Tried this place and ordered the beef pho. It's the broth that makes pho and this broth was on the under-seasoned side. I added table condiments that messed it up. We came in with a party of 20 at Saturday lunch. Place was empty with the exception of 1 table, we called in advance to ensure the count would be fine. Alcohol list is very lacking....and they were out of some of the things on the menu. I had the shaking beef and it was okay. Beef was tender, flavor was good. If I didn't want to get anything else, I'd get this again. He had the station pho minus tendon. His least favorite was the meatball. His favorite was the brisket. The restaurant was decorated very cute. I love the warmth of the bamboo lanterns/lamps on the ceiling! The restaurant was clean, and service was great. We went on a Friday evening (early dinner around 6). The portions were very generous. The shrimp rolls had lots of fresh ingredients, and tasted really good I ordered the small brisket pho, and appreciated the amount of noodles and meat it came with (they do not skimp like some other restaurants). The tenderloin and brisket pho has good cuts of beef but the broth definitely tasted like it was skimmed or was not authentic. A pot of pho broth is rich and has droplets of beef fat that has been simmering for many hours. This beef pho broth tasted as if I got some pho powder from an Asian market and made pho. We also tried the dark meat chicken noodle dish and it was all kind of wrong. It was sweet and the chicken did not taste like it was good meat. It tasted like it was cooked from frozen incorrectly and lacked any kind of good prep. We also had the egg roll appetizer and it was ok, just didn't taste like Vietnamese places who fried pork egg rolls. This one attempted to be upmarket but it was not worth the charge. This is a clean and nicely set up restaurant, they just need a better menu with authentic items. For the prices they are asking for their menu items, they don't deliver a good value. Good spring rolls are hard to find and when I saw this place right around the corner, I told my husband it was a must-try. The staff is friendly and the place was clean. They weren't super busy when we first sat (full service place), but by the time we were finished, they were almost full! The food was delicious and I managed to only get one picture of anything that hit our table before it was demolished. We ordered spring rolls which were delicious and served with a peanut sauce. We also started with chicken egg rolls which definitely taste as if they were made to order. Lastly, we tried out the Vermicelli and it was exactly what we were hoping for with fresh bean sprouts and flavorful meats. We will definitely be back soon! read more

I had to add multiple squirts of hoisin sauce for it to be salty and flavorful enough. With a good pho, you should not need to even add hoisin sauce. Really great pho but pricey. Two large bowls of soup and an order of spring rolls (yum) is $41 before tax. I also asked for extra limes and offered to pay for extra limes and they gave us 4 wedges for 2 large bowls (I like a lot of lime in my pho). Really good flavor in the broth though. read more

DELICIOUS! My boyfriend and I went for a date night on a Monday and it was pretty empty. We got service immediately and all the food/drinks came out quickly. I had the hibiscus lychee tea which was so pretty and yummy. We had the egg roll appetizer which was delicious! He had the shaking beef and I had the tenderloin pho. The small was enough for 1 and the large was easily shareable! Their prices are great, much lower than other pho places I've been to. Additionally, I would say this is the BEST pho I've ever had. I luv luv pho. I go to all pho restaurants near me. I even drive an hour and more to try pho. Pho station is about 45-60 from my house. I know it's been open quite a while so I thought they should have all bugs (not literally) cleaned up. And away I went. The restaurant was pretty clean and looked nicely decorated. However I did notice when I opened the door there wasn't that hit u in the face pho smell. Hummm Brought the food home and dug in.. unfortunately the food was pretty bland and the portion was kinda small. I paid extra $3 for vegys and it was hardly none. I didn't eat all of it so I can try again in the morning. I have found with really good pho it will become gelatinous after cooled. Again unfortunately this was no where near that. Unfortunately I'll have to drive on past and move onto the next pho. read more

I was on the lookout for some good pho in Texas as my cousin in law said that Texas has good pho. I was curious as to how the pho tasted near Sachse and this was one of the pho places I went to try. I ordered the pho that had everything, but when I got it, the taste of the broth was bland and not that good. My husband got the beef stew and when he tried it, he said that the broth was not authentic and was catered to American's taste. He tasted the broth and it tasted like there was chicken broth mixed in with it. He also ordered shaking beef and that was okay for him, but for me, I did not like it. The meat was chewy and the taste was not that great as well. I have tasted homemade shaking beef from a friend, and that shaking beef was a lot better tasting than this place. The ambiance of the place was nice and brightly lit. The service was good as the staff were kind, but to consider if I would come back here for pho, I would skip over this place and go somewhere else. They fried the chicken so dry I thought I was eating dehydrated meat- no moisture whatsoever. I felt cheated on the meat to be honest. I have been dining at Pho Station weekly for the past 4 months. While I'm not a "pho snob," I do recognize good, hot, and flavorful soup when I taste it. Pho Station offers two sizes and I generally get the smaller if the two. My personal favorite is the tenderloin pho. The broth is rich and served with plenty of beef, sliced onions, and spring (aka green) onion. Their pho is served with a side plate of bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime slices, and fresh jalapeño slices. Hoisin and Sriracha are presented with your pho. I also recommend the Bún Bò Huế. Friends have also enjoyed the vermicelli dishes. When I'm with friends, I usually order the egg rolls as an appetizer. Very tasty! I haven't tried any of the drinks - I usually stick with iced tea or water - but I need to try them because they look good. Service is attentive and the food comes out quickly. The restaurant is well-lit and clean with plenty of tables. The restrooms are clean and properly stocked. read more

Brand new, in a newly constructed mall in new community in Sachse, TX I waited a while to try this brand with no history. It looks nice inside, with tables good for families or groups. But it did not measure up to food quality of many Mom & Pop sized pho houses. I am being very gracious with 4 stars, and wish them the best as they strive to improve. They have a big new facility, plenty of parking, in a safe new area. Bring the kitchen up to quality level of the surrounding area (within 5 miles are many great pho houses) and earn your reputation. read more

I felt this place had your average pho. They do have 2 perfect size options for small and large. The small was plenty. We had the chicken pho with white meat. Comes with all the fixings and we asked for chili oil to add more flavor. We also got the spring rolls which came with a really good peanut sauce. The service was really nice and extremely quick.
