    Tiger Milk Tea
    Ed S.

We just moved to Oakley and we noticed that there aren't many Boba stores in the area. We found Teapot on Yelp and noticed a good review. We drove to a complex and parking is abundant. We ordered online and we got our order within 10 minutes. I had their Tiger Milk Tea. You can ask for the amount of sugar or the sweetness of your drink. I opted for 50% sweetness. This drink is very refreshing. The boba is soft and chewy. I enjoyed this drink, especially with the weather in our area. Since I enjoyed this drink, I will come again and try their other boba drinks

Wonderful Experience! We stopped by for some refreshing tea and were truly impressed. The service was attentive and welcoming, and the food was excellent we enjoyed the popcorn chicken, dim sum, and pork belly bao, each prepared with great flavor and care. The space is clean, family-friendly, and also makes a charming spot for a casual date night. The thoughtful wall décor adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

The fam wanted some boba. Our go to place is about 15 mins drive, so we opted to try our for the first time Teapot. Entering the store, I was quite surprised that Teapot has quite a tall food menu on top of their appetizers. A quick early dinner is in order. On top of our usual boba drinks (Tiger Milk Tea), the kids had Tonkotsu Ramen, Gyudon, and Garlic Noodles for me. Inside looks like your typical Taiwanese boba shop, colorful and eclectic. Not too long our food is served along with our drinks. All of our orders are properly savory. My Garlic Noodles truly is garlicy, just a hair too savory. My son's Ramen tasted good and I can't help helping myself with his soup. And my daughter's Gyudon is just as good. Every dish served checked out to be very strong. I actually did had any drinks, just my kids and wifey. With a very good first impression, I went ahead and ordered myself one to cap it off. Low and behold I saw a bended Mango and Avocado smoothie. What? Two of my faves in one drink I just had to have one. And it did not disappoint as well. I am reserving my 5th star, but Teapot is almost there. My wife recommended their Braised Pork Rice next time. I will surely oblige. Boba and a proper meal? Teapot is the only boba spot that would cater both.

Stopped in to try some boba and saw they had sesame balls. The teas were good but the boba pearls weren't as great. The agar boba in my panda milk tea were amazing. I order my husband a tiger milk tea 50% sweet and I ordered the panda milk tea 30% sweet. I felt like we could have gone even lower with the sweetness level. My only complaint was the boba texture was off. You do get a decent amount which was a plus. The sesame balls were amazing of course. We didn't try anything else because most of the menu had gluten but everything looked so good. Service was fast, we got everything in what seemed like 5 minutes. We ordered from the kiosk so we could visually see everything since it was our first time. That alone was a really nice feature to see everything you could order.

I like the tea here but cannot recommend the food yet. The place is in the strip mall where Bonchon is across the street from Sportsman's. The entrance is tiny and it's too dark that unless you actually open the door you'd think it's closed from outside. I even told the owners that they need to have a big open sign. This is different from other boba places in that they seemed to specialize more on their food than drinks. However I personally would recommend their drinks than their food. I didn't sample that many varieties of food except the popcorn chicken and the shrimp dumplings. I'm not sure whether they make the dumpings from scratch (unlikely) but it's not a bad choice when you are hungry even if it's heated "Costco dumplings." The popcorn chicken however is extremely salty and the breading is too much.

Every time I have gone it's been 10/10 with my orders. Fav drinks: Mango sago and Black tea with cream, all the juice blends. (I usually go 50-80% sweet) This place is one of the best in the area.

honestly my go to place for boba tea in the eat east bay, Antioch/brentwood area. great teas and for a good price and size. my usual orders is the roasted oolong milk tea and the jasmine green milk tea w less sweetness. good roastiness and the other, nue floral. lll always support them

    Good food but BAD SERVICE!

We had high hopes when we visited; great food reviews, and we came ready to enjoy a nice meal. We were a group of four and ordered a generous amount of food. To our surprise, we were only given one pair of chopsticks. When I politely asked the staff member (a lady at the counter) for three more pairs, her response was shockingly rude. In a harsh and impatient tone, she snapped, "I already gave you!" I calmly explained, "Yes, you gave one pair, but we have four people. Could you please give us a few more chopsticks or forks?" Without a word, she grabbed three more pairs and threw them onto the counter. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Good food can only go so far when the customer service is this disrespectful. As paying customers, we expect basic courtesy--this interaction was anything but. Sadly, I won't be coming back despite how good the food was. Staff attitude matters.

Excited that there's a new boba spot in the area. I got the wintermelon milk tea and it comes with grass jelly. The tea is very good. I also ordered the popcorn chicken, which was a bit disappointing. The chicken lacked flavor and i had selected extra spicy. Hopefully they improve and add some seasoning, otherwise the texture is solid. I would come back and try their other drinks. 20% off on drinks right now for their soft opening. I would not recommend getting the popcorn chicken unless you like it bland

Easy to order at the kiosk and really fast typically. There's about 4 tables for dine in. I've never eaten here but I love their PANDA MILK TEA 30% sugar. It's their house milk tea with half crystal boba and regular boba. The boba is usually really good but it's been pretty tasteless the last couple of times. It just needs a bit more sugar in the boba.

    Ma-Po Tofu Rice

The restaurant is cozy and has lots of Sanrio-esque decor. You order at a kiosk up front, or online. They were very popular for takeout orders during our visit. We dined in and the food arrived quickly. The server was nice and all the orders were correct. Our favorite was the Mapo Tofu rice bowl. My daughter loved the spam musubi and I could tell from her messy face that there was a good amount of sauce in the dish. I enjoyed the braised pork rice bowl, although it is pork belly which is a bit too fatty for my taste. (Not a criticism-it was cooked well and had great flavor) I loved the Oolong peach iced tea. The dumplings in chili oil were good, but there is also a creamy sauce that comes on it. (Not bad, but I will request without that next time) Overall, we liked the restaurant very much and will be back.

    Miso Ramen Braised Pork Rice

I really like the vibe here -- the cute cartoon decorations on the wall make it super cozy. I got a Tiger Milk Tea and a Thai Tea, and both were really good. Tried the miso ramen and braised pork rice too, and they were delicious. The staff were friendly and the food came out fast. If you're around and want good drinks and food, this spot is definitely worth checking out!

    Vietnamese coconut coffee

I got the Vietnamese coconut coffee, the staff was friendly, space was clean, and the drink was $7. Was very good n did not have the artificial taste. Would recommend and get again

Unfortunately, my most recent experience completely changed my opinion. I ordered a roll for my daughter with no avocado and added cucumber. When we got home, the roll only had crab inside. There was no cucumber at all. I called and simply asked for a refund, but I was told the chef insisted the cucumber was in the roll, so they refused. Instead, they told me to drive back so they could remake it. After driving another 20 minutes back (40 minutes of driving total), the employee inspected the roll herself and immediately saw that there was, in fact, no cucumber. So the issue I reported from the beginning was real. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistake. Mistakes happen. It was being treated like my word wasn't trustworthy after years of supporting this business. Rather than believing a loyal customer or offering a simple refund, I had to waste my time and gas proving that the order was incorrect. It makes me wonder if one roll was really worth losing a long-time customer. Customer service is about how you handle mistakes, and unfortunately this experience left me feeling undervalued. I hope management reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future.
