My partner and I ordered the Kalbi, Rice cake soup, and the bibimbap. Kalbi came with about 6ish pieces-- was very flavorful and they even cushion it on the hot stone plate with some onions. I didn't have much curry to pour on the chicken cutlet so I had to mop up as much curry sauce as I could. The curry was provided in a separate container so that was good. Very little mess and the rice portion was a decent amount to finish everything on the plate. I wanted to try it but I'm not so sure I'd order again as I used to a more thinner curry sauce.

I noticed it took about six minutes before he checked in to see if I was ready to order which was perfect. I didn't feel rushed at all. I ended up ordering the Pho All the Way (either #20 or #22, I can't remember), and wow, packed with flavor, loaded with meat, and all the fresh toppings were on point. I recently had the pleasure of trying the best Vietnamese pho in Northern California at a small, unassuming restaurant. The pho was truly exceptional and exceeded all of my expectations. The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The generous portions of tender beef were a standout and made the dish truly irresistible. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone in the area who loves authentic and delicious Vietnamese cuisine. This small restaurant truly delivers on taste and quality, and I will definitely be returning for more of their fantastic pho. read more
