I book the services online, usually a couples massage with my husband. Customer service calls a few days before the appointment and are very friendly and professional. I like to go early and get a run in before unwinding in the saunas. Then, a glass of champagne in the quiet room to continue relaxing before my massage. The massage therapist are great!!! With my treatment, I choose an aromatherapy designed to stimulate the chakras and they use warm weighted neck pillows to help soften the muscle tension in addition to light pressure techniques. Just went and already booked my next appointment. Looking forward to it!

I *believe* they offer validated parking, but call to confirm. Anyways, my friend and I booked 50 minute Swedish massages on a Monday afternoon. Booking can be tricky so be sure to book early to ensure the day/time you want is available. From start to finish, our service was great! With the day spa, you have access to the gym amenities, a sauna, steam room, and the showers. There are lockers in the locker rooms to retrieve your robe/sandals and to lock up your personal belongings. Both the massage itself and the amenities were great. I'm always a fan when I book a treatment at this spa! I'll definitely be back!

They were both extremely kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I really loved that it isn't a typical spa office setting. It's located in an older Victorian-style home in Shadyside, which gives it a unique and cozy feel that adds to the overall experience. Even the front desk staff (I believe her name was Laura) was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone I interacted with made me feel right at home. I originally came in because I had a gift card, but after such a great experience, I will definitely be returning for future massages and facials. Highly recommend!

I was taken care of by Brooke, who was very communicative, straightforward, and made sure to ask what I wanted before delivering exactly that. I had no idea this spa was located here--I must have passed it a hundred times without realizing it. Once inside, navigating the space feels a bit like a maze, but everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming. The layout seems to be divided into sections; I had to go downstairs and to the right for pedicures, while hair services are on the main floor, and massages appear to be in another area of the building. Overall, it was a great experience, and next time, I'll bring my wife along. Booking is simple--just go online, choose your date and time, and pay a small $20 deposit to reserve your appointment.
