The quality is almost like they are using frozen popcorn chicken that is fried and then covered in a premade sauce. Additionally, I tried their Singapore Chow Mei Fun hoping that maybe it was just one bad dish but this one was even worse. It was as if someone poured a Ramen Noodle seasoning packet on top of the noodles where it was just too salty to eat. Working in the area, many of my colleagues have had similar experiences in ordering lunch from Ming Chu and have found better options nearby.

He turns to me and said, "Of course we can! We can make it not as spicy as you want (while squatting down) and make it as spicy as you want (while reaching up to the ceiling)". I loved the enthusiasm!! Upon leaving my mom and I inquired about gluten free desserts. The gentleman at the counter said, let me ask the kitchen for sure, and he said yes, they said the sticky rice is ready for your next time in! Amazing food. Friendly service.
