But they mixed real, actual, brewed tea with the lactaid. Their boba was the perfect size and consistency. I tried their black and jasmine teas and both were perfectly brewed. The portions are plentiful, the soup is okay but there's plenty of toppings and sauces to doctor it up a bit. The egg roll sauce is this rose water floral sweet, tangy dip which helps with the rich pork. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls had a little spicy zip to it which complimented the fresh veggies. Overall, it's good pho. The pho base needs to be more assertive in its flavor profile. It needs a deeper beef or chicken flavor and more seasoning. So possibly a bit more salt and vinegar to amp up the flavors of the soup a bit.
