Great service, amazing Pho. Our favorite place to get Pho. Love their Boba tea. Recommend highly.

We found Pho Palace 2 thanks to Yelp. What a Delicious find that we will return to time and time again!! Their pho is the best around for sure and my son was disappointed to have ordered a regular and not a large bowl! My daughter and I enjoyed the fabulous vegan tofu lemongrass dish while my husband enjoyed the shaken beef. We can't wait to return very soon. read more

We got the wings to start, they were really good and the sauce gave it a great flavor. We ordered a pork bahn mi and some noodles. The guy brought us 2 of the noodles when we just ordered 1 and couldn't understand. We had to call someone else over to explain it, I've heard of this place charging for more than ordered so I definitely didn't like that. The bahn mi was good. It wasn't bad just Pho Em is a lot better so probably wouldn't come back. read more

We're just happy there's authentic Vietnamese food this far south of "Asia Central" (Pioneer Pkwy and surrounding streets)! Now if only there was an Asian market nearby! The pho is as good as the original Pho Palace and the rest of the menu is enjoyable too. We've gotten the "ap chao" a couple of times, and have enjoyed rice plates, calamari, shaken beef, and vermicelli for take out. Dining in is nice too: It's clean and characteristic of most pho restaurants, with simple seating, single restroom for each sex, and amazing nostalgic music! Think Bryan Adams, "Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You," and pre-21st century stuff. Hope to see more ethnic restaurants popping up around town, especially as the 360 extension is underway. read more

Was a regular here but will never go again. My usual order is the spicy basil flat noodle and this time it was incredibly bland. Which is fine things happen but when complaining about it the lady came out and started berating us about how it's always been that way and they simply cannot do anything about it. We asked them to at least re make it but they refused saying that there was no point since that's how they always make it. We asked for at least an exchange if possible which they did but still charged us for the noodle. Judging by their other reviews customer service (especially from the lady) is not their strong suit. Their mediocre food doesn't make up for how bad their customer service is. read more

I'm not an expert on Pho but if I was to recommend a place, Pho Palace 2 is hands down the best. Situated in a strip center with a Kroger and other fast food joints, parking can get tight. Once you walk in, your senses are calmed by the wonderful tear drop lighting and the color tones of green and dull purple. It works. Service is quick. The food is delightful and the Hoisin Sauce is thick and tasty. You can get a small or large bowl. Be warned, the small bowl is huge. Only a dollar less than the large but still too much to eat. The price is extremely reasonable. Stop in, and enjoy. read more

Best pho hands down in the Mansfield/Arlington area. I come once a week. Beef pho and shrimp tom yum are amazing

I wanted to try this place so badly. Went in and was excited to see they had veggie ham. So I asked if I could get a bahn mi with veggie ham instead. They said no. I said ok, can I get a bahn mi with no meat on it. They said no. I'm like really. I'll pay the same just make the sandwich and don't put the meat on it. They said no. I totally understand not wanting to substitute but I even offered to pay full price for the sandwich and the up charge for the veggie ham. So when my friend get there we left. No order. Never again read more

I took a cutting they bring you out with the jalapeños and sprouts that are meant for the pho and decided to root it and what do you know it did! Not only that but it also grew some flowers haha Anyways.... Now to my food review: My husband and i have loved this place so much we practically come once a week at least! My usual is the large P1 (beef pho) i highly recommend it, this place is top tier read more

Excellent vegan options, with very knowledgeable staff. Super friendly from the moment you step into the restaurant. Would recommend to anyone, because have nonvegan options too. So the whole family can sit down to eat. read more

It isn't the same as pho palace one as I grew up with that location. They changed their recipe a little just due to the demographic around there. So it isn't as authentic to me and doesn't have what I normally order at pho palace 1. But still my go to place since I live in Mansfield. read more

1 star because food is delicious, I cannot say the same about customer service. I've ordered to go plenty of times and I order a kids pho and that comes with a drink I've never gotten my drink. First time I completely forgot, second time I asked and they said it doesn't come with to go orders but it doesn't say that anywhere in the menu. That's fine but they need to add that to the menu. Third time I ordered lady was very rude and saying she couldn't hear me I was basically yelling finally I ordered and she said they don't do to go orders for kids pho?? I order a week ago though she said yeah we don't do that anymore...it doesn't make sense for them to make up policies as they go add it to menu or allow it because it's not fair. I won't be returning. read more

Clean, fast, and friendly! We often order the banh mi and it's delicious! Even when ordering it to go it's still warm and the bread remains crispy. Often we've ordered to go banh mi from other places and the bread gets soggy, it's a baguette so you know it must be have been sitting there. We have tried the chicken pad thai and the grilled pork spring rolls, also excellent. Pho is good but like I said, we're really happy with the banh mi so it's kinda our go to. Mango smoothie is pretty and hubs seems pretty happy with his blended coffee. read more

The service was really fast which was a great plus! I have read the reviews for this place and find it pretty mixed. I thought everything we ordered was delicious and the place was really clean inside. I enjoy the ambience of this place. It's really calming. My pho was just as good as any other pho I've had at any other place and very filling. Minus one star for offering no tofu options anywhere on the menu... it's my favorite kind of pho :( every other Asian place serves tofu somewhere on the menu... The thai tea was really yummy. I especially love the whipped cream on top. You don't get that bonus at many other places! read more

Delicious pho! Attentive staff, large portions. Clean establishment. More on the pricey side but worth it!

Ate here for the 1st time Saturday. I always go to the location on Collins but decided to go here to try it out( plus it's closer so why not). Same ole good broth! Refreshing! I always get a small bowl of Pho Tai Chín & an order of grilled shrimp spring rolls. Definitely will be back. read more

Service is not good if you don't want to say bad service. Food just ok. A little bit pricey

I'm from out of town. Apparently second location from Arlington. Food was fast and good! A lot of pho options. Can choose regular or large. Really extensive menu. You have to go to the counter to pay. They don't bring the check to you. read more

Good food, but language barrier makes ordering over the phone difficult sometimes. Called to ask what was on one of the dishes because I couldn't remember if my son usually ordered a p7 or p8 and the person I spoke with couldn't answer my question and just rudely raised her voice asking if I was ready to order or not and even told me to just look at the menu. Understandable, but I was trying to place an order for take out and I was on the road at the time and couldn't pull up the menu. I asked multiple times "Is there any way you can tell me what meats are in the p7?" And the person on the phone refused to answer me each time. Despite this I'm giving Pho Palace 2 a solid 4 stars because the restaurant is clean and the food is fantastic. They even sanitize the pens between uses. Everyone who works there wears masks and gloves. Their pho broth is top notch and you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Only minor issue is that compared to other pho places their prices are slightly higher, but I'm okay with it considering the convenient location. read more

I always get their combination pho here and it taste consistent each time. I think this is the best pho you can get in Mansfield prices are slightly higher but I assume it's due to location. I asked for pho w/no meat & extra vegetables. I verified with the cashier that i was getting pho because 2 other times they gave me the wrong soup. Well silly me, when I got home I had vegetable noodle soup! I came back because we are hungry, they refunded me the difference only & charged me for extra sauce that I would get free if I ate at their restaurant! I will never be back! 3 times getting home with the wrong food is enough for me! read more

Nicely designed strip mall restaurant. Surprised when I walked in! The lady who sat me told me to sit at table 3 so I had to find table 3 on my own. .. great way to start my experience. Food tasted good. I had the F2 d flat noodle stir fry with chicken. The chicken want trimmed very carefully as I had a number of cartilage pieces in my dish. Food was good and serving size was acceptable. What isn't acceptable is to not have a lunch special/portion. $10 for a lunch dish that I don't have time to eat all of. Never been to a Pho place that didn't offer something other than dinner meals for lunch. Service is not good. Say for about 10 minutes waiting for the server to come over just so I can get a box and check. Again, at lunch time people need to get in and out, not wait for a server to aimlessly wander over to you. This place isn't big so you can't forget about someone. Unacceptable. 9 tables with 3 different servers. If you can't handle 3 tables, there is a problem. read more

Pho Palace 2, I'm wondering if they also own the Pho Palace in Arlington. Anywho, it's a very clean establishment with prompt service and a nice getaway from all the fast food places surrounding the area. I ordered the pad thai, (in a vietnamese resto??? It's just that kind of day) and it came out about 5 minutes after I ordered which made me wonder if they made the sauce fresh or was it sitting around? And despite having red pepper flakes sprinkled on top, it was pretty light on heat and was a bit saucy for me. The big let down was the noodles weren't cooked all the way through. So. Much. Chewing. the chicken was made well though and the dish was garnished with bean sprouts, peanuts, and a large lime wedge. I think I'll stick to Pho Pasteur in Arlington or Pho Empire in Irving, for now. Or, you know, get pho next time. read more

Stick to the Pho Palace in Arlington. Although this establishment is cleaner and the food is consistent, everything else seems to fall short. I called in this morning for pick up about three times and I got the voicemail every time. I eventually decided to drive to get take out. When I came, there were a couple of tables but I was helped immediately. It seems as though the menu is the same, however, when I asked for certain items, they don't have it. (ex clear rice noodles for my hu tieu) I also asked for an avocado/durian smoothie since i'm allowed to get that at the original location. The young man said I couldn't have it bc they can't make it. I then prompt to ask "What if I paid extra," to which he then said he could. He then left and came back and said that they didn't have the ingredients to make it. I then asked if he could make a durian smoothie only and he said "sure." Oh. As I'm waiting for my order to be made, the phone is still ringing and he just blatantly ignores it until an older woman (who I presume is the owner) tells him the phone is ringing, and he laughs and scoffs and just lets it ring longer. That explains why I had to drive up here to order, because he was too lazy to answer the phone. :( It makes me wonder if he really couldn't make my drink or not. I've been here many times in the past, however, I would be lying if I said I still felt comfortable paying for food when it seems like they don't care if they have my business or not. read more

Always our go to place! Clean fast! Only issues is most the time the waiters cannot speak very good English and it's hard to ask questions

Food is fine, typical. But they're dirty. My bowl is dirty. I can clean some skunk off with my finger. Asked for extra cilantro, they gave it to me in a bowl that's dried up with something in it. I told the waiter it's dirty and he just told me it's dried broth. I don't care if it's dried broth or dried ketchup, if it's dirty. It's dirty. You can't tell me it's just dried broth when you're serving me something in a dirty bowl. Clean your stuff, filthy pho palace. read more
