A bit of a diamond in the rough. Hidden away in an area overpopulated by terrible restaurants of every ethnicity although they are all run by Koreans. Very simple and quick Vietnamese dishes for a decent price. Pho broth is generally the same as everywhere. You put an asston of sriracha and hoisin sauce and it becomes delicious. Good cuts of meat in the soup every time I've been, the tripe can get a little rough but still good. I would give it three stars but seeing as how it is in a military town and 99 percent of the food is garbage in Killeen. I give it a healthy four. read more

this place isn't the best but out of the 7 other places i've tried, this place beats other local places hands down. PRO: food quantity service price CON: vermicelli isn't the best or cold questionable food quality. the reason i put questionable food quality is because i have an black hole and iron stomach and sometimes after i eat, i get the hershey squirts (1:7 times). the thai milk tea, pho, and fried rice are really really good here. the sandwiches are cheap and go great with the pho. read more

Right after I ate the combination pho. I felt sick. I tasted the pork on the soup raw and they did not refill our drinks. I would not go back there anymore. I don't recommend people eating there. if you want best tasting pho in kileen try chaus next to o mart delish pho and won't get you sick. read more

I'm not impressed , this is my third time going because of the pho (soup) they have and the last time might well be the last. Menu is so so not a whole lot of variety. Half of the menu are not available to serve include drink menu. The food test ok. Boba drink is not good. The staffs are rude!!!!!! When we asked for extra plates and bowls the old guy brought me tirty plates and when we asked for the clean plates he brought us some and slamed them on our table with the angry face and look. First word to describe this place, **RUDE** Customer Service! On quality of food, DON'T order boba drinks because you will not get a boba drink (false advertising)! They do not give you your typical SMOOTHIE boba drink but instead it's a watery juice with tapioca Pearl's plus jelly and all this other weird stuff that they dont specify when you order it. 2nd point, waiter gave me a hard time about exchanging my drink for the right one and it still came out wrong. Additionally, my order of egg rolls were not cooked all the way and cold in the middle so had to ask for them to remake. Lastly, the only reason for giving 2 stars to this place is because the pho was not bad although it looked really plain and not the best pho I've ever had. read more

I always enjoy coming to get my Pho fix here. Food is flavorful and the staff is very nice they are even nice to my little girl, who doesn't always have the best table manners. It's pretty busy at lunch so if you want a quiet place to eat, come after the lunch rush we are usually there around 3pm. I use to go here just to get a pho fix because where I'm from we have pho everywhere and honestly I was not impressed. the noodles tasted soggy and the broth was not good at all. after the guy served us they just lefted us and didn't even bother to check on us. Best pho I had in Killeen so far. I've tried pho 9 and chaus but like pho Saigon the most. Also love the egg rolls.

This is my go-to place for pho in killeen. The service is a hit or miss though. The young server is not the most friendly and is most likely a language and cultural thing. They clean their stuff with bleach, which is nice, but sometimes that smell lingers on their utensils. They are amazingly fast. read more

The server barely acknowledged my boyfriend and I but when I looked around at how he treated the other patrons; it was the exact same. Just rude. And they place is filthy. I first came here when it first opened back in 2010 the original owner was cool and I remember the food being much better. I recently returned back 7 yrs later 2017. How much it has changed for the worse. I ordered a large bowl of rare steak Pho. The portion of meat and noodle were very skimpy and what should be a small bowl portion. I also ordered an order if spring rolls that came with a peanut sauce dip so i asked for the fish sauce dip instead. Not informed that i was charged an extra $0.50 for this tiny saucer of fish sauce dip for the spring rolls.The guy working there with the ridiculous frizzy spiky hair style looks like he stuck his wet finger in an electric light socket and got shocked was very sarcastic and rude. The service was very poor on top of the mediocre food. So I was very dissatisfied with the overall experience so I did not tip because I did not feel it was worthy. I guy gave me a smart ass comment and insisted that I should leave a tip. I really wanted to leave him a tip of my foot in his ass instead. Very bad business toward customers. So I definitely will not ever return back here again. I would gladly take my business elsewhere and pay slightly higher for better food and service anywhere but except here. read more

I have to say the pho is delicious. The reason I'm giving it 1 star is because of the HORRIBLE customer and the fact that there are bugs in the bathroom. My husband and I ate there this afternoon. The waiter was rude and pushy. We were trying to figure out what we wanted and instead of waiting he just walked away. Once we did order he snatched the menu from my husband. We got our food and asked for forks. Did we ever get the forks? No, but the two pretty girls sitting a couple tables away got theirs immediately. We had to get up and get forks ourselves. My husband drank all his water. I had to get his attention just to give us anymore. This is horrible service that we never leave a tip. I'm impressed that the pho broth here is actually a little better than most typical delis at home (Minneapolis, MN). The service and setting was ok, wouldn't call it the best, but the place wasnt too roudy, which is good for talking and makes it a little comfortable. Went there after church with my husband and some friends. The fried calamari appetizer had too much breading, but the calamari was very tender. The pho was delicious, the broth was delicate and fragrant, plenty of veggies served with. My husband got the bun, and he was pleasantly surprised, stated it was better than Pho 9's. I had a pho there this lunch. I was expecting better since I had read reviews from others. Their pho soup is not so good, little sweet for me. Especially beef is not freash. Probably they use cheap part. If you want to eat better pho, I defenitely recommend to go to houston. But if it's too far, I think Saigon Cafe in Temple they have better Pho. read more

We have been eating here several times. We already know about the service, which is not the usual service you expect compared to chain restaurants. Well, we still manage to go until this previous Sunday. We got our usual order from this chubby guy, then as we we're about to be done and just chillaxing, this chubby guy started to park his cart for soiled dishes atthe side of our table and just standing/waiting for us to leave. It seems like he was implementing that we need to leave now. So we left and my husband left his drink and when my son went back for it( we were just in the parking lit when he realized it), well it was gone. They didnt even just have the thought of giving it to the customer. Secondly, and the most important complain I have was when I checked my bank acct today they have charged me a total of $45.07. When I checked my receipt it was just supposed to be $40.07. I remembered I just signe the receipt and didn't put the total on it. Soooo... Who is the perpetrator who put in TIP of $5 (which I wouldnt give it because of the bad service and they were in a hurry for us to leave the plae) and the total of $45.07 on the receipt? That was my mistake not putting the total in. But it is stealing and fraud writing on the receipt without my permission. I am now calling my bank and the place when they open. I don't mind going them a tip if they have given me a good service but putting in the total and tip for the customer IS NOT RIGHT! You can go to jail for that for FORGING! Not only to mention the hair we found on our food but disnt say a thing but this is WAY TOO MUCH! read more
