The dryer was screaming and the washer wasn't draining so I got quotes from different companies using the Yelp quote feature but I knew there was a company I've used before so I hunted them down and sent a request to them as well. That company was Elite. They responded to my quote request quickly and spoke with me about what I needed help with. We got scheduled quickly and then Steve Sr. came by in our scheduled window to help me out. Steve was great! Friendly, professional, enjoyed saying hi to my very enthusiastic dog and kept me informed of all the repairs my machines needed along the way. E&J service work is friendly and efficient, and they regularly go the extra mile to do more for less. They are also quick to let us know when it's a better value to replace an appliance than it is to fix one. We should have written the above review some time ago; but what occurred yesterday was outstanding. We had a dishwasher throw a fatal code earlier this week. E&J told us it was time for a new machine and recommended a well known appliance store here in town. When that store's installers couldn't remove the old dishwasher without damaging our kitchen, Ernie, the Owner of E&J came to our home himself and took care of the problem free of charge. We don't expect free work from valued suppliers and insisted Ernie take something for his service; but what a difference E&J is from the big appliance store installers who demanded more money for a job they couldn't do without damaging our home. Thank you Ernie and thank you E&J!
