Only got one sliver of meat for pho entree

We ordered to go pho and combo fried rice. Both had barely any meat in it and wasn't worth the price we will not be coming back here

I decided to try this place because my nail tech told me it was better than most Vietnamese owned pho places in the New Tampa area. I must say, I was quite impressed. Perfect amount of noodle and broth for the pho. Could use a little more meat, but overall, it's still satisfying! Customer service was superb, the gentleman served all tables and was very friendly and polite. Oh and I LOVEEEE that they bring out vinaigrette sliced onions to accommodate. Yummy!

This is my all time favorite pho spot in Tampa. Very aromatic with all the 5 spices and the oil on top is my favorite part. It's fragrant, delicious, and it keeps the bowl piping hot the entire time you eat. The steak is tender and flavored perfectly to eat with the noodles and the marinated onions that come with the bowl. This bowl of pho lives in my dreams. Have tried other items on menu too, banh mi, egg rolls, and fried rice are all incredibly delicious as well. Server Katherine always takes care too!

I'm so glad I decided to stop by this random spot today. While running around getting stuff done this Saturday, I stumbled across this pho spot. And it did not disappoint. Nice clean relaxing interior. The service was on point. Staff super friendly. And the food even better. Large menu. The pho was amazing. I got brisket and steak medium. It's cool that here they have the option to make it spicy. I decided to play it safe and get regular. Next time though for sure. Pics below

I am in complete awe of this place. I am visiting from out of town and this type of restaurant is heaven for me! SO. MANY. VEGAN. OPTIONS. I ordered the vegan gyoza, & vegan pho combo which came with a choice of spring roll or steamed bun. I choice the bao and it was very good! I was extremely happy with everything I ordered. My husband ordered the beef pho combo and he chose the steamed bun. My only complaint is that the waitress accidentally charged us for the combo including the drink, which was $3 extra and we didn't notice until we were already gone. Other than that, she was very nice, the service was good, and the food came out quickly. I will definitely be back if I have the time during my vacation.

Pho Tampa is a new Vietnamese eatery and not the same as Trang Viet or Trang Noodle. So tak in consideration the older reviews, etc. The waitress that seated me and helped me out was very pleasant and we talked about Vietnamese food. I went with the pho Bac. She explained how it was made and it was a very good bowl of soup, just a different way than all the other places make pho. They also gave me a side of onions and these little churros type things that you dip in the pho broth. Yum, that was a tasty experience.

Does anyone know why this restaurant closed? It was my favorite. :(

Good news! They're re-opening in a new location! It's my wife's favorite restaurant as well, and she went by the new location just last night on the off chance they were open. They aren't yet, but apparently they're just waiting on the fire…

Delicious food with a lively atmosphere and welcoming staff - what more could you ask for?…read more I visited Oak and Ola for a birthday dinner and had an amazing time. Rather than trying to search for parking, we just paid $20 for the lot right nearby and it worked out great for us. We had a large group and our waiter, Zachary, was amazing. He had plenty of recommendations, anecdotes, stories, and jokes to keep everyone happy and full. He was definitely a highlight for all of us. We had a variety of drinks, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed them. I had the Sacred Empress and was so impressed with the balance of flavors - mostly sweet with a slight punch from the serrano cilantro simple syrup. It sounds funky but trust me on this! We also split a bottle of the Lagar De Costa Albariño, at the recommendation of our waiter, and we all loved it. For food, we started with the Lobster Ravioli, Truffle Frites, Crispy Pork Belly Bites, Crunch Love Caesar Salad, and Olives. All were devoured and I think the crowd favorites were the Lobster Ravioli (though expensive, $26 for 3) and the Pork Belly Bites. For mains, most people tended to get either the Steak Frites or the Gulf Fish Amandine (which was snapper). My steak and another at the table were both way overcooked on the first go around but they very quickly remade them (and the fries) and got them back to us in 5 minutes, perfectly cooked. It was a delicious and filling dish. The Gulf Fish Amandine was also really tasty, but it felt like it was missing something like a starch. It's a very simple and classic dish. The Pork Chop was also well loved amongst the table and many people wished they got it after trying a bite! For dessert, you absolutely have to get the Toffee Cake - it was everyone's favorite dessert. Super soft, warm, and comforting, plus that vanilla ice cream just took it to another level. We also enjoyed the Chocolate Mousse, and the free birthday dessert they kindly brought out for us. Overall, the restaurant is fun and lively, with an eclectic feel in the mismatched dining sets and decor. I really loved how it felt. It's definitely a nicer spot for a date or celebration, but worth it!

Ambiance was, it was a BEAUTIFUL, clean and very well maintained restaurant, including the rest rooms. Service was just as outstanding as the physical facility. EVERYONE we encountered was friendly, professional and said Hi! Unfortunately, their food was as 'on point' as the rest of the experience. We ordered the 'Roast Beef Sandwich' and the 'Avocado Shrimp Toast'. Ok, I'll start with the Roast Beef Sammy-Thick Cold Bread, not room temp, not toasted, but thick cold bread (of which I ate about 1/4 of it. Now the Roast Beef, cold (not a problem) but sliced just too thick so when I took a bite, I could not chew through it and the entire slab of slices pulled out of the sandwich and gave me a 'Chin Slap'! The Au Jus was spectacular! Literally French Onion Soup without the crouton or cheese. Overall, NOT a sandwich worth $18. The other meal was their'Avocado Shrimp Toast', ANOTHER HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, ESPECIALLY for $18!! 2 small pieces of cold toasted bread, a THIN layer of avocado and ONE SHRIMP CUT IN 1/2 on each slice of bread. NOT A VALUE for $18. What made it worse was that my wife was NEVER offered or received a coffee refill. They DID constantly refill our waters and my Iced Tea. Service 4 Ambiance 5 Food 2 Overall 3

We started with drinks, including the Berry Me Ybor, The Forbidden Fruit, and The Greenhouse. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, although the Berry Me Ybor was extremely small for $16. Since we were a larger group, everyone ordered different dishes from various parts of the menu. I ordered the Patatas Bravas Chilaquiles and the Tuna Carpaccio Flatbread. The chilaquiles were a good portion, but some of the chips were soggy because the sauce was sitting at the bottom of the bowl. I also felt there should have been much more truffle aioli. The Tuna Carpaccio Flatbread was disappointing. It was very small and overly vinegary, which made it difficult to enjoy. I think the dish had potential, but the portion size and flavor just didn't work for me. Several of the ladies ordered the Haya Caesar Salad and the 2020 Ybor Chop Salad. Both salads were a good size, although several people felt the 2020 Ybor Chop Salad was too salty. The Grilled Half Chicken, Herb Steak Fries, and Pickled Mango & Burrata were also ordered and were enjoyed. One thing to note: Flor Fina gets pretty loud at night. During our visit, there was a wedding taking place with music, and the restaurant also had a live DJ inside. So, if you're looking for a quieter dining experience, this may not be the place. Overall, I'd skip the food and stop by for drinks instead. The cocktails, ambiance, and decor are enjoyable, but the dinner dishes didn't leave us wanting more or planning a return visit.

He came to our table to personally explain the Tokyo Fries, introduced us to the new Shrimp Bao and the new Crispy Rice with Yuzu Ponzu, and shared the inspiration behind the dishes. Everything tasted incredible, and you can tell how much care goes into every plate. We've been to Wagamama in the UK, but the Water Street location is truly exceptional. Chef Joel has been amazing both times we've dined here. He even took the time to talk with my daughter about the food, and it completely made her day. She talked about the experience for the rest of the day! Thank you, Chef Joel, for the amazing food, your passion, and for taking the time to visit our table and make us feel so welcome. We checked out a bunch of different restaurants, but they were all booked up. So, we ended up booking Wagamama for our dinner on Sunday night. After finding roadside parking near the restaurant, we checked in at the register and were shown to our table. Our server greeted us and provided us with menus. Following a discussion among ourselves and with our server, we began our order with a lychee martini and a coconut drift for drinks. For appetizers, we selected the Bang Bang Cauliflower, which our server highlighted as a very popular option, along with chicken pot stickers. For our main courses, we ordered the chicken pad Thai, Karage Chicken Strips for our toddler and the chicken firecracker dishes. Our drinks arrived first: a Lychee Martini and a Coconut Drift. The Lychee Martini contained a significant amount of vodka, so much that my spouse could only manage two sips. The Coconut Drift was better, but it still had an excessive amount of sugar. We got our Bang Bang Cauliflower appetizer. However, upon tasting it, we found it wasn't cooked properly. It tasted like they simply coated the cauliflower with sauce without properly cooking it. We were disappointed to have to return it. Following that, our chicken pot stickers arrived. The chicken pot stickers were just okay, without anything particularly noteworthy about them. They weren't even properly cooked around the edges. Both appetizers we ordered turned out to be disappointing. Our dinner arrived and included Pad Thai and Chicken Firecracker. Both dishes were just alright; they could have been better. Compared to how other reviews described them, they didn't live up to the expectations set by those reviews. We couldn't get the Chicken Karage Strips we wanted for dinner. We ended up having to comp the whole thing because even though the restaurant wasn't that full (only about 70-75% empty), we had to wait a super long time for the food to be ready. Our visit to Wagamama was so disappointing that we may not return. We were unhappy with the food, the service, and the atmosphere.

This place is fresh and healthy and makes you feel good about eating good. The first time I was here, it was a gorgeous "Florida winter" day so we sat outside-lunch on the large patio. This time, with a different group of friends, we were inside-on a Saturday evening. Glad we had a reservation. Because it was bustling and humming. But the vibes were still happy and healing. (As were the cocktails! The spicy pineapple margaritas are fantastic!) My fiends each ordered something different: a burger for one, a salad for another and a pizza for yet another. They were each delighted with their choices. I went for two appetizers: the charred cauliflower... which was excellent (those dates!) and a seasonal butternut squash soup that was unforgettably good-it satisfied both stomach and soul. One friend savored a Manhattan and two were all into the lavender matcha. Four completely different palettes but the same happy feeling. This was a good choice (thanks, Michelle) True Food Kitchen prides itself on fresh, quality ingredients and you can taste it. The menu isn't huge, but the variety is good and the flavors are tremendous. The interior is bright, with lots of windows and interesting seating. It was a little loud in there, but that's to be expected on a Saturday. I don't remember if there were desserts-we were so full, I don't think we even looked. I owe it to myself to go back and check. Midtown is so easy to park at (free garages!). And you can walk off your calories at the nearby shops (sadly, William Dean chocolates is closing this location, soon) I'll be back soon!

We sat outside because the inside seemed busy and a little noisy. The downside to this restaurant is the VERY high price of everything, so it would definitely have to be a special occasion type of place. We ordered a lot of things so I'm going to rank them in how much I liked them! I didn't take any photos except the dessert which was served on a platter because we got so much lol We ordered a lot of cocktails as well which were all very good. My favorite cocktail was the lychee one! 1) LONGEVITY CRAB NOODLES ($32): lump crab, garlic butter, toasted garlic, scallions - OUTSTANDING. We ordered two of them and even added shrimp. Buttery and delicious. You can't go wrong 2) CRAZY RICE ($29): shrimp, chicken, spicy ghost pepper sambal, cucumber, shallot crisps, crispy egg - Some of the best fried rice. I LOVED the heat kick it had to it, I think it really made the dish. 3) SIGNATURE CRISPY RICE - WAGYU ($26): sambal, chives, red chili, asian pesto - I thought I would like the spicy tuna one more but the meat was high quality and melty 4) PORK BELLY SINIGANG ($36): crispy pork belly, sinigang braised radish, sauteed spinach, seared tomatoes, tamarind broth, micro cilantro - You cant go wrong with pork belly! I don't like radish so I couldn't experience the full flavor, but I loved the meat 5) SPICY "TAIL OF TWO TUNAS" ($25): spicy tuna, escolar, shallot crisps - You can't go wrong with spicy tuna rolls and shallots. Great quality and loved the crunch. Simple but delicious - we ordered two. 6) TOM YUM SEA BASS ($58): chilean sea bass, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, baby bok choy, tom yum sauce, kaffir lime oil - I typically don't like sea bass but this was cooked perfectly and the fish was SO BUTTERY. No fishy taste at all 7) CHICKEN INASAL ($36): lemongrass, tomatoes, red onion, watercress, achiote glaze, chili lime vinaigrette, grilled lemon - This chicken has great flavor and was very juicy. I really enjoyed the watercress as well. Hit all the notes of savory and umami 8) SIGNATURE CRISPY RICE - SPICY TUNA ($26): masago, chives, sriracha, chili oil, serrano - Delicious but the wagyu one was better in comparison 9) OXTAIL POT STICKERS ($23) braised oxtail, caramelized onion jus, white wasabi cream - Really great flavor but wish it were a bit crispier. It all seemed very soft in texture 10) SPICY EDAMAME ($11): garlic butter, chili salt - very good but everything else was better and it's hard to compare 11) "RIDICULOUS" ($21) vanilla ice cream, ginger carrot cake, glazed walnuts, caramel - Tempura fried ice cream?!? Sign me up! Delicious 12) COCONUT CHEESECAKE ($19) coconut mousse, graham cracker crust, coconut caramel, berries - The texture was unlike anything I've had before. It was so creamy and melty. Delicious! 13) MOCHI ICE CREAM ($19) assorted seasonal flavors of ice cream, wrapped in rice dough - Chewy and yummy!
