Had the best crab Rangoon and Pad Thai. Also loved the fried rice and egg rolls my husband had. Can't wait to go again

My mom and I were looking for a lunch spot close to the Mayo Clinic. We were happy to find Bebap…read moreKorean which was a 5 min walk from the Mayo Clinic. They open at 11am so we were one of the first people to roll in. Lots more people came in after us. Bebap has a some pretty sweet lunch specials. I got the jaechae with bulgogi which comes with banchan and a soda. Noodles, a drink, and a Korean apps for $15... not too shabby! My mom got the kimchi fried rice with pork belly and an egg over easy. So delicious! The portions were large! We both took home a to go box. Gracie was our waitress. She was so sweet and on top of everything. The restaurant is cute with an edgy vibe! Nice lunch spot.

I've been to Bebap about three times, and the food has been great every visit. Unfortunately, the…read moreservice has been consistently disappointing. Our most recent visit wasn't busy, yet we waited several minutes before anyone came to our table, then had long waits for drinks, food ordering, and refills. We had to flag our server down just to get water and another round of drinks. On a previous visit, our server forgot about us completely after going upstairs, and we had to ask a busser for our bill. The food is excellent, but the service doesn't match the quality. We'd come much more often if the service improved. Management needs to do a better job balancing staff responsibilities so guests aren't overlooked.

This restaurant is SO GOOD -- I make sure to come for dinner each time I visit Rochester. Great…read moreambiance, outdoor seating, and friendly waitstaff. Last night I ordered the lemongrass chicken (SO juicy and flavorful), the farang spritz (refreshing!) and the cauliflower yum pops. (super yummy) My only complaint is that the sticky rice was more like a solid hunk of rice and was a bit hard to it. But it worked out cause I had my coworkers side of regular fluffy rice instead ;)

I was searching for a truly exceptional dining destination in the Rochester area for my evening…read moremeal, and I must say, Thai Pop was an absolute revelation. The estate is enveloped by the most magnificent, lush greenery and beautiful flowers; the visual presentation of both the exterior and interior is nothing short of stunning. It feels less like a traditional restaurant and more like a peaceful, hidden sanctuary. One has the lovely option of dining either indoors or al fresco. I chose to step inside, and the ambiance completely captivated me. The decor is masterfully curated, transporting one entirely out of Rochester and into a serene, elegant Thai forest. The hospitality was equally impressive. While I was speaking with our attentive waiter, the charming owner personally came over to greet me and introduced Annie, which was a thoroughly delightful touch. The level of care and personalized service here is genuinely top-tier. To drink, I enjoyed a beautifully crafted Mock-Gari-Thai. Upon the owner's superb recommendation, I paired it with the Tom Yum Noodle Soup. The pairing was magnificent the flavors were complex, vibrant, and executed with absolute precision. It is clear they take extraordinary care with every single detail of the dining experience. I am completely enamored with this establishment and shall most certainly be returning. Full marks
