We had to flag our server down just to get water and another round of drinks. On a previous visit, our server forgot about us completely after going upstairs, and we had to ask a busser for our bill. The food is excellent, but the service doesn't match the quality. We'd come much more often if the service improved. Management needs to do a better job balancing staff responsibilities so guests aren't overlooked.

No one around to take orders at the entrance. Some of the drink items not ready at 9 am, after being open for 3 hours. Some of the staff, younger people were always great. Some days it seems that the store is understaffed, and this area is neglected with no staff at all on those days. 3. Bad. Specials for the day are served in a area that seems to be hastily planned. Food is already prepared, and lord knows when it was completed, thus many times it is luke warm and not hot.

Tried the plum wine - not something I would order again, but I have no experience in plum wine so I could just generally dislike it. My favorite drink was the Spicy Zentini! It was AWESOME!!!!! And you have to get it if you visit this place and like spicy stuff!!!! It was impressive in the actual spice level, and flavor. I had a bunch of people try it as well and they were really surprised. So that cocktail was my highlight. The party went well and anyone was happy.
