we will cancel so we set up for a tech to come the next day between the hours of 3 to 4pm well the next day at noon the tech calls and ask why we are not home and we told him that we had doctors appt but we set it up for 3 because of that well driver starts yelling and telling us if we don't get there within 15 minutes he is leaving and he will not be back. We could not get home so we just called and canceled everything and next thing you know we get a bill for 400.00 for a early termination, we had no idea we were in a contract and never signed anything. I warn everyone out get internet with this company they are the worst and the customer service well that a whole mess it self. Very rude people and they use curse words and all. I WOULD NOT GET INTERNET WITH THIS COMPANY. We have tried to sue them and they tell me that the license is expired and so they should not be in busses. read more

Removed my old reviews, and im not changing my rating now either, Phoenix Internet is honestly bad ISP, sure they are better then satellite, but not by much, I pay for 15mbps download and recently haven't seen speeds higher then 10 mbps and that's when its considered "good". Internet speed is usually at 5mpbs or slower, called and emailed them many times and they wont do anything about it. I would cancel but My family and I use it watch Hulu TV which is way cheaper then Direct TV or Dish. I play video games as well and when the speeds are slow you know very well it will upset me especially if i lag in game or if im trying to download or update a game. I want to be a streamer but with 1.5 or less upload speed this ISP makes it impossible to do. If it wasn't for Verizon data caps for hotspot I would use them because I've gotten 60 mpbs down and 20 mbps up from my phone in a rural area. Phoenix Internet has no excuses if my phone signal can get better speeds then a stupid antenna on my roof that's honestly sad. and I know Phoenix Internet could offer better plans because they say they can offer up to 1gbps for businesses, only offer 15mpbs in most areas, all they need to do is upgrade towers and equipment it ain't hard and no way they don't have the money since they spend it all on writing BS articles and blogs on their website instead of offering better service. Only use Phoenix internet if its your last or only option for what you need it. read more

I wouldn't know how good there Service is yet because for some reason they shown up for the second time now and all the guy does is sit in his truck in his phone then drives off. With out knocking ,he did knock the first time and even set his ladder up but then put in back on his truck and left. What the hell kind of Customer service is that. This company promises everything and delivers nothing. They advertise good service and give none. They say they can deliver internet but do not. They say they have 24/7 Tech service and it means the Tech will call you back after more than 24hrs but will still not do anything. Do not deal with this company save your money and deal with a reputable firm that will do what they say not one that gives you empty promises and nothing else.
