This is my second time after establishment. It's pretty good for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Service is great. Ambience is OK.

We were very surprised by the quality of food at Pho House. Very authentic and broth for Bun Bo Hue was excellent. Pho broth was little light but very fragrant and tasty. Fried chicken wings were very fresh and moist. Service was as expected and prompt. Not many options in this part of state so Pho House was excellent find. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin if I ever go to any restaurant that serves can drinks I will not eat there this was my first time here I mean .... service was very slow seems that the waiter forgot about us food took a very long time we was the only black people there every time i ask for something they didnt have it like how we was about to leave they seem kinda racist to us like he didnt wanna serve us but when he sat down all other races he was more than eagerly to serve them we felt left out but thats ok i wont spend my money here ambience. Was very sucky an dark inside no windows that was a experience oh wait those chicken wings was terrible oh my gosh very meaty taste wise nope won't recommend getting the chicken noodles soup that's a nope to sweet for my taste but you get alot for your meal this place wasn't for me

First time experiencing this restaurant Food: the menu price is above average, offers a nice selection of food. The soup was okay, could have used more meat; it was tender and not salty. Service: the service was average Ambiance: casual

Stopped by on a Friday at 8pm and there was 1 group and 1 takeaway order before us. Prices range from $7-9 for sandwiches and appetizers to $14-22 for entrees and special items. This seems to be the average for downtown. Note that this area is a little run-down and the parking lot has a tall fence. You won't want to hang around after 9pm, when the restaurant closes. The inside is simply decorated with the typical padded synthetic chairs you see at many pho restaurants including the sauces, chopsticks, and spoons on the table. You first receive a plate of greens and items to add into your soup. Afterwards, the piping hot bowls of noodles arrive. The broth has a very light flavor -- in this case, either beef or a seafood flavor depending on your order. They also add some crispy onions for extra flavor. I loved the addition of chives in my soup. If you want extreme umami or shocking flavors, you'd have to add generously with the sauces on the table. Personally, I did enjoy the light broth and pig trotter even though I was expecting a deeper flavor and a large piece of pork. The shrimp and squid definitely provided a seafood flavor to the soo Overall, the food is good and filling. The price is a bit high, but on par with other restaurants. The food tasted fresh although the additional vegetables looked a little less so.

This is my go-to Pho spot. It's everything you need: great broth, great prices, great portions.

It was good, I wish the broth was more flavorful. I got the sliced steak Phó, and the Thai tea boba which was good.

I haven't gone there since the management has changed... may have to see about it. Back to the main event, I really enjoyed myself. It is really a local spot that wouldn't immediately be seen by a tourist, but you'll be so glad you found it once you do. The parking is a bit limited and it is on a busy street, but it is worth a visit. As soon as you walk in, the place surprises you with just how much of restaurant detail is inside, because you initially think it would have limited seating or even consider it being like a convenient store by the external appearance. FOOD: Once you pick your seat, you realize they have everything you need at your table and all you have to do next is pick your dish(es). I decided to try one of the beef phos and it was really delicious. I got the regular size and that size was a large bowl. I could only imagein what their larger size is. It is probably for a person that is trying to share. SERVICE/OVERALL: Last but not least, I was really happy with the cost. The flavor was awesome, the service was so kind and welcoming, and the overall experience was to the point where I am ready to go again. You have to admit, in this cold weather, ramen, pho, soups, etc. sound great and this is definitely a place to try when those cravings start to rise.

You can tell she puts a lot of heart into preserving and carrying on the Le family's authentic flavors and traditions. Their lotus salad is the best in town. The pho and house special rice dishes are my usual go-to dishes and always hit the spot. Recently, we tried two of their new dishes and were really impressed. The stone bowl pho was amazing--the broth was incredibly smooth, clean, and natural-tasting, and the meatballs were flavorful and delicious. The Bun Cha Hanoi felt like an upgraded version of vermicelli dishes, with a tasty and flavorful soup on the side. Definitely a place we keep coming back to.

One of my coworkers got the Sweet and Sour Chicken and said it was the best he had ever had. The rest of us ordered more authentic dishes, such as pho. The table has lots of ingredients you can add to your pho to make it tastier. We asked and the waiter told us what everything was. I ended up adding hoisin, chili paste, and sesame oil I think. I really enjoyed all that I added so I'll definitely have to try and find out what it was so I can ask for it if I ever get anything to go from here. I really enjoyed the chicken fried rice I ordered for us to share. It was very good. The egg rolls were also delicious. I liked my pho but I really didn't like the chicken in the dish- it just didn't have much flavor to me. I'd be willing to try a different type of meat because the rest of it was still really good. The food overall is solid, which brought me back for a second time. But the restaurant itself feels very outdated and not the most comforting place to dine in. Service isn't exactly warm, and there doesn't seem to be much effort to improve or refresh the space. I get the whole "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality, but after visiting twice, I think I'd rather go somewhere else for pho if I'm looking to sit down and enjoy a cozier, more welcoming atmosphere. That said, I'm still giving it a solid 4 stars because the food is still solid, I'm not gonna take away from that. I just wish the condition and cleanliness of the restaurant matched the quality of what's coming out of the kitchen.
