I love the number 7 and enjoy the spring rolls. This place is a hidden treasure. The people are nice and whether eating there or getting take out the service is quick. There is plenty of time to eat here for a lunch break. If you call ahead it will even be ready for you when you get there. read more

Doesn't look like much but you owe it to yourself to be a little adventurous and give it a try. I like having other options in Casper than Mexican, Chinese or Steak... So I try to support these underdog restaurants. In this case, I am always surprised by the quality and flavor of the food, and wonder why nobody seems to know about it. Maybe it's the location, but put in the effort to seek them out! Friendly folks, good service! I asked for suggestions the first time I went, and got to try some excellent stuff I'd never had before. My wife and I frequently come here and have always received amazing food and wonderful service. The owner is very helpful and super sweet. Overlook the decorations and just enjoy the food. Excellent meal. Really impressed that this place exists in Casper. I consider myself pretty well-versed when it comes to pho and this was surprisingly good. The broth was nice, not too salty. They were generous with the meats and toppings. My husband had the bun, which was also pretty good. His sauce could have used some more fish sauce but the veggies were fresh and the meat was well-cooked. The server was also really friendly. I think this is run by a Vietnamese family, which is nice to see. The decor and location arent much but it almost feels more authentic that way. I would highly recommend this place. I will say that the people next to us ordered rice dishes and they didnt look as good. Come her for the pho. And dont get it to-go, its never as good once the noodles have sat and gotten sticky read more

I had lunch there today, finally, after reading all the great reviews. It was all true. I ordered The Pho Ga (chicken soup). I am no authority on Pho, but this stuff is amazing! I had the "small" order and could only eat half of it. Everything was very fresh and very well put together. The restaurant is nondescript but clean. I am looking foeward to returning to try some other dishes. The Spring Rolls looked delish. read more

If you want good Vietnamese food, this is not the place for you. The Pho is very salty and probably made from the instant packets you get from the asian markets. Real authentic Pho broth takes hours to make which does not seem to be the case here. The price was high for what little you do get. Don't bother with the egg rolls. It was over cooked and didn't come with the usual garnishes you would expect for a $5 appetizer. read more

A friend of mine from out of town was wanting to have some Pho. She took us to the restaurant and ive been back several times since. The Pho was great, and everything else we ordered was just as delicious. She raved about the iced coffee drink she bought. The tiny building leaves something to be desired as far as the decorations go haha, but I don't pick restaurants on how they look, I pick them on how their food tastes :) read more

06/10/15. Took my granddaughters there because they are noodle freaks and they were surprised that we had such a place in town. We ordered three items to be shared by the four of us. First, noodles and broth, in a bowl that would have lunched up an entire roofing crew. Fortunately, the gd from Oahu had a hollow leg and was able to get near the bottom of the tureen. Nothing but satisfaction so far. Then, to the pork low mein. Ordinarily, noodles waiting this long would be sticky and warm, but these were firm and better than warm. All agreed that our fare compared well with what we had found anywhere in our travels; however, we could not finish this platter . The spicy beef served with fresh salad veggies was tasty but too much, too late in our lunch. Plain surroundings are of small notice when the pho is great and the servers are so attentive. And the place was full. We will go back, and take some noodle appreciating friends. read more
