We want to be very clear that Dr. DeWitt is an excellent physician, and this review is not a…read morereflection of him. However, our experience with this practice has been unacceptable and deeply concerning. We were dismissed from the office for allegedly having five "no-shows," without any prior warning, communication, or outreach whatsoever, outside of a threatening letter once it got to 5 no shows. At no point were we notified that missed appointments were accumulating, that we were at risk of dismissal, or that this was even an issue until this letter. We did not receive reminder calls, texts, or follow-up communications nor did we receive texts for appointments like they state. In all of our appointments, we probably received 3 confirmations... Additionally, their own policy states that patients will be contacted after two missed appointments -- this never occurred. We can only recall two unintentional missed appointments, during a period when our infant daughter was suffering from severe colic. Rather than showing basic understanding or attempting to communicate, this practice demonstrated a complete lack of empathy toward families with newborns. Mine you, one of the appointments they told me we no showed was the first appointment 2 days after she was born and we were still unexpectedly in the hospital as she had jaudice.... thought there would be way more compassion. Instead of reaching out to resolve the issue, we received a threatening dismissal letter without any prior discussion. This approach is alarming for a pediatric practice. The way this situation was handled felt transactional and punitive, more in line with a retail operation than a medical office entrusted with the care of babies and children. The failure to communicate, disregard for their own policies, and lack of compassion for struggling parents is unacceptable. Pediatric care should prioritize partnership, transparency, and empathy -- none of which were demonstrated here. Parents deserve to know that this practice may choose enforcement over communication, even when caring for vulnerable infants.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Gentile, Dr. Steve, Nurse Andre and the staff as a whole. I…read moresaw Dr. Gentile as a child and now take my 4 kids there for the last 10 years. They are absolutely incredible.... So gentle, never rushed, remember things about our lives and converse with us, never pushed vaccines, answers all questions I have in depth, everyone always has a smile on their face. I have always, always referred everyone I know to Dr. Gentile. You will not be disappointed. Side story: my cousin just had her first baby 5 days ago and went to another practice since she wanted a female for her baby girl. This doctor was so rude and basically told her she was doing a terrible job keeping her baby alive (by the way she's doing amazing and is such a loving mom) that she left the office so upset she called Dr. Gentile and got an appointment an hour later. They got her in with Dr. Steve right away and when she called me after she raved about how amazing they were and put her mind at ease with all of her concerns for her new baby. This is how you treat a new mom, not put them down and make them feel incompetent! My kids love them so much they even make it on the thankful tree every year (unprompted). Dr. Gentile and Dr. Steve you guys are A+!!! I still have 17 more years with you before you are allowed to retire!!

I quickly relaxed once meeting Dr.Seitter. He is the most knowledgeable, caring doctor I have ever met. When our son was born, Dr.Seitter came to the hospital to check on him. Our son is now 17 and Dr. Seitter has been there the whole way with our children. I used to come to office visits with a list of nervous mom questions, Dr. Seitter would go over each one with thorough answers, never making me feel like my questions were silly. I've never felt rushed with our visits and his nurse Kelly is so very gentle with shots and blood draws. They are excellent at getting us in for a sick visit same day and giving quick test results! Anytime our kids have been sick Dr. Seitter always finds the cause and gets them back on a healthy track quickly! I recently told Dr. Seitter, I'm going to be so sad when our son ages out from his office. We truly feel like family there. I'm attaching a picture of my son and Dr.Seitter at the hospital when he was born.

Dr. Shah is a very professional and thorough physician. I consistently took my kids to her for…read moreseveral years and appreciated the ease of scheduling, the efficient billing department, and the straightforward, numbers-based approach to care. I would recommend her office especially to families who are: Conservative in their approach to healthcare Pro-vaccination Without special or behavioral health needs Primarily looking for routine well checks and basic pediatric care The office is small and quiet, with minimal distractions--no television in the waiting area, which is a plus if you're aiming to limit screen time. However, this also means sound carries easily, and noise is more noticeable. While I appreciate Dr. Shah's care, we eventually decided to switch providers due to a few less-than-ideal experiences. My son was diagnosed with ADHD by a developmental pediatrician, but my early concerns were minimized and largely unaddressed at this office. In one conversation, Dr. Shah suggested to my husband that a "swift swat on the butt" might resolve things--an approach that does not align with our parenting values. Additionally, we experienced some tension with the front desk staff. On one occasion, my children were quietly switching chairs at the play table (a common ADHD behavior), and I was asked to keep them quiet, even though they weren't being disruptive vocally. While the staff remained professional, the atmosphere often felt like we were more of a disruption than a welcomed presence. Sick visits were also difficult to schedule, with most of our urgent needs being redirected to ERs or urgent care centers. That said, I still believe Dr. Shah is a great option for families who align with her style of practice. She is capable, efficient, and her office runs smoothly for many. It simply wasn't the best fit for our specific needs--and that's okay.

We found him on Dr. Green Mom's list of pediatricians after a "vax friendly" practice made it a point to down talk me for my decisions regarding MY KIDS right outside of our patient room door. I fired them that day and went on the hunt for someone who wasn't just tolerable of our decisions for our kids, but was supportive of our approach. Dr. Peters is a medical Dr, but he is also certified in homeopathy, which brings the best of both worlds. Together we have taken care of my kids wonderfully, because that's what it is with him, he is part of our team and truly cares about his patients. He has been wonderful all throughout our time with him, but one event in particular assured me that the drive we make to go see him (45 min there and 45 back) was absolutely worth it. My middle son was suffering from ear pain. The urgent care I took him to said ear infection, needs antibiotics. I was able to get in next day with Dr. Peters and in his evaluation he saw liquid behind the ear, but it was not infected! He recommend a natural remedy at home. We followed Dr's orders and my son immediately felt relief. The issue was solved and we avoided antibiotics!!! Similarly, my oldest son had ear pain a couple of years later, and Dr. Peters stated he did need antibiotics. Because we fully trust his opinion, and know he tries to avoid pharmaceuticals unless necessary, I knew I had to give them to him. That's the thing, our family is not anti medicine, we believe there is a time and a place and we fully trust that Dr. Peters will be honest with us and only recommend a pharmaceutical when absolutely necessary. We love him, my kids trust him, and we will never be going anywhere else. We are moving even further away soon and it will make our drive about an hour each way, but that is worth it with the care he provides. Thank you Dr. Peters for the care you provide for my kids!

We've been seeing Dr Nic at Pimri Pediatrics since 2022 and absolutely LOVE this office! We were so…read morethankful to find a pediatrician like Dr Nic and we will be lifers, no matter who his front desk person is - it's worth it because he is one of a kind and I haven't found anyone who comes close in the 14 years I've been a parent. This may sound bad but we've been kicked out of two other doctors offices because of the stance we've made on shots that other pediatricians push on their patients. I understand that not everyone who reads this review will appreciate how hard it is to stand up to doctors and take a hard line, when it comes to the health of your kids BUT the hard choice is worth it and it's validated in how healthy our boys are, compared to many of their peers. We have four boys and they have never had an ear ache, none of them have asthma, they don't have allergies and they rarely need to see a doctor. Dr Nic is not only incredibly intelligent, compassionate and detail oriented, he's also a huge advocate for the parents of the kids he sees and he actually listens! It's a night and day experience from the other places we've gone. The negative reviews mainly have to do with the front office person, which is too bad. They've always been great for me but I can understand the frustration. Please don't let that deter you from giving Dr Nic a chance! He's amazing and there are not many doctors like him. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nic and Pimri Pediatrics to all my friends and family and hope you give them a chance.

My sister took my nephew here today following an incident that took place at home and was being a GOOD MOTHER and took her child to get checked on to make sure he was ok and came home to tell me about her experience with tears in her eyes. We typically go to the Gilbert location and I am glad we do because apparently this location hires medical professionals that aren't very professional. Somebody should probably educate him on how to speak to a new mother that is actually doing a fantastic job transitioning into motherhood and really loves and cares for her baby. Postpartum is already hard enough as it is and she doesn't need a rude doctor to make her feel like she is an awful mom. Neither of us will ever come back to this location. Do better.
