The restaurant is clean itself, small but perfect for parties of 1-4. They seem to have sort of pho challenge because there's a winners/losers wall that I totally missed until we were on the way out. I'm from SJ and craving pho and this having some of the best reviews in the area drew me in. The service was fast though a bit inattentive until it was time to pay. No biggie. Overall pleasant experience with staff. First the spring rolls, they were EXTREMELY DRY, the meat was so dry and chewy as were the shrimp, the peanut sauce was VERY thick but I was hopeful. I stirred it up and then dipped my spring roll, the sauce literally tasted like unsalted peanut butter mixed with vinegar. Never in my life have a tasted a peanut sauce so bad. I instead, doused my piece of spring roll with hoisin sauce and gulped it down. We didn't finish it because it just wasn't good. The strawberry smoothie with boba was very basic but the boba tasted fresh with some bounce. I enjoyed the boba more than the actual smoothie. Now, the pho. They gave all the fixins on the side and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was flavorful. The brisket was tender and the tripe was the perfect amount of chewy. My only complaint is I wish I had received a little more noodles. But that's an easy fix! If you're craving pho, come here, but I wouldn't venture into anything else here. read more

I find this place as I was waiting for my pup to get his non-anesthesia teeth cleaning, and I was hungry. They open at 11am, but warmly allowed me to come in a little early. The place filled up right at 11, so it was nice I was able to get a jump on the crowd. I ordered Thai Tea, a favorite, and it was exactly like I had while in Thailand recently. (No Yelp in Thailand as I wanted to review there!) I ordered a pork sandwich as I was in a hurry and wanted to be able to take some of it to go. It came quickly, and was really tasty! We were glad to see that a new pho place in Tracy opened up that serves pho with beef rib which not many pho places have. My go to is usually combo pho, but I saw that they have wonton soup (I'm a wonton kinda gal) so I ordered that and added a beef rib. It was pretty tasty and the broth was on point. I found this restaurant on my way to stockton. I got vietnamese bun bo hue(spicy beef soup) and my bf got the pho dac biet(forgot to tak a pic of his.)The BBH was delicious. Very flavor and it was actually spicy!! Way better then the BBH I have down in san jose. Only downside is they didnt have blood cake or pork knuckle in their bbh. The pho was good as well you can tell they use real beef bones for there pho. The server Dan was really nice and attentive to us. The broth is so flavorful and rich and the serving is pretty good. The place itself is clean and very welcoming. The owner and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Dan, Andy and Jenny were very friendly and helpful and give great customer service! They serve fast without compromising the quality of the food. By far the best Pho I've had in Tracy. I gave it 4 different tries (once even during hotter months..) and my impression remains the same. I'm not Vietnamese, but growing up next to a Vietnamese family who invited you over to have some of their Mom's pho....you tend to have a standard!! Dan is usually the person working whenever we go, and he's always very kind to his patrons. The restaurant is a little intimate, but it feels "homey" and welcoming. The broth was so flavorful that I didn't even need to add sriracha or hoisin sauce. The cooked meat was prepared to perfection, and had the perfect ratio to rice noodles. We also ordered spring rolls and crispy egg rolls. Both delicious. However, my only wish is to eat the crispy eggrolls with nuoc cham rather than sweet chili sauce. You can tell the ingredients are quality. My boyfriend's Dad has a tough time finding his standard of spicy jalapeños in town, and it wasn't until he had the provided jalapeños from Pho Town that his nose started to run! Dan was kind enough to bag a few togo for us to bring home. Anyway, if you're looking for quality beef pho, visit Pho Town. You won't be disappointed. read more
