Greens for pho are clean and fresh.

Came in for a quick supper on the way home. They are at a very small strip mall, in between a cbd and a thai restaurant. Their hours are Tue-Sun 11am-9pm, closed on Mondays. Inside was clean and modern with a pleasing color palette of white walls, black tables and chairs, with accents of lime green and steel. I think they said they've only been open for a month or so. Even the condiment station with chopsticks and napkins at each table was clean. Only wished that the booths had cushioning as it was starting to hurt my butt after sitting for a while. The menu was 2-sided and had lots of white-out items, which surprised us, as we weren't sure why when they've only been opened for a month. I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup since I was craving wontons, but it was big mistake. The soup came out hot, but the wontons were lukewarm, which obviously they were frozen and dropped into the soup (but still need to make sure the wontons are hot). The bottom of the wrapper were mostly flaked off. Also, the wonton is some sort of paste that was not appetizing. I did not enjoy this dish as all. It should've been one of those that got the "white-out". Hubs went with the traditional Pho, he got the P10 Steak & Meatball Pho. The greens and bean sprouts that came with it were fresh and clean and even included lettuce. This dish, on the other hand, was delicious! It was light and flavorful. Pho Lien Hoa still gives you more meat for the price, but taste-wise it was different but just as good. There were 3 Vietnamese ladies working, all dressed in all black. They spoke in Vietnamese with each other. There were 2 to-go's while we were there and they spoke Vietnamese with them (and seemed to know them). Another table for 6 was getting seated when we were leaving, and they too spoke Vietnamese with them and also appeared to know them. This is like your local Vietnamese joint.

Awesome new Vietnamese restaurant on NW Expressway with very authentic fare, I recognized the owner Christy from her old restaurant in Yukon (which she sold) and that place also had very authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Their Phnom Penh Noodles, or Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang (a popular Vietnamese-Cambodian noodle soup originating from the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh) was great. Their dessert was also nice (the jelly cup), as were their pork spring rolls. Service exceptional and interior environment nice and spacious with many seats/chairs. It's also in the same plaza as Eggceptional Cafe and Banana Thai Kitchen - check it out!

I've tried all of the PHO spots in OKC & I can confidently say this is THE BEST! The service is immaculate, the food is amazing! I got my pho to go and they packed up all the veggies, aromatics, and sauces in the bag. Generous portions at that. It's a great location conveniently located on NW Expressway. I will absolutely be back! My new go to place! Yum!

The ambience was very modern and very welcoming. The staff were attentive and friendly. I can see me and family coming here often. Their menu and daily Vietnamese daily specials is very unique, I can't wait to try some nostalgic home cooked lunches! Vietnamese caramelized pork belly with eggs, braised catfish and sour soup had my attention!

My husband and I moved up to the northwest side of town in February 2025. We've been looking for an authentic pho place since. We have had good pho just not close. Enter: Pho Saigon. They've been open since mid-July 2025. We went tonight. The food was delicious: the chicken spring roll (rice paper) was succulent and flavorful. The fried spring roll surprised me with corn in it, but it was also delicious. My regular size pho was generous, the chicken was tender and not dry, same with my husband's steak pho. The service was outstanding: our waters were never empty, and they did a great job checking on us during our meal. The restaurant itself was clean and hospitable, and the owner was there. She gave us the background in the art they have hanging, which was nice. Today I learned that pho actually started as a street food. All in all, 11/10, we will be back.

Delicious. Got the Bánh mì (sandwich), was so good & so fresh. Vietnamese ice coffee also delicious & they were generous with the ratio of coffee (Not watered down. Real coffee!). Exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to come back to try the pho.

Absolutely incredible experience at Pho Saigon! I've had a lot of pho over the years, including when I lived in the OKC Asian district, and this is hands down some of the best I've ever had. The broth is rich, deeply flavorful, nourishing and tastes truly authentic. The service was just as impressive, every server was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The owner even stopped by to personally greet us and make sure we were happy. If you love pho, this place is a must-visit. We'll definitely be regulars and look forward to trying the rest of their menu!! Thank you Pho Saigon!

    Cá Kho Tộ

My new favorite pho restaurant in OKC. As a person who's picky when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine I would say this is the most authentic tasting Vietnamese restaurant I have tried in the metro. I've been here a few times and have gotten the Phở đặc biệt and Cá Kho Tộ. Broth is very rich and you can tell it's fresh. They don't dilute their broth at all. The portion size is big for what you pay for which is a plus. The Cá Kho was very tasty too, good flavors with hints of nostalgia. Would come back for sure when I'm craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

I was surprised to find fish fat in my lunch special. It was quite a big piece too. There were also quite a few pieces of fat in the pho. Kind of disappointing. Staff were always friendly. We tried to save the service fee by paying cash but they had a hard time finding change. It was quite an interesting experience. Regardless, everybody enjoyed their food.

Wasn't impressed with the service. After waiting a long while, they announced that they were out of the protein I selected.

Right next door to the Panang in the south. There was a through window since you can order from…read morePanang and they bring it. Don't know why they don't just converge their menus and open up the space. Service was great, friendly and efficient. Only one guy was working front of the house, so he was busy with the tables and the to-go orders. We only got water to drink, but all their drinks come in these cut mason jars. The E-San Sausage was delicious. It came with a side of cabbage and some pickled ginger that helps cut through the grease. The Crispy Pork Kai-Lan was just okay, not any different from other beef & broccoli dishes elsewhere. The Mango Sticky Rice was so good! The sticky rice was just rice on the stickiness, and the mango was very sweet.

I brought one of my friends here, and she said it's the best and most affordable Thai restaurant…read moreshe's ever been to! The service is incredibly fast and attentive, which made the experience even better. I've ordered so much takeout from this place that I feel like I've tried nearly everything on the menu, and here are my top recommendations. Also, this place has hands down the best Khao Soi in town! Appetizers -Grilled Pork (Moo Ping) -- Juicy, tender, and flavorful. -Fried Angel Chicken Wing -- Super crispy with a tasty marinade. -Chicken or Pork Pot Stickers -- Great starter; crispy outside, juicy inside. -Shumai -- Light, flavorful, and always cooked just right. Salad -Yum Woon Sen Seafood -- Fresh, tangy, with just the right amount of heat. -Papaya Salad with Dried Shrimp -- The perfect summer salad! I usually ask for extra Thai chilies and lime for that spicy, zesty kick. Main Dishes -Thai Chicken Rice (Kao Mun Gai) -- The best chicken rice ever -- simple but comforting. -Fried Chicken Rice -- Like Kao Mun Gai, but with crispy fried chicken instead of steamed -- so satisfying. Thai Basil Stir-Fried Pork: You can get it with ground or crispy pork; both are amazing. -Crispy Pork Stir-Fried Kai-Lan -- Just as good as the basil pork, a perfect balance of savory and crunchy. -Thai Garlic Pork (Moo Gra Tiem) -- Fragrant, garlicky, always hits the spot. Curry Chicken Noodles (Khao Soi) is my absolute favorite dish here. They're creamy, rich, and flavorful. The chicken portion (thigh/breast) is huge, too! -Roasted Duck Noodle Soup -- Comforting, with tender duck and a rich, savory broth. -Tom Yum Noodle Soup -- Spicy, sour, and so warming, packed with flavor. Desserts / Drinks -Thai Tea -- Sweet, creamy, and the perfect way to cool down. -Mango Sticky Rice -- A classic done right, fresh mango, sticky rice, and just the right amount of coconut sauce. This spot and Panang (next door) have easily become one of my all-time favorite Thai restaurants. The food is always consistently delicious, the portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the value is unbeatable. It never lets me down, whether dining in or grabbing takeout!
