This place is soooo good! Service was a little lacking but didn't ruin our experience. The crab rangoons were so good as well as my sushi. My husband got the lemon pepper chicken and he really liked it and I also enjoyed it. The vibe is very cozy although the music was pretty loud but didn't bother us too much! For a quiet town, this place was popping and busy! My friend got the pork yakisoba and loved it. I got the pineapple curry and it had the perfect balance between sweet and spice. Good creamy curry texture with plenty of chicken. The sushi was pretty alright though... We got some hand rolls and those were just okay. Nothing spectacular. I'd say this place is pretty dang good for noodles and curry but not so much the sushi. Service was very attentive and friendly! read more

I called in a to-go order for pad see ew. Smooth ordering, though it was a little confusing who was handling take out when I arrived, as I had to speak to 3 people before I got to the right place. Wasn't sure if they are more Japanese/sushi or thai, so it was a gamble, but I was generally pleased with my order. Soft noodles, the right amount of sauce, pretty tender chicken minus a couple not so great pieces that were a bit tough, and some fresh broccoli and carrots. The container felt like a 5 pound dumbbell when I held in my hand, and I discovered it was 2/3 noodles. Wish they evened out the ratio with some more veggies, but taste and quality were solid so I'll give 'em a pass. Prices were reasonable, though the parking lot is small, so you may need to park in a neighboring lot on a busy Saturday night. read more

Don't let the exterior fool you!! This place is a hidden gem in Casper Wyoming. Service is friendly and informative. Fresh garden rolls are just that...Fresh!! Papaya salad fresh & flavorful!. I used to love this place, but in the last year their food has gone down hill. Sushi is super loosely rolled, about half the pieces fell apart. I also recently got sesame chicken that had no (zero, zip, zilch, nada, none) sauce, it was just dry, salty fried chicken with some sesame seeds. My husband and I came here for a date night. The sushi was delicious! They had a great looking menu and we plan to go back. The only problem I had was that the service was kind of spotty. Most of the servers seemed pretty young, and you could tell. They were laughing loudly in other parts of the restaurant but could be heard all the way in the dining area. We've eaten at Asian restaurants across the US & this was the worst food we've ever been served. The so-called tempura shrimp & vegetables was hard & battered like McDonald's chicken nuggets except the potatoes & carrots were hard & mostly uncooked inside. The rice paper wrapped veggies & rice were so chewy it seemed the paper was cotton based. The taste of the spices were disgusting. I can't imagine this place will stay in business long. read more

Food is great...... service is abysmal! Probably some of the worst service we have ever had! Ordered delivery a few weeks ago an upon calling as our order was completely wrong and partial waitress though it was exceptionally funny and laughed at me. Today the same waitress was beyond rude re a seating request, incredibly slow pouring drinks (she was the only bartender and very involved for 15+ mins in a conversation) and had an awful attitude when one of the drinks was wrong. Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

Even with the Covid 19 dine in closure, They're still serving very good takeout food. Including really good sushi which I had on April 18, 2020. All the fish Boston rolls and sashimi cuts were excellent and very fresh. Takeout was packed up really nice and clean with all the essentials needed for eating out and about or back at home. So stoked that this place exists having recently moved to these parts! The restaurant was clean and inviting which was a relief having tried, hesitantly, another sushi restaurant near by. We had two rolls, The Red Dragon and the Yellow Tail Jalapeño as well as the seaweed salad. The rolls could have been tighter, but the presentation and taste outshined that minor imperfection. The seaweed salad was tasty and a great value for the size. Restrooms were clean which is a l w a y s a good sign. Service was prompt and informative on the menu. Been here twice now for carry out and happy each time. So far I have tried the Kani-Cali roll, yellow curry, fresh spring rolls and the Tom Kha soup with rice. I consider myself somewhat of a Tom Kha expert and they nailed it :) Everything has been very good and exactly what I would expect. The service is always quick and everyone is always nice. I just have moved to Casper and Dsasumo is my favorite asian restaurant ever everrr. They have sushi bar, lounge, and thai food. They said they're fusione restaurant but all thai foods' tastes are authentic. For example, Pad thai is real pad thai. The sauce is the same like i ate in Thailand. Also Tom yum shrimp is soooooo good. As i'm Thai, i would say this is the best Thai restaurant in town. And not only Thai food which is good but also sushi. They have so many rolls. I would recommend Momo rolls. It's like their signature roll. You really have to try. So i would give them 10/10 for food and 10/10 for service too! Best Thai food in town!! read more

I struggled between giving this place three stars or two, the Thai beef salad and miracle beef were good dishes, but the sashimi and roll was inedible. The tuna was dried out and leathery, I ate one piece because I had it in my mouth but regretted it. I told the waitress who was nice and she agreed and said it's difficult to get fresh fish in Casper but still made us pay for it... They should have said they were out of tuna rather than serve this to a customer. The Momo roll was 2.5 stars and was way over sauced. When you go there, order the Thai dishes or the Chinese food. read more

I think the restaurant Dsasumo in one word is okay. The have and excellent seaweed salad, egg fried rice was just white rice and eggs no veggies and it really wasn't fried. The yellow curry was good even though the vegetables were hard. The WORST part of the meal was the California roll with crabmeat because it was literally half old crab meat that tasted really funky and the other half was cucumber, that was it. The server we had hardest spoke to us and never checked on us when we needed plates and chopsticks. Overall I don't recommend coming to this restaurant, but if you do it is not the worst and they have some good dishes, however, it's a gamble. read more

This is the second time we have eaten at Dsasumo and come away with food borne illness. Was willing to give the benefit of the doubt the first time but now we know! Tried to play it safe with our order this time around but still ended up with food borne illness symptoms. Our service was sub-par even though we were the only ones in the restaurant for a good 45 minutes. Way overpriced for the quality of the food. And they charged us $5 for a small side of sauce. They told us there would be an up-charge but that is just a little ridiculous. Will not waste our money here again, there are better places in town to get Thai and sushi at a much more fair price. read more
