I didn't even get a chance to eat here yet. I don't even know what the ambiance is like. I placed an order on DoorDash, it had the time it opened etc. I placed my order before they opened so that I could receive it fresh etc and in time for lunch. So I notice an almost 2 hours has gone by and I go to the DoorDash app to check the update and there's no updates, still says placed order. So I called the restaurant and a guy answered the phone, I explained I placed an order through DoorDash, and he was super rude.. His response was rude, he really didn't care it felt like. He said they haven't been doing DoorDash since 2024.. I said I see it right here and placed an order and I said have you guys done anything about it? He said we don't own the account. Even if you don't own it, whoever is the owner of the restaurant should be able to make changes. It's super misleading and also money comes out of your account and you can get a refund but it takes time for the money to come back to your account . Needless to say, the service made me not want to go there and I won't be going. Like don't get smart with me because your restaurant is on DoorDash. Do something about it.. Sheesh! Instead I went to Pacific Rim Cafe today and it was amazing! I will be writing a GREAT review for them. Don't be the restaurant that loses customers just because you don't have good customer service. This based on my own experience. We walked one mile to reach this place from our hotel in Main St. Craving for rice and no restaurant close by. My husband saw this from Yelp so we tried it. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and freshly cooked. We had Shrimp and pork spring roll which was bomb. Love the simplicity of the preparation yet satisfying to our palate. The garlic pork with rice was cooked well. Not too rubbery but soft juicy. The stir fry veggies with were my favorite. There were lots of mixed veggies crunchy when bite it. The gravy sauce they mixed was so tasty. Not too salty but enough . It was very pleasing visit to have dinner when your taste buds are enjoying the dishes. The ambiance was spacious and clean. My wife is Vietnamese and was craving her local food. We fortunately found this spot in Rapid which I believe is the only Vietnamese restaurant in the town. The owners were very kind and welcoming. We were promptly greeted and seated. The food ordering process was a little rough and there was some back and forth on that but I think both sides owned those issues. Now the food. We ordered the Pho and Spring rolls. You have to understand that every Vietnamese person is very partial to their own local Pho or how they personally make it. The Pho was ok. It is definitely passable for your first taste of Vietnamese food. You will get the idea but it does fall a bit flat on flavor along with the broth itself being a bit cloudy which means it was not strained enough. The spring rolls were ok. They did not use traditional herbs but used shredded lettuce instead which does change the flavor dramatically but it is passable for your first experience. I personally wouldn't come back but only because we are Vietnamese food snobs :) If you want to try Vietnamese and get a good idea of the taste do it. Ordered take out tonight. We have gone to this restaurant in the past and have been happy with the food. Tonight our order for three pho, price increased by a few dollars each and was over $50 for 3 pho. Then get home and put it together and the quality has significantly decreased, only 2 pieces of beef, watered down broth, practically no basil, 2 slices of jalapeño. We will be looking for a new pho place or have to make it at home after this. Wouldn't mind paying the extra if the quality was there, but tonight very disappointed in paying more for much much less, even flavor was off, probably from no beef in our beef ordered pho and water for broth! read more

Very very good authentic Vietnamese food. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was high quality.

Just got take out from this place. My pad Thai was very good. My husband's pho with steak was excellent. The orange chicken we got for our son was way too sweet and had nothing else going on for flavor. He loved it, but I'd advise adults who don't want candy for dinner to stick to the pho/noodle side of the menu for sure.
