*****DO NOT RECOMMEND ****** I called and placed an order for pick up. The guy who answered was RUDE!!!!! I had questions since this was my first time ordering from this place, the guy kept interrupting me and asking if I had anymore questions. He was huffing and puffing sounded very annoyed. I then advised him once again since this is my first time ordering from your establishment But I'm not new to Vietnamese cuisine. Since my husband was ordering from Caribbean Kitchen TX which is in the same plaza he didn't want to go anywhere else. I was about to cancel the order and my husband said let's still try the food..... Welp turns out we waisted money and time! Coming from California and having Vietnamese relatives Pho Real wasn't even subpar! I ordered a large round eye and as the picture shows the noodles and beef was the portion of a small. The broth was tasteless so much so that my kids left the full bowl at the table. The crispy egg rolls were tasteless especially the dipping sauce which tasted watered down. I will not be a repeat customer. The lack of customer service and quality of food was enough for me! I say beware of these mom and pop places who feel like they can treat customers with such ignorance.

I did not appreciate the unexpected credit card fee. This should be optional, not forcedp

The food amount did not suffice for the price. The service was slow and impersonal. I DID NOT appreciate being charged a credit card fee, Pho Real!

hmm, more like a 2.5 out of 5 stars. Been here twice, the first time was strictly for take out and the second for dine in. The first time i ordered Pho to go. The broth itself didn't really taste authentic. Having moved from orange county, ca where the largest Vietnamese population resides outside of Vietnam, i have had my fair share of Vietnamese food. this broth felt like it was watered down and the flavors were not all there. Second time, we ordered a Bún bò Huế and a grilled pork banh mi and some spring rolls. Again, the Bún bò Huế didn't taste like the ones i've been accustomed to back in orange county. Similar to the pho, it was definitely watered down and was lacking the usual flavors. As for the banh mi, the pork was slightly different than the ones back in california, but the sandwich was still good. Additionally, I used my credit card, and not sure if they added on the additional "non-cash charge" onto my bill. But I hate getting additional charges on my bill without any warning. Didn't really bring it up, since i don't think i'll come back to this location.

Food here was okay, nothing too special compared to any usual pho restaurants. Service is friendly, though a bit slow, but it was fairly busy that day and looked like there was only one server. Food came out fresh, but took a minute to get to us. Again, it may have been because they were busy and running behind. Flavor was normal and wasn't anything too special compared to other pho places. We also had some orders of rice dishes and the meats were a bit over cooked and dry.

My family & I were on our way home but we decided to stop by & try some yummy pho! When we first got in, the customer service was quite nice! They waited patiently & got what we wanted, everything was good! I got the all combination pho, & it took a while but it wasn't too bad. When we did get it though, I personally felt like the spices were lacking just a bit but overall it wasn't too bad. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try pho with the prices a bit high but it's worth a try!

Sheltering in place tastes great when you order from here, Pho Real The family was so excited when we saw the new restaurant pop up. We love Pho! But the restaurant has much more to offer. They also have a plethora of rice and noodle dishes. The family visited shortly after they opened, right before the shelter in place order. We of course had Pho. I was impressed with the amount of meat in my pho. They do not skimp and the broth is delicious. The service was excellent. The owners were friendly and made it a point to come over and say hi and ask how we were doing. We recently placed a pick up order since we're currently sheltering in place and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely return regularly.

General portion of my fav! Grilled pork with bean curd wrapped shrimp vermicelli!

Sweetest family owns this restaurant. This is my go to for the whole family and definitely solo date trips so I can fully splurge on their appetizers, meal and boba.

The tofu itself would have been better if it was finished off with some kind of sauce. I also wish they had a vegetarian broth option for pho since their pho seemed very popular. Also, don't expect this location to be like the Haltom City location. A relative of mine was told she needed to come into the store to order because the worker couldn't understand her Vietnamese pronunciation of the menu items -- even though the dishes are written in Vietnamese at a Vietnamese restaurant. For example, "Cơm Thịt Nướng" is a very common and widely understood dish. Whether someone is from North or South Vietnam, it's a standard menu item. It was surprising to hear that a Vietnamese customer couldn't place a phone order due to pronunciation. Additionally, when my relative asked questions about other Vietnamese dishes on the menu, those questions were dismissed rather than clarified. I later called to confirm what happened, and the response was still dismissive. Instead of clarifying politely, the worker insisted that the issue was her pronunciation, even though the menu items are standard Vietnamese dishes. That interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary. This was especially disappointing to experience at a Vietnamese restaurant, where customers should feel understood and welcomed when ordering traditional dishes. When I visited in person, I learned from the Vietnamese staff that the restaurant had recently been sold to a new non-Vietnamese owner. I fully respect and appreciate anyone who wants to support and promote Vietnamese culture and cuisine. However, customers who are familiar with the food should feel respected -- not corrected or brushed off. Ambiance was clean/nice, and the food has always been good. However, service on this occasion earns a 2/5.
