Not a fan of their Bun bo hue and ca kho (#77) Did not have the right condiment pairing and overall taste is completely off.

Moved to the area and needed a new pho place to call home. We were seated immediately, and ordered within 5 min. The pho came out nice and hot 10 minutes after we ordered, and was a good portion for the price. The beef cooked nicely, and the meatballs were cut into pieces. I was slightly disappointed in the flavor of the broth, felt flavorless...but it perked up after adding A LOT of cilantro, lime, and basil. Noodles were decent, beef was decent for flavor as well. Great customer service, never were in want of anything and they came around at least 4 times asking if we needed anything else. We will likely come here again as it is so convenient, and pretty cheap. Decent pho for Dayton. read more

We came here based on some recommendations. I didn't have high expectations for, given this is Dayton, however were very disappointed. The food was very bland and not well crafted. I had the lemongrass chicken and pork chop, and my wife had the carmelized catfish. The chicken was overcooked and the pork chops were very bland. The fish was okay, but a little dry. The fried spring rolls were very oily, almost dripping with oil. While most of the food was disappointing, the summer rolls were good. read more

My husband and I had been craving Banh Mi sandwiches for several weeks when we finally came in here. I absolutely love them, so I was super excited to finally find a place that had them. Both my husband and I ordered the BBQ Pork Banh Mi sandwich. They were delicious!!! The bread was perfectly done (crusty outside and soft inside), the pork wasn't too tough, and the sandwich was loaded with carrots, pickled radishes, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeno! SO GOOD!!! Not the best Vietnamese food I have ever had since I did live in the Bay area for years, but it's the best in this area. I have been to both linh's and miss Saigon, but I like the food and service here much better. Vegetarian spring rolls are awesome for they don't pre-make it. Legit. The mi is p on point, I had the roast duck one, as good as the more conventional Viet standards. Huge portions for tiny prices, will be back. Very home style, some dishes err on the side of mild seasoning , so if strong sauces are what you're looking for get the lemon grass or chili-marked dishes. Sweet fam service. read more

Had the house Pho, and the meat wasn't tasty either. Required more Sriracha than usual, and that magic sauce couldn't push it to a 3. The wife's Bahn Mi was quite average as well. What an unexpected surprise! My entree this time around was the #17 Pho Nam Steamed Beef Noodle Soup. The broth was disappointingly bland, but made better by some rooster sauce, cilantro, and jalapenos. The beef itself was also bland and overcooked. Given the extensive menu I feel like I probably just need to try some other things here until I get a good "go to" item. Give this place a try. You'll likely be pleased, full, and slightly "eh" about the experience, but at least you didn't have McDonalds, which happens to be right next door! read more

New to the Dayton area, I was excited to find a pho place nearby. I've enjoyed pho in various restaurants from LA to Indianapolis, and this experience comes up somewhere near the middle to the bottom of the list. Service was quick, the butterfly chicken appetizer a delicious addition to the meal, and the pho itself on the right side of yum. I think what keeps me from giving a higher rating was the boba, as for whatever reason it just didn't quite hit the spot. All in all though, this is a very good, economical place to get your pho fix.
