The service was fast (my order to go was ready in about 10-15 minutes), which I really appreciated. I'm especially glad they have a solid pho option here. Rare steak pho on Sunday special was on point for my husband and our youngest daughter. They both cleaned their plates. The restaurant is clean with ample seating. I had a pork bahn mi, it was surprisingly well balanced with fresh veggies and tender meat, I prefer a little pate or mayo or sometimes both unless the meat is saucy enough to hold up to the bread on its own. I had to give them a 4 for two reasons; #1 both times I've ordered the bhan mi the bread has not been fresh and flaky but more on the chewy side and #2 I love salt and pepper tofu and while the lemon salt dip was on point the batter, texture and amount of tofu was not(maybe do a simple cornstarch dry batter, fry hard, drain well, poke holes in the container before you close the top) and for the love of all things recession an entire brick of tofu is 2$ 4$ tops I think it's fair to expect more than 9 small cubes for 11$. read more

UPDATE: I came here today for lunch with my wife and we had an awesome experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch meals. I liked their garlic noodles but I wish it had more soy sauce and that buttery-garlic taste BUT it was still tasty nonetheless; it tasted more like chow mein. I paired the noodles with their salt & pepper chicken wings which were tasty and delicious. I love putting chili oil on the wings with every bite. My wife and I also loved their pho! The broth was on point and they don't skimp out on meat and toppings. Their pho is really good and deserves a lot of attention. I'm convinced, Pho Society is the best restaurant in this entire plaza. We went to their soft opening and all the food was very good. The owners were very nice and accommodating. They did say a few menu items would only be available once they are fully open, so we look forward to that. My favorite dish was the Ho Fun with beef (all stir fry dishes have your choice of protein) My wife enjoyed her Mushroom Stir Fry with Tofu. The tofu was the crispiest I've had, which was a pleasant surprise. The flavor was good as well. My daughter had the Kids Chicken Noodle Soup which was also delicious. This review is based on their soft opening- Went for lunch and got a kids pho(not pictured, egg rolls (also not pictured) salt and pepper wings and a large grilled ribeye pho. Everything we got was so delicious . My daughter loves pho and she has tried many places from San Jose to Sacramento.She said it is now on her top 5 best pho places. I'm so glad they opened in our beautiful town. Being a soft opening they don't have their full menu yet but will by the end of the month. Also they are still getting things ready so decore and place setting aren't quit there yet. Can't wait to see the finished restaurant and what else they will add to their menu! On this cold, dreary day, we were craving something to warm us up. The Pho hit the spot! Hubby had the House Special Noodle Pho and I had the Ribeye Pho. We ordered them to go and loved how everything was ready to combine and eat once we got home. The house special was full of pork, shrimp, quail eggs and more. I had food envy until I tasted my ribeye pho. The beef was SO flavorful and when added to the broth with the other seasonings and accompaniments, it was perfect! Sooo delicious!! Especially on a cold day!! I went in thinking I would get Pho and ended up getting Pad Thai (I believe it was Vietnamese style with the special egg). Had dinner here Saturday night and it was delicious!! We both ordered the Ribeye vermicelli bowl. We substituted the vermicelli for their garlic noodles and it was fantastic! I had shrimp and he had egg rolls with his meal. My shrimp were cooked perfectly and his egg rolls were large and really tasty. It came with a fresh and crunchy salad including cucumbers, bean sprouts, daikon and a vinaigrette with fish sauce for dipping. The ribeye was tender and had tons of flavor! I wanted to share my experience after I wrote this review. The owner of this restaurant messaged me with very disturbing online behavior. From screaming in caps, to the words "I hope you are a matured adult" because of my honest review and very odd passive aggression... This is extremely unprofessional especially from a business owner! I was recommended to try this spot from a local and a neighbor who thought it was worth a try. They let me know this owner also owns or manages the CreAsian on Lone Tree as they've seen them there multiple times and have very similar items/presentation. Safe to say, I will not be dining at either. I hope this business grows and succeeds without having to send crazy private messages! read more
