I had chicken balls for two days, and in this economy, that's a blessing I'm willing to accept. Thank you Yan's! I'm coming back for more!

She also stated that the children's menu was for ten and under and that it was not their responsibility to cater to people who want to eat less. During that same time, the server was over her shoulder shouting at us. the last thing she yelled was that we should go elsewhere. At that time we decided to leave. A twelve year old should not have had to witness us being abused and embarrassed in the middle of a restaurant. We went in prepared to spend at least 80 dollars for lunch but they were prepared to give that up so they could abused their customers. We did go to another restaurant called the Silver Fox pub where they were more than happy to provide us with a children's menu. we had a great lunch and great service. too bad we won't EVER go to the Railside again!

Even though the maitre d was Caucasian, the chef is Chinese--from Guangzhou. Hubby and I got the hot and sour soup. The bay shrimp in it threw me off. My husband always likes extra seafood, but I had never had shrimp in my hot and sour soup before. We ordered the beef with Chinese greens, but alas they were out of bok choy, so we ordered it with broccoli. You know how some places have the thick, dark brown sauce with their broccoli beef? Well, this place had the authentic light-tasting, light-colored garlic sauce. We were pleasantly surprised that the sauce tasted authentically Chinese and the beef was very tender. The owner came out and talked with us at the end of the meal. He seems like a really nice guy. Moved out here from Vancouver to run his own restaurant. This place doesn't look fancy, but what we ordered was good. Give this place a try!

We ordered delivery and they said a local delivery company (busy bee or something) would deliver for $8, and that wasn't a problem; we were hungry and dinner was sorted. Then we got a call back as the delivery company wouldn't deliver after all. Bombay said that although the don't deliver, they'll make an exception. Food came within half and hour.
