I won't be eating at your establishment for a very long time if ever again so getting another vegetarian pho or a $25 credit does not make sense especially from a customer service perspective. A refund in totale to $79.40 makes much more sense.  It's a public health issue and your establishment should be shut down. I've been waiting for a reply for over a month. Also of note, whoever I spoke to over the phone about the ladybug stated "people have put things in their food and asked for refunds in the past."
